I've been searching for a good app to manage our Google Feeds and finally found Omega. It was easy to setup and very straight forward. There was one feature missing where it would pull our compare-at pricing from Shopify Markets catalogs. The team added this feature within 24 hours for me! Very good support and great app, I highly recommend!

App is quite buggy, the multi feed api function for multiple countries doesn't really work, they had to use the XML feed instead. The dev team need to introduce an input in the app to allow user to update the feed label otherwise it can't be updated properly on the GMC. The number of products for each country can't be synced properly Also, if you are a clothing store, you can't map the size unless you are on their Scale plan which means you will get a warning of limited product visibility on the GMC if you are on the lower plan.

Amazing support team – fixed issues even Google couldn’t! I’ve worked with a lot of feed apps, but FeedNexa has been the most reliable by far. Their support team (special shoutout to Vincent, Tracy, and Ben) is always quick to respond and actually takes ownership of the problem. I had a long-standing issue with extra “default titles” showing up in my Google Merchant Center that no one could figure out – not even Google. FeedNexa jumped in, investigated, and the problem is gone. They also helped me sort out confusion caused by the Google & YouTube app pushing a conflicting feed, and made sure my new Merchant Center account synced properly without breaking anything. Perfect APP. The instructions are often times easy to follow. APP allow the shopify subject the catalog to facebook, amazing. The only issue for small shopify stores is google or facebook does not have automation for the reviews that are featured from customers on the shopify store they should automatically migrate to the google or facebook shopping page versus trying to get customers to set-up reviews direct on the google or facebok site. Second, if the SKU Out off stock, but the shopify still want to keep it on sale , it should be have a choice.

This app is super convenient. I know it's still being developed but it's easy to use and covers most all of what need to optimize a shopping feed very simply. The only thing I can think of is it would be good to have product highlight fields added to the options. Currently I have to do that in merch center but I'm pulling from API not xml so not sure how that side works. Anyway devs are very responsive and helpful.

Recently installed this to handle the shippingLabel/shipping_label issue with Google Merchant Center, since Shopify can't seem to figure out how to send that information over in an effective way. The app is very straightforward to use and seems to work very well. Initially it has a limit of 100 products, so I reached out to Vincent in support and he raised the limit to what I needed it to be! Overall, an excellent experience!

I have never come across an app that has such a speedy support service. Tracey helps in light speed. Also the app is super easy to handle. I found it so difficult to update Google Merchant Center errors as all my products were disapproved due to age/gender/currency null values. It was tiring to update on Google Merchant Center manually, specially when I have around 500 products in my store. And this app did it within few seconds. highly recommend the app, and it's worth the money.

Used Omega for a month while searching for alternatives to the main Google Channel app. On the positive side, it is fairly straightforward and does pretty much what it says it will do—which, for the free tier, it quite a bit. If you have a small inventory without many variants, this app is a decent budget solution. It doesn't sync incorrect tax and shipping settings like the official Google Channel app, which was a huge plus. However, the functionality is hit or miss. For example, Omega was set to sync products to Google Merchant Center every week, but our products nearly expired a month later because it did not sync after the initial setup. I had to manually press the sync button. Variants kept being disapproved as well, due to how the product identifier was handled compared to other apps. Ended up switching to a different app that better met our needs.

The app was pretty straight forward to set up, I had help from both Wendy and Joyce for minor issues I had and they were amazing in helping me sort them. I had a issue syncing up my products to the GMC. My only complaint is I think the "Fetch Data" button should be moved from the price plan section to the dashboard section. Other than that, everything was straight forward.

The support team are fantastic. Super friendly and helped me setup our feed within the first few minutes of installing the app! The app interface is clear, easy to use and being able to push our product feed via the Content API is a real bonus as any changes made are quickly updated and synced with Merchant Centre. In the same afternoon as me installing the app, our Merchant Centre errors were fixed! I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store on Google Shopping.

Anna from Omega and I tried to use the feed for Facebook (and the other social channels). Unfortunately, it didn't quite work yet, but that was certainly due to our article configuration in Shopify. We recently installed the Omega app to sync a selected collection to our Google Merchant Center. Google is pernickety about certain fields, and the OMEGA team LITERALLY walked me through sleuthing each issue out day-by-day, communication-by-communication to get my feed in its purest form for syncing. Outstanding experience! First about the app - I use it for Google Merchant Center and for Pinterest feeds. The app is professionally developed, has an intuitive interface, and has many useful options. I'd say the best price range too. But because of the clumsy me who can't notice the fetch Shopify updates button and because of the custom theme that has modified fields, I had to contact support. Support is mind-blowing. First of all, it's live chat. I got a response from Anna instantly. Despite I contacted her after working hours, Anna went above and beyond to solve the issue. To better understand the level of support, I want to mention that Anna contacted the app developer Khang who postponed his dinner and made changes to my feed. As I said - outstanding experience. Thank you, Anna and Khang!
