I looked at several apps to do what I wanted to do and these guys came the closest but it still didn't accomplish what I wanted in that it didn't take my thousand designs and put them in a random order! When I contacted them about it they asked a few questions and in 48 hours gave me a button that allows me to put the images in random order! Can I just say that alone was worth every penny for their app! Thanks for going above and beyond with great customer service! My clients are so excited to see their creations on my website! I'm doing a happy dance!

Love the way my video and photo galleries look on our 2 sites. I would definitely tell others about this app. There’s a lot of css available to easily change the layout/sizes. One word of critique would be to show the image requirements as bullet points instead of a couple of sentences in a paragraph. It may help others to know why thier image isn’t uploading faster.

I've been using Enorm Image Gallery for a couple of years. Recently I accidentally deleted a theme I shouldn't have, and even though I'm on the free plan, Enorm responded to my help request very quickly and resolved the issue. Saved me a lot of headaches! This is a great app if your theme doesn't have built-in gallery features, and possibly even if it does, since Enorm's support is so great.

I've been searching for an app that would allow me to build a gallery based portfolio that hyperlinked each image to a project description page so that I could display all my work in one place on my website for potential clients. I think I'm still in shock about what just happened... after much research and comparing apps, I decided to install. I messed with it a bit on the trial and realized it was going to do the job great so went for the Gold plan. And I'm a picky artist with a portfolio of over 700 images that need to be uploaded and categorized and reorganized and changed often so I was pleased with the ease of all that with this app. Everything is clean and fast. My site was custom developed so the default page template was about all I could work with to place the image gallery code into. After much frustration on trying to figure out how to do some simple coding tweaks to get my page to be full width and responsive, but not the top text area, I emailed EA support and before I even let my finger off the mouse after I sent the email I got a request for a store collab and they literally created a new page template and some custom code edits on the page in 1-2 minutes. Just a few back and forth emails that was more like a support chat. Seriously the whole thing went down in under 5 minutes and now I'm good to go. Not sure how that even happens but I am a happy camper. That's 5 star customer service right there folks. Tech support on point! :)

I downloaded this app in hopes it would allow me to make an "upcoming sales" page for the holidays in my shop. I've used this app for a few months now. It's very basic and kind of gets the job done, but it's definitely not great. There is so feature to transfer uploaded images to a different gallery. If I duplicate a gallery, none of the photos transfer, even when I click the option "clone gallery with images". I find that this app is inconsistent and even though it's simple, it ends up being frustrating to use. I had issues initially installing the app and was pleased that customer service was able to sort it out quickly. Overall this app is just okay, but definitely not great if your trying to use it for a large portfolio.

Works great, user friendly. At first I couldn't get the gallery to show up on the page I created so I reached out to them through the "contact us" button. They got back to me right away! It turns out there was something with the theme I was using that made it not compatible but the they were able to fix it really quickly (less than 20 minutes!) I would definitely recommend the app. If for some reason you use it and can't get it to display on a page you've created just reach out to them. I now have a new page template to choose (from the dropdown list when you're creating a new page) when I create pages for photo galleries - this allows the code to work on my site. Awesome!!

I would give them 100 stars if possible. Being a novice with apps, I know that many days they struggled with what I was saying to them (actually I wasn't certain myself what I was saying). We've used this app since September, 2018. We've loaded 10 galleries and a total of 107 video clips (ranging from under a minute to 12 minutes in length) through Vimeo. Loading videos is fairly simple (I had more difficulty with Vimeo than with Gallery by EA). I do wish for more flexibility in arranging and sizing them. As of this posting, no complaints from our customers and none from us, either. I'm rating it a 4 because I reserve 5 for products and services that absolutely knock my socks off and few do. This one does what it says it'll do and that's plenty good enough for me.

It works fine for couple minute, then nothing appear on my page. Moreover, it conflicts with my Boundless theme's slideshow. Very easy to use, however Images though uploaded as 1200 x 800 are opened smaller. Customer service was really very quick to respond, most times. Once they understood the problem, they were able to fix it. I am very happy at the moment. Very easy to use. One upgrade that should be considered is some type of preview of the uploaded photos when I am updating the caption, as photos are so small that I sometimes don't see what I need to describe. All in all great app, and I am very happy.

Looks great, customer service is great. Unfortunately it takes AGES to upload images, most of the time we are left uploading one image at a time due to there being a 4mb limit on bulk and singular uploads.. and when you've 50+ images to upload it can become quite irritating. We've also come across an issue where we have to contact customer service every time we create a new gallery because the gallery is always blurry, after a quick email it is resolved but again this can become quite tedious.. Overall great app, this is due to its look. But there are areas that need improving.

The app works well within its own framework, but there become issues when trying to implement the app in conjunction with other elements such as text, other images (not in the gallery) or even when creating 2 galleries on a single page. I was able to find workarounds to fix these issues like , but it would be much cleaner if this was already integrated into the app. In addition to the "clearfix" class, when I have 2 galleries on one page and select an image in the first gallery when I scroll through them one by one it seems to glitch and opens a second viewing window for the second gallery. Also, it would be nice if the app would allow caption text to be edited without using HTML tags (things like bold, italic, font sizes and colors). I really like the Caption, Alt-Text, and Link options that are provided when working with photos. I really like being able to easily reorganize the photos. I wish that when a gallery was deleted (that still had photos in it) the photos it contained would delete from the count list. I ran into this problem when I first tried the app and lost 3 photo spots I could use elsewhere. Lastly, I wish the app would react a little better to mobile view vs desktop view, or even if there were options provided for desktop vs mobile views. Overall the app is well made and works well for its purpose, there are just a few things that would take it from being a good app to being the absolute best.

We have used the image gallery to show off our furniture products and it has been a great product worth every penny. Enamorapps is great to work with and has quick turnaround on all of the bugs that we have had.

The customer service for this app is very responsive, quick, and helpful. They answer all my questions promptly and do their best to help find a solution. I gave four stars instead of five because if you want to pay for the best membership - they allow unlimited galleries, but not unlimited amount of photos.
