After working with Mohd from CEDCommerce Support and early issues, we have now resolved all trouble. I also got to know that some pretty cool features are coming for multi market stores. I can fully recommend the App and the Support is top notch Update: The App doesnt work anymore, no changes can be saved, uploads doesnt work. very annoying.

Horrible ! Not only do they scam customers but they also tried to get access to our files and ended up removing our entire store products. We had to literally contact shopify and showed them PROOF that they tried to access from India and tested stuff on the website which they denied. Their customer service is non existent, they repeat same things again and again. Their Ads service is just as horrible. We used them for 6 months and not only did the sales get reduced the overall quality of ads went down as well It was a HUGE mistake using them which we would NEVER AGAIN!

We upgraded to the premium plan expecting proper support, but none of our feeds were approved, and local inventory ads never worked. After payment, support completely stopped responding, even after multiple tickets and emails. We also felt we were treated unfairly and ignored, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be very cautious before upgrading — communication disappears once payment is made.

The support use to be good. Have had a issue with my account and there is no one to talk to. Ive been trying to reach someone for hours and no one response to emails or live chat. When your feed is down and your loosing money you expect support to at least give you their hours of work.... Seriously pulling my hair out....

I contracted CED commerce to help with google feed and SEO services because i saw they had pretty decent reviews but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was conned into paying $550 and installing this horrible App that messes up your data feed and had continuous communication with with them but zero results. Swathi continued to submit my google free listing to GMC until i got suspended and the other SEO lady, Priya kept on spelling my business name all wrong all through in attempt to do SEO with excessive capitalization of text on my website and i kept on correcting her. Just a complete waste of time and money. I find that they are not knowledgeable at all and do not have the skill to perform the job as claimed. All 5 star reviews are definitely fake. I am currently in dispute with them, let me save you the stress, run and save your money.

I had a terrible experience with this app. The team behind it was highly unprofessional and completely messed up my GMC account. They set the age group incorrectly, which didn't align with our target audience. Additionally, they didn't properly set the sale price and failed to include shipping information as per our website. As result, Google disapproved 195 of our products, and we were charged by Google ads despite not making any sales for nearly 5 days. this app has been a nightmare for our business

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of results and support provided by cedcommerce. Prior to paying an additional 200 euro for extra marketing services, we were assured that their support would be comprehensive. However, after spending 550 euro on Google advertising with no return on investment, we have decided to discontinue their services. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with them via email and chat, they have failed to respond. It is puzzling to us how with a budget of 550 euro, we were unable to generate a single sale. The lack of orders coming in is alarming and has left us questioning the efficacy of their advertising strategies. We are baffled by their 5-star rating and cannot recommend cedcomemrce to others based on our disappointing experience.

This is the most incompetent support I've ever had to deal with. They lack expertise in Google and follow templates for everything. If your theme or design does not align with the architecture of their application, they won't even inform you about it. They just go through the motions according to their regulations, and you end up spending your money because your attributes transmit incorrect data. If you're reading this review and looking for an application, consider DataFeedWatch. Their support doesn't waste your time, avoids creating tasks with intentional errors, and everything works perfectly.

Warning ! Warning !! I have to change my review on this App from 5 star to 1 Star. One day after they have installed this App on my store , they start pushing to write a good review! I told them that I don't even understand what is the App doing. Then they showed me something and convinced me about it. So I gave them the 5 star like they wanted. BUT now after 4 months of using it I suddenly found out that the App is actually doing a big damage to my shop! from the day that it was installed it reduced my online sessions in 80% !! This can is very clear to see in the shopify Statistic and reports. I am still not sure why , but the number are clear: from the day of installing this App and until yesterday (when I deleted this App) my online session went down in 80% , and it constantly every day without change. I am also checking it with shopify and we are following it and checking it farther. Until now This company did not explained why is it like that. Warnung ! Warnung !! Ich muss meine Bewertung dieser App von 5 Sternen auf 1 Stern ändern. Einen Tag nachdem sie diese App in meinem Shop installiert haben, Sie drängen darauf, eine gute Rezension zu schreiben! Had difficulties with other software apps, that didn't pull information through to Google properly. However, CEDCommerce's Google Feed worked perfectly. Decided to try it on the free plan, just to test it worked, and am going up to the paid plan now. Additionally, had one small issue reported by Google regarding my feed, and before I had the chance to fix it myself, I received contact from CEDCommerce who noticed the error and gave me a fix for it - even without asking. Honestly, I think that's excellent service, and am happy to recommend this app.

Actually. I have changed my review as my account was suspended permantley by google ads. The software changed my url to some deadbeat website and I now have zero traffic from google. It has killed my business. I was just told to go back to Google and it was their fault.

I had issues for years with disapproved products in GMC. After signing up to CED Commerce we saw these decrease instantly. They have very good online help via WhatsApp. Always so helpful. I recommend to all e-commerce clients with products feed no matter how big or small.

Unable to manage several markets like what they stated. My store is set up to handle different local languages and currencies. The app is not cable of syncing shipping profiles and local currencies from the Shopify store. As a result, the GG merchant reject the feed that had been uploaded by Cedcommerce. Reach out to support, instead of listening to your problem to identify where the errors come from. They keep speaking nonsense like your products are active (active products are from another app), and there is no Pb (your feed is rejected by GG merchant), and your store does not set up for local currency (in fact it does set up correctly), etc... I already have approved 800 products on GG merchant from another app. I change to this app with thinking smoother process and handle larger SKUs. What a joke!

