This service is no good for anyone managing above 100 listings. Their user experience is extremely dated. Their scripts are confusingly set up and their customer support does not seem to understand what it is they're providing service for. 6 months ago 800 items had their quantity changed out of the blue and they took no responsibility for it. They blamed it all on shopify. I communicated with shopify who denied the claim.. I decided to give it another chance, and the item sync wasn't working so I asked for assistance. I made sure to explain that the ebay data was the foundation and it should be pulled from there, not written to there (from shopify) and a dev from Inkfrog took their own actions without my consent and overwrote 2,200 listings in ebay. Changing prices, counts, titles and who knows what else. This was the last straw. Seriously, stay away.

Worked fine for a while with eBay. Now sync from ebay back to Shopify doesn't work. Sales and inventory doesn't change when a sale is made. Online support only shows what is suppose to happen. No support for actual sync issues.

UPDATE..... We used inkfrog initially on BigCommerce and now Shopify and sadly I have discovered a SIGNIFICANT issue that Inkfrog should fix right away. Apparently, it only uses partial skus to match up ebay listings. Why would any software only look for partial sku match to link a listing when a sku is unique down to it's last digit or letter? Sadly my mass import linked several of my 6000 skus to the incorrect ebay listings and this could not be undone. My only option is to go through each listing one by one and unlink and fix it. The support on inkfrog is wonderful but the development based on this major flaw needs to be addressed. Why bother if the sku mapping is that inaccurate? Once I get all of my listings fixed, the software does manage them well. BUT....BEWARE as initial mapping is ineffective and may create a big mess to fix.

I do love this app and it makes my eBay life so much easier bringing the orders into Shopify. But there is one major issue, you need to sync the shipping settings FROM eBay and stop creating new ones, this is one major bugbear for me and is causing me a lot of hassle, along with changing items which I correct in eBay. I'm haing to cancel orders or also take the hit on the chin when someone purchases something I do not ship to. Please, please, please, import the shipping profiles from eBay and do not generate new profiles which are causing so much hassle. I also love the template features but it would be very handy to have more Shopify fields available in the templates, maybe some freeform fields too, this would greatly improve the template operations for me.

What I love about the inkFrog for eBay app is that it's so easy and clear to list products, I chose it because it helped me easily list my products and made my job easier. I would say it would be nice to have it fixed. Out of the many products listed, most of the products fail. If this can be fixed then the app will be a nice and simple app.

I been a longtime customer and generally happy with app. For the past 9 weeks I am having issues mapping new products and also pictures not transferring. They said the developers are aware of the issue. It's been 9 weeks and no fix. When is someone going to care enough to fix the problem. I have used InkFrog for many of my stores. It is faster than the other ones in synching inventories, almost instant really, which is amazing. I don't really care about processing orders on Shopify, because eBay offers the best prices on postage, but inkfrog offers these great templates to make my eBay listings stand out without spending additional money. I love InkFrog and it is always reliable. .

So much potential, yet so frustrating. The best part of the app is that it is very good at automatically removing product as you sell on ebay, shopify, or in person between all platforms. That part was a life saver and very useful for us as we are an omni-channel seller. The biggest downfall and the part that would drive me mad, is the glitches and lack of support to fix it. For example, I would spend hours listing items from Shopify to eBay only for InkFrog to have a listing glitch and remove every item listed. Not only does it waste an incredible amount of time, but it destroys any potential sales. When you do relist the same items, usually (and magically) there are no problems and it stays. But, eBay views it as spam or whatever and the items never get the same watchers or views. I would say nearly every batch I did for the last three months or more did this, and I think it really hurt my online sales. Customer service would usually blame eBay or Shopify for the issue, but how do you explain listing it the second time and there isn't a problem? Even if it is an issue with the app communicating between the two platforms, InkFrog has a duty to bridge the gap and solve the issue. There are other minor issues, like; some synching issues, the app not covering all the listing descriptions and details that eBay has, and having to go through all the items I list on eBay to fill in the blanks that InkFrog doesn't fill. I finally cancelled my subscription after a month of not listing new product. I really don't feel like spending four hours or more for 20 items.

Namen und Adressen mit Umlauten oder "ß" werden mit der immer gleichen Zeichenfolge "�" verstümmelt, so dass man sich in ebay einloggen muss, um die korrekten Adressdaten nachzulesen und diese manuell in Shopify zu korrigieren, bevor man die Bestellung weiter bearbeiten kann. Der Fehler war bei inkfrog noch nicht bekannt. Nachdem ich darauf hinwies, hieß es, man arbeite daran. Ein anderer Fehler war bekannt und der gab den Ausschlag, inkfrog wieder zu deinstallieren: Das Textfeld für die ebay-Rückgaberichtlinien bei inkfrog erlaubt nur 250 Zeichen. Die rund 4.000 Zeichen einer typischen deutschen Widerrufsbelehrung akzeptiert inkfrog nicht, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Warenbestände nur von ebay zu inkfrog/shopify aber nicht von shopify/inkfrog zu ebay synchronisiert werden. Unangenehm fällt beim Installieren/Registrieren auf, dass eine Kreditkarte angegeben werden muss. Es heißt vom Support zwar, die Abrechnung erfolge über shopify, aber das stimmt nicht, es wird direkt von der Karte abgebucht. Pluspunkte für den günstigen Preis und den ansonsten schnellen, freundlichen Support. Aber das hilft halt nichts, wenn die App bestenfalls nur halb funktioniert und kein Zeitpunkt genannt werden kann, wann die Fehler behoben werden.

