We started using Grapevine mainly for the attribution reporting, and it's paid off fast. Being able to see revenue and AOV broken down by channel means we finally know which marketing is actually driving sales instead of guessing. The "how did you first hear about us?" data alone has changed how we allocate budget. Setup was quick, and it's genuinely Shopify-native, so it just works. The targeting rules (by order value, product, country, customer type) let us ask the right questions to the right people instead of blasting everyone with the same survey. And the MCP integration for querying our own data with AI is a nice touch that most survey apps don't come close to. Support has been responsive and helpful every time we've reached out. Easily worth the $25/month. Highly recommend to any store trying to better understand its customers and attribution.

So far we've connected it to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow which has added tons of functionality. We're testing their AI Connect with Claude at the moment and so far it's been great for analysis and reporting. Great app - ask all our first time customers where they found us using it and then back that into our CAC (reported sales by channel by spend) that we drive marketing budget decisions on. I've been around for a long time and spend a lot of money on different martech solutions (Mixed media modeling, multi-touch, incrementality, etc.). For the $ (and resources of startup) nothing comes close and have found more complicated things generally don't do better (makes sense when getting into large scale advertising with TV especially) but not at the scale of most shopify stores. You can't spend $25/ month in a better way if you have any kind of paid media budget in more than one channel.

What a great little app! As soon as I installed it I was getting feedback. I knew I got sales from all differnt platforms, and FB ads tell me exactly what my paid activity sends me, but now I've got real life feedback from people and a nice breakdown of the revenue each generates. It's self-reported so may not be 100% accurate, but its a lot better than what I had before - exactly nothing! And the free version is more than enough data for me right now. Once I get bigger and have more orders I'll almost definitely upgrade to ask more questions but for now, this is ideal. Thanks!

Great little app and it's priced fairly ($3 a month should be the standard for all apps that do just one thing) 4 stars rather than 5 because of one feature it desperately needs: At the moment you can only make one survey. If you want to change your survey question you have to ask the team to wipe your data and start again (making sure to download the data first) It would be great if you could change the survey question and this would then create a new tab in the analytics, rather than having to delete everything I'd also really like to see a bit more segmentation so that the survey gets shown to people based on what they buy. At the moment, my survey is asking a question about the main product, but it's not particularly relevant to customers that are buying something different.