All in all, I would not recommend CedCommerce services. My experience with their expert team over the past month has been far from what I expected from professionals. The only positive aspect of CedCommerce APPs is the attractive promises they make to entice customers. Unfortunately, it has been a month of chaos and disarray with this company. Regarding the CedCommerce Google Feed APP, I am on the paid plan. Upon requesting to add multiple countries and providing the necessary information, I was informed that they would try to add as many countries as possible. However, after upgrading the plan, only one country was added. It has been approximately 1.5 months since I started using the APP, and I have not seen any free listings thus far. Therefore, I am unable to determine if the APP is actually functioning well or not. I am aware that it may take longer for free listings to appear, which is why I cannot make a judgment at this point. Overall, my impression of CedCommerce is quite disheartening. They make fake promises and provide confusing information. It is disconcerting to discover mistakes made by the supposed experts, necessitating the need to constantly remind them and double-check every step. Their communication is inconsistent, often changing their stance from one day to the next. Furthermore, the lack of business etiquette displayed by some representatives, such as messaging from personal accounts with messages like '??' or 'hello', is completely unacceptable. I am now uncertain about the competency of the "experts" working for Shopify through CedCommerce. My belief in them stemmed mainly from their partnership with Shopify and their wide range of APPs. However, I have become skeptical about their expertise. I have been repeatedly recommended to use their Walmart integration, despite the fact that it requires being a local taxpayer. This gives me the impression that they are solely focused on selling as many CedCommerce services as possible, regardless of whether they are suitable for individual clients or not.

Beware of Commerce Google Feed - A Total Scam! Commerce Google Feed is a total scam! They charge for nothing, while Google Merchant itself is free. I was unknowingly losing money to this fraudulent service for three long years, until a financial investigation brought these charges to light. I strongly advise others to stay away from this untrustworthy app. Furthermore, I'm sure their positive reviews are entirely fake, adding to their dubious nature. They market themselves as a feed management service that will boost product visibility and sales on Google Merchant. Moreover, the truth of the matter is that gaining access to Google Merchant is entirely free of charge. Any merchant can easily upload their products to Google Merchant Center without the need for a third-party service like Commerce Google Feed. Had I known this crucial piece of information beforehand, I could have avoided being lured into their deceitful trap and saved a substantial amount of money and frustration. As an online seller, I rely heavily on trustworthy partners to help expand my business and improve my online presence. Unfortunately, Commerce Google Feed took advantage of my trust and exploited my lack of knowledge regarding the accessibility of Google Merchant for free.

I use their ad agency service, they force me to use their app, I used to think that this ad service includes app fee, I didn't notice that it was an annual fee, I paid $399 for google ad agency service fee and $199 tiktok ad agency service fee. Google Ads is performing very poorly, ROAS is only 2, tiktok has not had a single order. I think they should refund me $125 for the remaining 11 months of APP fees

Once you get the hang of this feed and its mechanics, it's awesome and such a time-saver for uploading to Google merchant center/ads. The customer service is second to none, as well. We ran into a hitch at the beginning, we accidentally toggled something off that we shouldn't have, and Akansha was there to assist with this (and many other minor things during setup) very quickly! This is a great app, especially for the price, as a startup with a lean budget. I expect to continue to grow quickly thanks in part to Suite for Google Shopping.

AVOID, this app ruined my store, now all my items are disapproved and will have to pay someone to fiz my feed. Over written all the items wrongly, did not create a separate feed, and ruined my store. Helpdesk is useless they promised to fiz it, but they did not, will report this to shopify, as causing financial loss for your business. They also set my stock showing 1000 for every line. These app should be user friendly, followed all instructions and it just overwritten everything now i have 9K disapproved item in my google shop.

The person who helped me out literally say on chat with me for close to an hour helping me solve all the issues i have in my merchant center I could not ask for anything Better! The app itself is amazing. You get what you pay for. I was running the offical google sales channel before this and OMG what a nightmare. Their channel somehow got itself in some sort of errored state after they changed their model from the smart shopping to the pmax stuff. It only had 40 or so of my products synced and they werent even the correct products. All had mismatched price because it stopped uploaded so long aho it was out of date! I deleted it and got my account out of suspension due to misrepresentation. Literally their own official app causes you so many issues its insane. Do yourself a favor and just pay for the app. You get what you pay for with this one!

We just switched to Suite for Google Shopping from another feed app and I have been getting excellent onboarding guidance and assistance. One of the reasons we picked CED for this is their chat window support which is one of the best in our industry. I will recommend CED and this app if asked.

I started using Cedcommerce for Etsy Integration. Once I saw how easy it was I decided to use it for my Google Merchant account as well. My merchant account was suspended, and I was going crazy trying to find out how to fix it. Google is not responsive nor helpful like it should be. Finally, I used CedCommerce feed for google. God knows how happy I am now that the suspension is lifted and all my products are listed. Thank you so much everyone for all the hard work. Absolutely terrible experience! The setup is easy but it has killed our Google ads that have been running 6+ months with high ROAS. The day after installation they instructed us to remove the Google app by Shopify and it broke the feed or caused a glitch in our ad account (we don't know exactly) but they are not helping or haven't fixed it. Google still takes money and there are ZERO sales. The chart is literally showing how the sales have dropped to flatline. They didn't say that there is any chance of this happening when instructed us to remove the other app, they didn't try to refresh the feed until we reached out and even then we allowed them access to our Google ads account and nothing was done to help. We have now tried to reach out to another app hoping they can fix this mess ASAP. Be careful if you are already running ads.

Buyer Beware. This app is extremely glitchy. I have had too many issues to count. ALthough support is friendly, they are clueless at best. 1- When an item is out of stock, the feed doesnt refresh to reflect this. Wasted ad spend 2- When the product is added back in stock, the feed doesnt refresh unless you manually refresh it today i woke up and found a DIFFERENT AD ACCOUNT LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT, and all my products were removed and unlinked from merchant center. Its always something with these guys. Uninstalling soon as i find an alternative.