The one thing we really wanted it to do can't be relied on. The synchronising could be better, to say the least; eBay sales can take several hours to sync to Shopify and sometimes don't do it all, so you can sell stock in Shopify that has already sold on eBay. And, it can be just as bad syncing to eBay; we have regularly had to cancel transactions on eBay and ruin our eBay status due to items still being listed on eBay several hours after selling out in our Shopify store. You can report this to support, as we have done, All they will tell you is that they will pass it on to the developers, and you never hear any more from them. Had the same issue with their extra cost templates; we reported bugs several times only for support to supposedly pass it on to the developers for nothing to be done. In our 'final straw' experience, we asked for an explanation as to why a particular item did not sync and advised them that unless they could provide this, we had no faith in their app and would stop using it. Guess what, passed to the developers and heard no more even when we chased them up to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves, we were just fobbed off. So, we weren't bluffing; we can't continue to use an app that is so unreliable in such a critical area and be met with a lack of support and have thus cancelled our subscription and uninstalled this app.

A waste of time. Send over 30 emails that did not answer my initial question. Why wasn't my eBay and amazon accounts syn with my Shopify? Different adding Double entries to my Ebay account which I was charged I finally receive the answer I was looking for "You can manage eBay with Amazon, just not with Shopify linked to the same listings." I went back to read their advertisement "amazon OR ebay with by shopfity" So not both. Not what I wanted. I wasted over a week on trying to do what the app can not do.

Been using this App for a really long time. It is a great App to list products on eBay with and I was a huge fan of it for a really long time. I wish I could give it a better rating but the problem is it has problems with syncing orders between Shopify and eBay. It fails to sync the inventory roughly 2-5% of the time and results in inventory being oversold which is a huge hassle. I brought this issue up to them many times and it's been over a year hoping that they would rectify the issue. Eventually, I was recommended to manually check whether inventory had been updated properly myself at the end of the day, which is quite ridiculous. I ended up having to shut down my Shopify store temporarily as it was disrupting the workflow too much. Sad because if they would fix this issue, I would say Inkfrog would be my go to App. But it's not usable at it's current state and they don't seem like they want to fix or improve the problem like they used to.

The app just doesn't work. I have been in contact with support, but it's just not working. The app does not sync orders and does not adjust quantity on ebay when items are sold (those two things are basically the whole point of this app, so it cannot even fulfill the most basic promises). My settings are set to sync as they instructed me to do. I don't know how to get this thing to work. Making the ebay listings is easy, so I really really wish this app did the absolute basics of showing me orders and keeping correct quantity. Please, just fix those two (should be very simple) things and it would be a 5 star app. Currently, I have the free version because I can't spend a monthly amount if it isn't working. I would gladly upgrade in a heartbeat if you can fix it. I gave 2 stars because the customer service is good.

Okay, I'm HIGHLY annoyed. I wasted over 2 hours setting this horrid app up all for Shopify to tell me that I am now allowed to manage and add my products that I am dropshipping to EBay. Guess I'll just have to add them manually and do it all without an app. If you're dropshipping DO NOT download and use this app. It's a huge waste of time. I don't recommend this in the slightest. Thanks for wasting my already minimal time.

I can not recommend this app at all, there are nothing but issue to delete an item it takes minimum 15 minutes and has to be deleted in 3 different places. Products imported from ebay no shipping method and they very bravely advised me to do it manually on 10000 items. Any issue you take to them ends up with "our developers are working on the most urgent developments" first try to pass the ball to shopify. Items sold on ebay in different countries wont be ended on shopify so you have to do it manually. HTML Templates cannot be saved and it wont go to ebay correctly. They have lost the plot, they dont know the meaning of channel integration and why sellers are looking for one. I can go on like this but dont see the point, If you want headache you are at the correct place.

Stay away from this app. This app is constantly out of sync between our shopify store and ebay. We've had to cancel more than 20 orders in the last couple of month. The worst part is their non existent customer service, they do not respond to emails at all. The chat is never available. Do yourself a favour and to provide you a broken service.

I've used InkFrog for eBay for about two years with my regular business, and it's super reliable and a slick bit of software. I have now added it as my eBay integrator for Shopify on my personal shop site. This app is deep, and very complete. There is a small learning curve when getting started, but once you understand how it works, you could, if you wished, run your entire eBay operation without going to the actual eBay site. My Shopify site and eBay account stay perfectly synced. That's a lot of performance for less than twenty bucks a month. I read some of the recent one-star reviews, and can honestly say my experience has been totally different. But, I spent time with the app, read all the instructions, and it runs flawlessly. I think one gets out of it what they put into it.

We tried to make this app work but lost our patience when the customer service actually started to reply with sarcasm (yes, sarcasm). When we switched to Cadisto for our eBay connection, we learned exactly how bad this app was. Would rate this a Zero- Backend team has no idea what they are doing nor will they honor anything they say- Avoid Subscription as once they have your money you'll never get it back even if you cancel your account and they "mistakenly" never did on their end. Guess my company is just out of that money now as they refuse to refund their error.

Most buggy piece of software I've ever used. In the last 12 months I have emailed them over 40 times regarding issues. Not good enough for a paid app. At least they are usually quick to resolve. Unfortunately the last 3 weeks their server has been very intermittent and remains unresolved. No reply to a request for a credit considering the major disruption this has caused. I have now closed my account with them and will move over to Ebay's app which is free by the way.

Tried to persevere with this app for a long time. Multiple order creation, inconsistent synchronisation, and poor service are the main issues. Final issue was creation of 119 false orders affecting stock, and they were unwilling to help reverse. Advise trying another provider before you get too deep and it is hard to change.

