This app makes the entire process of creating orders that are to be sent out to influencers super easy. I love the fact that it uses AI to parse emails between our team and the influencers we reach out to in order to fill their shipping information. Also very convenient that I can create new orders or affiliate discounts directly from the IH web app and it syncs directly to my Shopify store. The support team is also very knowledgeable and can help you through any issues but I feel the platform is quite intuitive that I rarely even need to reach out in the first place. Everything is laid out clearly, and it only takes a few minutes to go from setting up an influencer collaboration to actually getting an order pushed through to fulfillment. Overall, it’s saved us a ton of time and removed a lot of the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with.

I absolutely love this software! I especially love the feature that allows you to load data reports from any influencer in order to evaluate clicks and engagements. The onboarding was seamless with the help of their amazing customer service team! They were available at anytime for assistance and were always quick to respond :) It is very user friendly and ideal for mass campaigns and mass-gifting.

I installed this product and to be honest I paid a hefty monthly fee and found it be a waste of money. It's not that user friendly, and there are better tools out there. One of the big issues I have is that I can't import my existing list and export is limited. I switched to Upfluence and found it to be much better

This AP has functionality best suited to AGENCIES or medium to large businesses. If you are a small businss, then go with their FULL SERVICE option perhaps (but, unless you are a tech expert, I don't recommend the self-directed platform option). My experience was frustrating because I am a small business with no employee to dedicate to managing this platform, building and A/B its testing flows, manage onboarding, outreach email campaigns, and staff capable of walking influencers through an oboarding process. This is a tool for a bigger organization. This is not an easy self-serve solution. So, highly recommend the fully-managed solution if you don't have your own staff.

Influencer Hero is a great tool to finding, onboarding, and managing influencers all in one platform. Their dashboard is particularly useful to see where in the relationship a particular influencer is, whether you've reached out to them versus if they've posted on their socials. If you need a platform to mass gifting or have a mass outreach, their platform helps you do that with just a click of a button. The only drawback is that it is more difficult to onboard 1 creator without creating a separate campaign for them. Overall, there are many capabilities to utilize here.

We had to pay over $5000 in affiliate commission to influencers but they didn’t tell us that there would be a payment fee of 1.5%! We already had to pay the influencer 10% and ship products out. 1.5% just for processing a payment?!

Very helpful staff. App has many features others do not. I hope I am able to extract enough value from the app to justify the cost. Given the interface, I believe I will be able to. Update: the team continued to be great, but there was no ROI for us. We sent out tons of packages, personalized cards, followed up with each influencer, did everything as excellent as possible. It led to two sales total and a handful of new follows, over months, which just wasn't enough for us. We're just getting started, but we've been super impressed with the capabilities of Influencer Hero and how seamlessly it integrates with Shopify. Our onboarding with Peter and Belen was SUPER helpful and eased the pain of starting with a new CRM and having no idea where to begin. Really guys, look no further. I spent months reading reviews here, G2, Capterra, etc. Either some platform was way too expensive for an SMB or was limiting functions, especially the influencer search. Here it's unlimited!!! Let me say it again it's unlimited! Onboarding was nice and smooth, easy to set up, integrates with Shopify discount management and revenue tracking, so basically you get a mini-referral system also, which they are improving all the time. Left them a couple of ideas, probably they will implement them in the following months. Very cool, just very cool. And you have a central place to manage influencers, so no scattered mailboxes. 10 stars for this platform.

We tried to run our own influencer campaign manually last year and it was a complicated mission. We believe that a marketing plan that includes promotions with influencers is the new generation of marketing. I'm glad we came across influencer hero because it has a lot to offer. I have been using this app/service now for about 5 days. So far I have used the influencer finder and email flow features. Both of these have saved me a good amount of time. I haven't used all of the features yet or gotten to the point to see if the return on time and ad-spend will be worth it though. The experience has been good so far and the support and communication with their team has been excellent. I'll update this review in about 30-45 days if there is something negative but otherwise I'll leave it be if everything has been good.

We wanted to get started with influencer marketing recently, and quickly found that trying to do it ourselves, manually, was extremely time consuming and difficult. This app pays for itself many times over by making the process of finding the right influencers in your niche like 100x faster than trying to scour through the social media profiles one by one and adding them into a spreadsheet or something. The search features in here are second to none, really impressive what they have built. Beyond that the app has a bunch of internal tools that help you reach out to the influencers using your own email, keeps all the communication threads in one place and helps you track the status of the deals. They even have a built in affiliate system so you can reward the influencers who are driving sales, and can track which ones are actually sending you real customers. We opted for an upper tier plan where the Influencer Hero team provided a done for you service to help us find and reach out to the accounts we wanted to work with and they did a great job with this. Genuinely saved us 100's of hours. Even if you're just using the software and handling the outreach by yourself I couldn't recommend this app more highly, I do not understand how people manage these sort of influencer marketing campaigns without a tool like this (I guess the alternative would be to hire a part time or nearly full time person to do it - even them, I'd empower them with this app for sure). If you're going to try your hand at influencer partnerships this is the gold standard right here!

We've tried a number of other influencer platforms but none of them have it ALL like Influencer Hero. The UI is great and logical, you can find influencers, email them and send product directly from the platform. It also has a great dashboard for tracking all your influencers throughout the process. They also really hold your hand and are super helpful in helping you get on-boarded and set up.
