Been using this app since November 2, 2017. For nearly 8 years it has been great. At the beginning of February 2025, we've been getting an error in iWish - "There was an error in the third-party application". Been reaching out for 2 weeks (at the time of writing this), and it's never been the same. Been going back and forth with them to fix and put their app back to the way it was before. Now, very slow and laggy, and the features they once coded in are gone. We've also been receiving recently a few customer email complaints stating that our mobile site had issues with certain things not working, which I thought was caused by another app developer. Tonight, re-uploaded a backup which fixed everything customers were complaining about. Was running some tests (no coding... simply running through the paces) and noticed my mobile site was broken again after 1 hour. Looked through Settings -> General -> Store Activity Log... and found out this whole time it was in fact iWish breaking my theme. (No one else logged in after I did the upload). Not sure what has happened since the first day using iWish... But the company is definitely not the same nor is the dev team. Now have to fix everything again, and struggle to find another Wishlist app, as iWish can no longer be trusted to work and/or implement anything on my theme. Very disappointed!

4-10-24 - I recently updated my Theme and had problems getting app to work. Once again, customer service was amazing. They not only reinstalled the app but it looks even better now with the Wish List icon in our Top header Bar. Third time they have were quick to respond. THANK YOU AGAIN! Support staff is great. We had to relaunch our website and they went in for a 2nd time a made corrections needed to get app working the way we needed it. They are very responsive and made changes just as I asked. Thank you! Correction, 3rd time they have quickly assisted me. I updated my theme and lost the customization. They went in and fixed it with in 24 hours. Thank you again!

Seems to work perfectly and really good support from the developers too. The main advantage over other apps that do this is the price - a great pricing model. I'll give it 5* now as the cost is fully justified. but it'd be great if a future version could integrate with email and could send automated reminders to people who'd setup wish lists and not bought for a specified number of days - that could be an optional upgrade for higher cost.

If you want the best wishlist tool on the Shopify market this is it! They provide an affordable and top-of-the-line solution. After trying out various other wishlist apps, I found this app to be the most efficient and effective. The team went above and beyond by embedding the wishlist icon into my main menu, using the same style as my theme, and modifying their app's theme to fit seamlessly with my current one. Now, my wishlist app appears to be native to my theme and unnoticeable to my customers. The app itself loads quickly and flawlessly, allowing users to create multiple wishlists under different names, add items to their cart with ease, share their wishlist with others, and integrate well with 3rd party reward apps. Although the dashboard may seem to have fewer features compared to other apps at first glance, the team's willingness to integrate their app to your site makes it stand out as the best choice. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would, as their service and app are truly phenomenal.

Update: looks like developers solved these issues. However it took quite a lot of time to fix them so only 4 stars from us. Still we like the app and we plan to use it in other stores. App has issues that developers refuse to acknowledge or fix. 1) Use of resources that negatively impact theme's performance. Our theme does not use jQuery, however, they app requires it, together with a Font Awesome fonts that are used for a single element. 2) Visual performance of the app is horrible. The hearts on the collection page appear with at least a 2 second delay after everything has loaded. It's a bad customer experience and elements are non-interactive during this time. 3) Occasionally, the dedicated landing page for Wishlist doesn't work. It shows a server error. This has gone on for hours at a time. 4) Installation process was done multiple times and each time different styling was applied so there was no consistency. 5) Communication is slow, often repeat emails need to be sent to get a response. When communicated, problems are often not acknowledged and claimed that the functionality is working despite Hotjar recordings and first-hand experience showing otherwise. Still we would be interested to use this app, also for our three other clone stores, if only developers could solve these issues.

This is the PERFECT wishlist app. It is straight to the point and has all the features you want in a wishlist, for $2 a month. It lets guests have a wishlist or they can sign into their account and save their wishlist for later. I was skeptical at first because in order to set it up, you have to add the developers as staff onto your store. You can give them access to your only your home page and products that way it is not possible for them to mess with any financial or personal settings. I gave them access and by the next day the wishlist was set up perfectly. I also requested that they add the wishlist heart to the front of every product so when customers are scrolling thru a list of products they can easily add them to the wishlist without having to click on each product. I requested this and it was completed the very next day. They are fast with communication and do great work. I have since removed their account from my staff and have had no problems with the wishlist after removing them. I highly suggest this for any store in need of a wishlist, it has everything you need for an unbeatable price!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Not integrated with the 2.0 shop and there are several bugs. The app does not work and also messed up parts of my website. Since then they are ignoring every email and refuse to remove the app and restore my website. I will now have to find someone else to delete the code and fix it. Save your time and find a better app that actually works and have a half-decent customer service!