UPDATE: App continues to duplicate orders in shopify. We lost 5k in dupe shipped orders in 1 day!! Do not use this app, it creates duplicate orders and has server glitches. We just discovered that we lost several thousand dollars due to duplicate orders created by Inkfrog in Shopify. Not safe to use, unless you manually check each order to ebay and paypal before shipment.

Update 19 October 2020 - This product has gotten worse. Since my earlier post in August and the initial one in July the software has continued to be buggy. A fix was put in last week, after about 4 months i think of the issue being present where there are timing delays from when you get a sale in eBay to when your shopify store gets updated. Its not fixed and im still experiencing delays. The order can come in anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours later. It poses policy issues for ebay because i sell in multiple channels and if i sell the item in shopify while its actually been sold in ebay but shopify doesn't know it i run into major problems. As of today their servers are down and i cant list. Its an extension of the sync issues i think. I have stock to list on ebay that i cant list through inkfrog! They have now put my sales at risk. They do not compensate as per their policy. Their listing templates are still broken. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY and will create more problems for you. Given the effort to migrate to a new platform and redo my templates i am staying on the tool until December when i am shutting more ebay store over the hoilidays and will do a full migration to a new platform then and relist with a product that works. My initial review in August 2020 - Does both custom fields and templates. Better than the ebay and ebay link apps. Tried both. No good. I was SO Happy with this product when is started using it. Through Mid July 2020 and into August alot of bugs started. Sync issues. Then the BIG ONE - the templates stopped working. Once published they couldn't be centrally updated any more. I ran into legal issues with my pricing and listings not being updated and hand to manually adjust every listing - i have over 50 listings. Why use templates if you plan to manage each one individually. They have not provided a timeline to fix the issue and refuse to credit or refund me the cost of the template subscription. Now i am stuck with this due to the massive cost to move to a new provider and start all over again. it's really frustrating. i just want the templates to work again :( Go back to what you were doing in June 2020 the product was so good then.

The app doesn't sync items properly, neither it does it regularly. Once you synced it with your shopify store, any new items you list or changes you make to your existing items, it DOES NOT sync them automatically with eBay. You need to manually do it one by one. On top of that, the small plan gives you 300 listings but it also counts towards this limit all the previous listings you had on eBay. Say, you want to list your 100 shopify items on eBay using this app, but you already have another 201 items listed on your ebay account that are not associated with your Shopify store, they will also count towards your limit and you will have the total of 301 listing which exceeds your plan limit. There is no way to avoid it, even though it's so stupid because the app is to sync with Shopify (otherwise why would I need it in the first place?!) As many have already said here, customer service is very unhelpful and their replies leave you wonder if they even want you as a customer. At this stage I am actively looking for another app.

I am changing my review not all because of inkfrog but because of mostly because of ebay. EBAY can ruin your business in 3 seconds flat. I sold $2500 worth of items to clients who are not qualified clients. There has been issue after issue with Ebay I would steer clear of them. Do not be fooled when thinking "this time it will be different". It will not be different and you will dig a hole that will be very costly to get out once you realize there are 10 requests for returns and ebay goes out of their way to ensure it is difficult. I did run into pricing issues which did cost hundreds to remedy. Ink Frog needs to fix pricing issues when you are uploading 700 items and 10 items list for 50% their original prices and receive immediate purchases it is very difficult telling a potential customer, whoops issue with inkfrog I have to cancel. There is no faster way to receive 1-star ratings from "EBAY" clients.

From the beginning I never felt like the support team was actually there to support. The app also has so many issues. Variants do not sync correctly, app lags and has such long delays and no one will tell you why. You can send them an email with a list of issues and you'll get back a one liner response that doesn't answer the questions you had. I am only going to keep trying to work out the kinks since I've already spent money on this. The app has a huge flaw. I use it to list my products on ebay and my buyers want to purchase multiple items which requires me to change the "require immediate purchase" default. This allows the app to cycle through the multiple items by listing them on my shopify store and then cancel them. I have had as many as 70 fake orders created by the app for an original order of 10 items, until the buyer actually completes the purchase. Very poorly designed. Messes up the store analytics and order count, etc.

Easy to use interface and product import feature, very happy with the app itself. However, seem to be experiencing a bug that does not let me keep the adjusted logo size - it just sticks with the original template logo size no matter what I try. Support hasn't been helpful at all in following this up further, quite disappointed to be honest. Hoping this will get resolved and will adjust rating accordingly.

This is the worst app EVER. Every month, I get charged for every Ebay fee twice because I have to pay fees on Shopify for every sale that sells on Ebay. I also got hit for double shipping fees this month. Shopify charged me for the same fees I already paid on Paypal for shipping. At $30 a month, this is a waste of money and all the time you invest in getting it set up. Not to mention, the "templates" have a huge learning curve. The free ones are ugly and the paid ones are cluttered and anything BUT elegant. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I really like this app. It does a lot for us; templating, posting, inventory management, etc. It hasn't been a seamless experience, though. We've been in contact with support frequently and they've been very responsive and helpful. Issues have centered around onboarding (sync settings REALLY need to be all configured up front), GTC Cancellation / Re-listing (the tooltips aren't quite accurate), etc. and issues have generally required manual fixing which is tedious and time consuming. It's frustrating to hit the snags but, once resolved, they stay resolved. Aside from the speed-bumps, InkFrog + Shopify really gets a ton of work done. We're overall very pleased with it.

