Just installed the app and couldn't find the functionality I needed so jumped on chat and lovely Helen helped me to set things up and stayed with me to make sure it all worked. Unfortunately after getting everything set up I found that I couldn't add more than one product group without upgrading the plan to the top level. Disappointing there wasn't another option as I don't need the full functionality of the app as it doesn't work for my store setup. I'll still give the app a try and see what happens.

So many bugs, and the support experience has been extremely disappointing. Helen was trying to help me, but responses were very slow and it often felt like she didn't fully understand the issue. I believe my problem wasn't particularly unusual or complex, so I expected a resolution much sooner. Instead, it has now been over 24 hours and the issue is still not resolved. I was actively chatting with Helen while she was supposedly seeking assistance from her team. After waiting around 30 minutes for an update, I sent another message and immediately received an automated response saying that support staff were offline It's incredibly frustrating when a relatively simple issue that is directly impacting conversions takes more than a full day to resolve. For an app that businesses rely on for sales, support response times and issue resolution need to be much better.

I worked with Mike trying to get the Globo Product Options Appreciate to do what I needed for swatches for my Shopify store. The support is very helpful, especially Annie. She is fast to respond. However the time difference make it hard to coordinate. Also the chat always restarts if you move around Shopify.

Globo has been absolutely brilliant for us. The app itself works really well, but what has impressed us most is the support. Due to our theme setup, there were some issues with the multi-language support, but the app's support team was responsive and fixed it within an hour or so. Other than that, the app is fantastic and a great value for the price compared to other alternatives. If you are using swatches in your store, I recommend it.