While we've only recently installed this app, I wanted to share our preliminary review since the support (by Kundan), functionality, and user interface to match the look-and-feel of The X Shop (www.thexshop.xyz) is aMaZiNg!! In addition, our change requests are completed in a timely manner and the price is so affordable! It can be challenging to find the right app that balances the user requirements with the business requirements at a reasonable price for a startup and so we really appreciate that this app is perfect for this! I moved my store from Woocommerce to shopify, and had my wishlist on my old store exactly as I liked it. I purchased this app and, seeing they were happy to install it for me, emailed them with screenshots showing exactly how I'd like the wishlist placed, including in my header menu, and how I wanted it to show. This app is great! Totally smooth and slick. Integrated seamlessly with my store. I asked for lots of little customizations so the wishlist page could be accessible through a menu, and asked for fontAwesome heart icons to be added, and quite a few other tweaks as well. I just installed this app and love it. I did it myself by pasting the code into the proper places where instructed. The instructions were clear and the screenshots were helping to paste the code properly. I tested out the app and it works just fine. I recommend contacting support though if you want to change the way it looks to fit with your theme. Since I have the basic Pop theme for my website it fit in perfectly without having to contact the developer.

My store dropships products/ inventory for other stores & independent sellers.. Instead of a customer wishlist,I needed a inventory list that allowed merchants to easily track,and instantly access their inventory onsite. Everyone who collects something knows the challenge of the holidays: All you really want are new items for your collection, but friends and family are afraid to buy anything because they're not sure what you want or already have. Since we sell to collectors, this app is perfect for us. Customers easily add items to a wish list, then they can email (or send by Facebook, etc) their wish list to friends and family. They get what they want, buyers are thrilled to know they're buying something that will be cherished, and we get the sales! Everyone's happy! Additionally, since each of our products is listed as a quantity of 1 online (because condition makes each one unique), if an item sells, it is removed from wish lists automatically, avoiding confusion. Kundan installed the app for me, since I'm not tech saavy, and made it match our site's look and color scheme. It works perfectly and is the only app we're currently willing to pay a monthly fee for.

Everything looks fine, however when I go to add an item I keep getting the error "No items!" How do I fix? I can't create a wishlist and have my customers create if they can't add items. Any recommendations to resolve or for getting a hold of support? I've emailed in tickets, and written to the email above.

After selecting the App I contacted them for the free install 5 times. 4 days later after a couple more emails I still can't get an answer, nothing at all, no response! I ended up installing it myself which is quite easy but the button placement is a complete pain in butt, that's a really tough thing to get right if you don't have any experience with code. I finally got it to sit in the footer which I am mildly happy with, I am not at all impressed that I have haven't even had one email to say "we are busy and will help you soon" nothing at all, talking to brick wall would have been more helpful. So if you are looking for a quick install by these guys don't hold your breathe. The app itself is not bad, not amazing either. May remove, yet to decide. For the whole experience including how the app works and customer service, I have to give it a 2, I am sick of waiting, how hard is it to send a quick email to acknowledge that someone needs help with their supposedly FREE HELP/Setup! If you are at all unsure about being able to do it yourself due to having no experience I wouldn't attempt it, I'd wait for them to do it for you whenever that would be. I even took the time to create access for them too on my account, what a waste of time that was!

The app is great. Very easy to install the 3 steps of code into my theme editor. The instruction is very clear with example page. I have tested the app and is working fine! Really love it very much. Now I can view customers' wishlist at admin side and make necessary personal marketing/selling plan to individual. I will stay with this and subscribe it for the other online shop too. I am waiting for the technical side friend to help me to adjust the button colour to blend with the rest and I trust they will do so shortly. Too excited to give them a good review here. Recommend this app.

This is a great app and the shopapps people were really friendly and teriffic during the very simple process to have wishlist installed at my store. I was being a bit fussy and wanted the icon moved to a different place after installation and the support team was very efficient and helpful. The app is a great addition to the store as well. It is well integrated and the user experience is seamless. It also functions as expected. As a relatively new shop owner, I am realizing that little touches like this, that are electives - really help a store come together into a functional unit- It's way more than just the design of your theme and what you are selling. After struggling through all the nuts and bolts to figure out what i wanted and needed, installing wishlist was cake. A nice experience, a nice app and wonderful addition to the store. It's also worth noting the that the helpfulness of the support team there was commendable and the app works great.