Ease of import was fantastic, other apps put you through a big drill of hours of setup for processes that should already be set up by default and then can be customized later. UPDATE: We now have a new issue with Inkfrog: It created hundreds of duplicates of some order because of a linking issue with their software (as mentioned by their customer service, not due to our fault - we have the transcript of this of course). Therefore, we now have 161 false orders that are completely unbalancing our financial reports (and forcing us to pay taxes for sales we haven't made) and now require manual cancelling, a task of many hours. Inkfrog refuses to compensate us for that, even if they admit to the fault. If you'd like to pay 20$ a month for a service that will cause you trouble because it just doesn't work: we totally recommend Inkfrog. If you are looking for an easy solution to sell on ebay without any issues, keep looking and please, let us know what software you use because we won't be using Inkfrog anymore! Previous Review: We used their app for a while and starting a few months ago, we started receiving issues with sales on ebay not being pushed to Shopify: this created many inventory errors that we had to deal with. We've been in contact with customer support for days now and nobody is answering our questions. They gave us solution, that do not work (force synch orders, but force synch doesn't work because inkfrog says that the products are not linked to Shopify and of course... when you go see the product, everything is well linked) and all we get is ridiculous messages telling us that they "Pushed order #xxxx to Shopify", which is useless since we get 3 to 10 errors like these every days - what do you expect us to do, write to you 10 times a day so you can synch our orders? Their customer support is a mess and your messages get transferred to one person to another and no follow up is done. The promise of this software was very high for us and the options seem fine, but IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK and nobody at Inkfrog has any idea what is going on. After a week of terrible customer support, we will now invest our time into making a proper complaint to Shopify directly instead of being send ridiculous replies.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. The support team, as reported by others, is the absolute worst. They are rude, indignant and offer no solutions other than "fix it yourself". My support question was answered with "Please dont email and message us." instead of "Good morning, I would be happy to look into that for you." or "Give me a moment while I look into your issue." (Customer Service persons: Marcella and Marie). Secondly they add their own hyperlink and logo to all of your eBay listings. I've been told this is an eBay problem and I should fix it myself manually deleting it one by one on all 6600+ listings on my store. This hyperlink and logo is against ebay policy and can cause one's account to be flagged and removed by eBay and exists within the programming on their site. Given that they are receiving a monthly fee there is no reason for inkFrog to add this to their customer's listings. It's a parasitic practice. Syncing accounts does not work correctly, takes over 24 hours, has to be run several times in order to get all products captured and still does not capture product categories or all product info. This app is more trouble than it is worth for $30/month. *Review Update April 21, 2020: The Customer Care team has advised their product does not have the functionality that it did have previously. Product sub categories at one time populated with the product when migrating the listing from Ebay to Shopify. When those sub categories abruptly disappeared it cut the functionality of all of my menus. inkFrog's reply is that the product does not have that functionality and offered no solution. This confirmed for me that their product is far more hassel than it is worth and can potentially cause major issues with one's ecommerce site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or believe me it will end up costing you.

I first started using this app about a year ago. It worked great for importing and syncing my ebay inventory with Shopify and vise versa..but in the last few months it doesn't do anything useful. In fact it has created more work for me just to make sure it is working correctly. It stopped syncing anything from Shopify and the only way I could get it to work was manually reload and re-sync my listings and inventory. Why am I paying for a service that creates more work for me? On top of that I have reached out to customer service and all I get is an automated message saying they have received my message and are escalating it. I waited over a week to see if any changes of updating were being done or even if there was any follow up on the problem. Nothing..crickets! I can't run my business that way. I've messed up multiple orders because the inventory doesn't get updated after purchases and out of stock items gets sold again. NOT COOL!! I've deleted the app..not worth the money!!

LIARS!!!! I have been a customer for years. I used their app on 3 sites. On a routine import Inkfrog mixed up all the images so the items in inkfrog had the wrong item. I tried to work with them. I had to get shopify involved. Shopify proved to them that I never changed the images. They refused to acknowledge it was their mistake. Their customer service is the most RUDE and ARROGANT and its not a language thing, they are American. Their goal with customer service is to confuse you and frustrate you until you drop the issue. I have never written a negative review on shopify before for an app. Sometimes the App works but there is no company I would wish to go out of business more than EBAY Connect/Inkfrog. Use them only as a last resort. I'll remove this if they apologize and admit they lied which they have.

Fabulous, professional ebay templates, easy instructions to create your own if you wish, and the publishing component of the APP is very easy to use and navigate around without much need for training or support. We have over 500 products in our catalog so when we launched onto eBay we knew we needed a tool that could help us map over our catalog as painlessly as possible. After long hours of research. we settled on InkFrog and so far it's proving a good decision. Around half our products automatically listed on eBay straight away, the other half needed minor tweaking such as artwork missing or wrong order, shipping costs incorrect and other issues mainly related to issues in our Shopify catalog unrelated to InkFrog. We are quickly working our way through these issues and hope to be fully synced within days. We are finding InkFrog to be easy and reliable to work with with a lot of cool features that makes keeping our sales channels synced up far less of a chore than it would be otherwise.

We have been using InkFrog for approx 4 years and it is the best app we could have asked for. We used to spend so much time removing stock from our eBay store that had sold on our Shopify store and vice-versa and now InkFrog does it for us. It was quite difficult to setup as we have so many items for sale with a huge range of variants per item. However, now that it is setup, it's pretty seamless. The developer has sorted any issues that have arisen very quickly which is invaluable to keep things running smoothly. UPDATE (14/10/2019) - the support offered by InkFrog is incredible. They reply almost always immediately and are incredibly knowledgeable. Also I am now using their templates for my eBay store. They were so easy to use and setup, wish I had done it back in the beginning! I definitely recommend InkFrog to Shopify users that also run an eBay store.

I use the app to manage the transfer of all my products between Shopify and eBay. It takes a little while to understand how to properly setup the templates. Once you get past that, the listing from Inkfrog to eBay is fast and efficient. It also greatly simplifies the processing of orders. They recently added an integration to Amazon. The experience with Inkfrog is more of a glass half empty than half full. In general documentation is not clear. The connection between Ebay and Shopify is not intuitive (it seems it is until you realize Inkfrog is importing listings that are out of stock on Ebay as in stock to Shopify) and quite often it takes a lot of trial and error to understand where you need to change information so that it updates in the other places. Sometimes we felt settings were in weird places and/or were hard to find (in particular the one for disableing Inkfrog logo in your listings). Some major tools missing: no way to bulk edit Ebay descriptions, no automatic listing for same object in different Ebay Markets (we would have thought that was a given by now...). If you have a small store and can manage to do a lot of things manually, Inkfrog is ok, but if you have many listings and need some automatisation, I would not recommend Inkfrog.

I actually really like the app and have been using it for a few years now. However, ever since eBay started collecting sales tax on some of the items I sell, that tax is coming through inkfrog and into my Shopify account. Sellers are not supposed to have to deal with the sales tax on eBay, eBay is supposed to handle the taxes on our behalf. The tax is being reported as income in my Shopify account, but the tax is never deposited into my PayPal account. inkfrog has been saying they are looking into it, but it's still occurring. It's starting to add up, raising my reported income. If they can fix this soon, I'd give it 5 stars, but as it stands now, it looks like I'll need to refund the tax amount in each order so that it does not get reported come tax time. Very frustrating. Update: The new option for Shopify/inkfrog to ignore the eBay sales tax does not work! While it does not appear in the order, it is still being added as income within Shopify. Why this can't simply be turned off I don't understand. eBay handles the sales tax and it should not be passed though to the Shopify store.

I was sceptical at first and waited 6 months to leave this review, I can honestly say this app is brilliant, my main use is to integrate with ebay. So if i sell out on my online shop it will automatically put an item out of stock on Ebay. which means no more heart stopping moments waking up to orders i cannot fulfil. There are many other powerful tools with inkfrog iv not yet explored. However up-to now simply using it for stock control and ebay templates, its paid for itself many times over. The integration app no doubt works well but dont purchase the additional feature of designer template as you will be tired of selecting template to work but unable to save because of the error "invalid content detected" even no such thing exists in your template like any URLs/Contact etc. You pay for additional feature but unable to make your template. I used to think this app was pretty good, but lately, I keep having problems syncing my inventory. For example, something will sell on eBay, say, yesterday, and today, the inventory still hasn't synced with my Shopify store. Also, when I contact customer support, it seems like they just manually update it, but don't fix the root of the problem. They do not care. All they say, when I ask why it takes so long to sync (sometimes 24 hours later, the inventory still has not synced), they just say, Sorry there was a delay. Support has become terrible. If I was okay with manually updating everything myself, I wouldn't bother contacting them. Right now, every time I sell something on eBay, I have to make sure that the inventory levels are synced. Furthermore, when I import products, sometimes there are problems where the import gets "stuck" and all the time you spent saving the settings for each listing will be lost. Very irritating and time-wasting.

So, everything started well. Integration was perfect. Listing templates were basic but functional and cross platform management was seamless. That was until I start selling multiple quantity items. The moment I sold an item on eBay and the app updated the quantity for that product on my website, it would, for some reason, revert the price of the item on ebay back to the price listed on my website, which in every case was lower than my eBay listing price. This would happen even after going back in to the listing manually to readjust the pricing. Due to this, over the span of a month, I lost more in profit than the app costs to sub. Not good business practice. Therefore I have now cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. If this wasn't the case I would gladly keep using the app. However, this major bug made it unviable to continue using it for my purposes.

I use this app to link my Shopify store to eBay. It works great and their service team is responsive, even on Sunday evening. There is a time investment required for the initial set-up. It wasn't painless...but once your listings are set to your liking and you have a handle on the interface, it's set it and forget it. I previously used this app for 2 years with my BigCommerce store and it's the only app I carried over into my Shopify store. I did try Shopify's eBay integration first, I didn't last 1/2 hour before I looked for inkFrog.

The team is very easy to work with. Customisations take many iterations - change the font, hange the placement, change the size etc etc and it is not always possible to foresee all the customisation at once before briefing the app team. St Ives Tackle I opted for inkFrog so that I could link my Shopify to Ebay and prevent over and under selling. First impressions were that it is rather complicated and even though I looked and fiddled about with the trial I couldnt really get my head around it. At this point as I had over 500 existing Ebay listings to link to my store , I booked a one to one meeting and subscribed to the unlimited account and finally started to get my head around it. I have been working hard to understand how the system operates and consider how the settings function. I neednt have worried though as I have used support from the inkFrog team a few times now and after following their instructions have been able to get my ebay listings all linked up and can now get on with creating new listings from Shopify to Ebay using inkFrog. The support has been very prompt taking about 15 minutes for a response and any issues have been sorted immediately. It is a complex tool but seems able to do pretty much anything you need it to. I need to keep stock levels across 3 outlets synchronised and its great for that. In summary if you take your time to master it and dont be shy of asking for help from support it will prove to be a great tool for both listing and linking products. Five stars from me. Like any software, there is a learning curve and this one is not any different. It will do what you want and more. Syncing was quick & easy including photos, variants, & pricing. If your listings are not eBay compliant that will be an issue. If you have a lot of variants you may be limited to the number of listings until you receive approval from eBay to add more listings. But Inkfrog lets you know your listing status. It will fill your inventory automatically, shipping is a snap with all orders coming to your store at Shopify plus all messages come directly to the email address you use for Shopify. Inkfrog fully integrates with eBay in almost all cases. Any changes in your Shopify store listings can be uploaded separately to your eBay listing...a great feature. Inkfrog support is excellent and you can schedule a meeting with one of their gurus to walk you through the program. I encourage you to do this...it will help you get up and running quicker. eBay can be a hassle but the sales are there waiting for you. We had 52 orders for our first 2 weeks. IF you want to sell on eBay this is the app to use. It has all the bells and whistles to integrate your store and eBay.

I started out with doubts, but am happy now. I linked this app to my Shopify account, in order to get access to my eBay messages. It looked like inkFrog supported that feature, but only the ebay message headers would import, and any graphical links were omitted. I sent inkFrog support a message, and they had it completely fixed in about 2 days. However, they did respond to me, in about 5 minutes. Their support is top notch. They always get back to me, in about 3 to 5 minutes, with an answer...even on the weekends. However, today (2/1/19), I tried to turn on the feature for inkFrog to auto send feedback to eBay, and even tho their help file shows how to do it, that feature is missing from the app. I sent the complaint to inkFrog, just before writing this review.....now, 3 minutes later, I get a reply from them telling me that this feature isn't included in the "Basic" plan. I need to have the "Unlimited" or "Designer" plan. Even tho that was made clear to me, before purchase, I did not see that, and I feel that omission to the Basic plan, is in very poor taste. I will augment this review to 5 stars, if anything changes....

So far so good. We used to use inkfrog back before the shopify ebay app was created and liked it. Unfortunately, shopify's app doesn't seem to support 'make an offer' so we decided to give inkfrog another go. A frustrating situation turned out amazing as we wanted to redo the trial to make sure it'd do what we needed it to. Customer support was incredibly fast and proficient to help us. About 5 emails back and forth later (under probably an hour) we were back in the trial. If inkfrog works as well as it did before, then I won't touch this review because my customer experience has been 6/5 stars and the product was 5/5 when we last tried it.

This app works for the most part. But we have had to redo our listings on the inkfrog side 3-4 times because the profiles, theme, etc. keep changing without us doing anything. Support just blames it on third parties, even though we don't even use any other third parties for ebay except for inkfrog. We have wasted COUNTLESS hours redoing our listings from this issue. Inkfrog will do NOTHING to make up for it. We have paid for inkfrog for awhile now and they won't credit us a penny for the wasted time, money and energy we have had to put in redoing listings because of their coding issues. So, if you download this app, it may work...but don't be surprised if you have to do work on your listings multiple times.

Love. This. App! We use Shopify and cross promote to Ebay. It was working ok until Shopify (or Ebay?) changed their app. We could no longer edit our listings on Ebay and worse.... we lost the ability to offer "Best Offer" on our items. THAT WAS HUGE! I contacted support and their was no fix, that is until Sheryl wrote and told me about Ink Frog. Problem solved. I can edit and we can use the "Best Offer" feature on Ebay. The app is easy, it's comprehensive, data transfers easily between Ebay and Shopify, We can use the app for shipping, messages, listings, etc. No problems. Support is outstanding too. Set up is a bit confusing, but support is available as well as tutorials. (I didn't take advantage of the tutorials and directions and messed up syncing, support had me up and running again in no time. Sheryl also stayed with me all the way and between her and the support staff, I couldn't ask for better hand holding. GET THIS APP if you use Buy It Now with Best Offer on Ebay.

I added this app and immediately removed it because it is not necessary. Inkfrog has charged me $11 for 6 month before I caught it on my statement. Avoid this company. The application has so many strange and unique quirks about it. Sometimes, it work. Sometimes, it doesn't. Many times, we oversell on eBay due to unknown reasons even though the same item on Shopify has a QoH of ZERO. For the years we've been using it, I think we've found and reported so many bugs that they pretty much ignore us because we're always giving them bad news. Now, they cannot even do billing properly.. Twice now, our account has been degraded to the FREE plan because they cannot bill properly. *I* then have to go jump through hoops to get it straightened out. Sadly, the app shows a lot of promise. However, it is not quite ready for prime time. Some features work well, but we continually find functionality issues... items selling with sales tax calculated incorrectly; items selling with free shipping that should have a flat or calculated shipping cost; other items that should have free shipping but have flat or calculated shipping terms, SKUs magically changing to something else; Item descriptions mysteriously reverting back to an old description; many times we cannot update the eBay listing from within InkFrog till we delete and recreate the item. The support team is friendly and usually responds within 24 hours. Many times, they report the problem is "fixed" only to find it really isn't. The explanations for the issues range from invalid account settings on eBay to explanations which make no sense. It has cost us countless lost sales and MANY months of lost productivity of my staff due its erratic and unpredictable operation. It's quite frustrating to pay them for the opportunity to debug their program. This review will be revised as the application improves, unfortunately, lately, the app and company are degrading.

At this point if I could give this app a zero I would. I have paid for this app for quite a few months now. I received an email out of the blue stating that my trial had run out and that my account was being downgraded to a free account. At first I thought it was some type of mistake until I realized that they canceled me so that I will now have to pay $29 a month instead of the $18 that I was previously paying for the same service. 4.5 Stars! We have used inkFrog since June of 2017. I currently have approximately 2000 ebay listings thru inkFrog. Very simple to go from your Shopify store to ebay with this app. I highly recommend that you alter your headings to more closely resemble how people search on ebay. The app is occasionally glitchy. I do check ebay everyday at 3:00 pm to make sure that all my orders have been synching thru. Every once in a while, there are a few left hanging. I have had good luck with customer service. I haven't used them very often, but when I have, they have been quick. All in all, I would give inkFrog 4 and a half stars. If I had another site I wanted to hook up with eBay, I would use inkFrog again.

Copying listings from a website to eBay is dicey for anyone, even on a good day, but Ink-Frog (what's up with that name?) makes the process as seamless and easy as possible. We sell a mix of new and used gear, from all across the MI product map, and Ink-Frog saves me hours of work each week. Honestly, they are the best at syncing with ebay. Sept. 2018 Update: I realized we had a lot of prices wrong on eBay, and the thought of updating all of them manually was daunting. I messaged InkFrog, and within 30 minutes not only had they found and fixed the settings I had wrong (thank you, InkFrog!), they had started a resync to make all my prices correct. I cannot say enough good things about the product and the customer service. If this review feature had a "thumbs up" icon, I'd leave two of them.

InkFrog is a terrible platform to use. I have been a user since 2014 (4 years, because I couldn't find anything else 'better') and have had many problems with them. Today, we discovered that thousands of our listing profiles were erased by InkFrog because of an 'update' and that the 'information is not retrievable'. They expect us to rebuild 4 years of listing profiles because of an internal update. We are looking for another provider now, I wouldn't suggest InkFrog to my worst enemy. They are beyond terrible, have extremely poor customer service, and the program is glitchy and slow. We have over 10,000 listings on eBay Motors and they ALL lost years worth of compatibility profiles. I would never recommend InkFrog to anyone.

Started off on the free plan and have just recently happily upgraded to a pay plan. We made the move after testing out inkFrog for several months, during that time the QUICKNESS of getting products listed on eBay and the ability to EASILY change listings has made it painless, that won us over to using this after testing out other eBay apps for Shopify. The ability to list products with variations is a huge time saver. In addition, if you look at the features to cost, inkFrog is a no-brainer. The cost of the pay plan easily already paid for itself in one day. Save yourself several months of testing and go with inkFrog.

An update to this rating-- I have updated this rating due to incredible follow up from Inkfrog. I am looking forward to learning what I must to make the app work for me and have them as an extension of my company. Stellar Customer Service and because of it I am looking forward to moving on with them. *** The listing and deletion of this nightmare caused me an almost $40 extra in insertion fees for going over my 1000 item limit a month. Now, now only am I at zero and Ebay cannot see over the errors, but they have limited til May 1. That's a month extra to no sales because of this mess. Plus, I did get a response to this review and an offer to help. When I expressed my true opinion, which was honest, but not negative in any way, it wasn't acknowledged in return. PREVIOUS REVIEW I just want my Infrog nightmare to end. This has been nothing but a heartache. This app is nothing easy as they advertise or make it out to be. All my prices were jacked up. It imported only the sale 'compare to' prices and not the actual prices which are astronomical. When I reached support, I was emailed back and told that I must have changed my sync settings. I did not. Of 821 things that should have imported only a couple of hundred did.I was instructed to delete the library and start over. And, deleting the library? It is one by one. Even the bulk action is done one by one. Plus, many it won't let me delete since they are live though I don't want them live in a first place. This app is costing me money, stress and wasted time.

At first, the software was a bit overwhelming because I was not used to it. There is def a learning curve, and one of the biggest hurdles is just learning to trust it. When there are problems, the customer service team seems to be on call 24 hours a day. I have rarely had a question go 5 minutes without being handled. When it has been a problem on their end, they take the reigns, figure out the problem, and sort it out, FAST. Great team over there. I have been using it for 5 months, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great web-based listing software for connecting to Shopify.

inkFrog Open has streamlined our inventory management workflow and eliminated the need to maintain tedious and error-prone spreadsheets. The customer service team (Ashley Sisung) is very responsive and helpful. We've had no issues with the platform lagging and the UX is perfect. It saves us so much time and helps to streamline our processing of orders! I can't imagine being without it. They help you a lot with the integration, setup and training. They do an awesome job and this app gets the job done. Highly recommended!

THis app does show some promise, as it has a reasonable price point. But BEWARE that often enough, it fails to import eBay orders, (and therefore fails to import them into Shopify for processing). So you MUST keep an eye on eBay and Inkfrog AND Shopify. This has happened to all Shopify stores that I have (4 atm), so it must be system wide problems that they have. Their sync failures have happened multiple times. SO the product, although functional, isn't reliable enough.

Very fast to respond to emails however they don't take the time to understand the real issues despite detailed information were provided along with screenshots. No telephone support. No clear instruction on how to run the start. It effects the Ebay selling limits which cause quite a major loss in sales. It does not sync all the SKUs from Shopify to Ebay. Very happy with this App so far. It makes it really easy to apply changes to all of your EBay listings using the template tool. Just edit your template and the changes are applied to all of the listing that the template applies to. Also the app makes it very simple to upload multiple listings to your EBay store at once. Importing your items from your Shopify store to inkFrog is just a few mouse clicks and really couldn't be easier. Seems to function very well with all of your other Shopify sales channels and automatically updates your EBay store when you sell products from another venue. This app also allows Canadian customers to sell in CAD on EBay rather than having to switch their stores to USD, something you cannot directly do from Shopify. Overall this seems like a well designed app and it is quite easy to use, even if you don't have a tech background.

Up until recently, I have been a long-term customer. The price point was great considering it's limitations. Ebay put forth its fall update and inkfrog did not prepare for it properly causing an error for me that would have made more work than the original listings themselves. After opening a support ticket I was basically put on my own to fix one by one all the errors they were responsible for. I believe if I am paying a company for a solution that is their job, not to create more problems for their customers. So I have moved on to another solution in the same price point that is much more robust with a staff that creates solutions rather than push back

I have never left a negative review. This is my first: By far the worst experience I have ever had with software. Thousands of false orders were created. Support took weeks to correct, then two weeks later, hundreds more. Plus their syncing between Shopify and eBay repeatedly broke down. I had to continuously run a backup spread sheet just to track orders which took triple the time. Their software left our Shopify analytics in shambles. I don't know if we will EVER be able to get it accurate. I would NEVER recommend this software to anyone.

I have been using this app for a few months now and overall it works well. It takes time to get used to the user interface and how to manage your listings, but this is never going to be easy whatever tool you use. Synchronisation between shopify and ebay can fail for a number of reasons, so it takes time to understand what all of the errors actually mean. Saying that the support team are very responsive and helpful when it comes to understanding what is broken. I have raised a few enhancement requests, but there is very little appetite to enhance the app which surprises me.

When it doesn't, however, you will not learn about it from the app itself until you get email from angry customers or notice that you oversell you items. I am very happy with this app 99% of the time, and the other 1% of the time it drives me nuts ! I should start by saying that when I signed up, it was the only app I could find which would take products from Shopify into E-Bay, and then take the orders from E-Bay back into Shopify, and do all that at the price which a small business could tolerate. So thumbs up on that. The set-up process was quite onerous, not because Inkfrog is difficult or obtuse, but because there is a 'best practice' way to operate Inkfrog to give yourself the minimum of problems. If you follow that method, then life begins to settle down, if not, stand by for a bumpy ride. I strongly recommend taking advantage of the offer of a call with an Inkfrog support representative before you get too deep into the software. I did this perhaps a little bit later than I should of, and did it because I kept having problems with products not syncing properly, wrong photo's being uploaded, prices being changed etc. I had to do something about these problems because as anyone selling on E-Bay knows, you are on a very short leash. I follow the Inkfrog best practice to the letter now, and the problems are very much reduced. There is still the occasional blip, however whether the issue is within Inkfrog, or because E-Bay or Shopify have changed something, is generally impossible to tell. I have found the Inkfrog support team to respond very quickly on the whole, I have never been left without a solution, and generally the solution is there within a couple of hours. However, what I have rarely been able to find out, is why the problem occurred in the first place. This is really important to know in my view, because if the problem is my own process, I want to know about it so I can prevent further issues. Aside from the occasional unexplained glitch, my main gripes about the software would be that in order to avoid sync problems, every time a new product or products is created in Shopify, Inkfrog will not pick that up unless the product download file is rebuilt from scratch. This is an automated process, but if you have products into the thousands, this can take a while to do. The other main issue is that for existing products on Shopify, if you amend the photo's, these are not automatically updated in E-Bay. I believe the Inkfrog team are working on that feature though. So, in my view, for the money, there is no better app that will do all that it does, but be prepared to put a lot of work in to getting it working for you properly. I would also say that I am not 100% comfortable that I can 'ignore' Inkfrog and let it work in the background, errors do still occur, and you would be wise to log in and check for anomalies on a daily basis. UPDATE OCTOBER 2017 - I have been having various issues with synchornising information between Shopify, Inkfrog and E-Bay. It has been well over a week now and despite reporting the issue on THREE seperate occasions, nobody from Inkfrog has bothered to reply at all. Basically, less than a third of E-Bay orders are being pushed into Shopify by Inkfrog, so Shopify inventory is out of sync until I do it manually. I have also had intermittent issues with dispatch information not being pulled from Shopify into E-Bay. I don't know whether I am being ignored by Inkfrog, or there is a much bigger issue at play such as the support team being disbanded perhaps. Either way, if my recent experience is anything to go by, then the support provided is zero, which is not what I pay $29 per month for. I have revised my view of Inkfrog from being optimistic about the software, to ready to move on to a different solution due to persistent poor support where elementary features of the software are not working as they should.

This platform is really needed by us sellers but with sync issues, support staff ill equipped to deal with problems, and today 35+% of my items have wrong pictures and incorrect titles and information for no reason at all, even though my shopify store has never had this issue. The support staff told me to go through by hand and fix all the listings.... 1300+ listings to go through. Not sure what to do if they can not fix I will be getting rid of the service and requesting refund of ebay fees as this occurred during the last listing of my library and never has happened before. 125+ dollars in ebay fees down the tube because ending all of them early and re-listing makes more sense then fixing by hand over the next 4-5 days. Honestly we have had nothing but issues the only upside is the inventory control across the two.

Had been using for around 9mths now, was great at the start. However, it seems that no fixes are implemented to their app if shopify updates themselves. There has been a few big updates from shopify, and every time this app gets worse and worse! I have seen my EBAY rating from top rated seller drop to below average in the last 8 weeks due to this app not syncing correctly and hiding sales, missing sales, pricing wrong etc! I will be uninstalling this. I feel as it just makes so much extra work, it has affected my businesses reputation. Would really think twice about installing it.

Slow and doesn't properly keep prices synced between Shopify and Ebay. For some reason it seems to randomly increase the price on some products by a large amount, and then constantly fails to sync between the two. This app is a whole lotta hassle as I have to review all ebay prices and settings for every product, but three stars since it does save time. Unfortunately there is no other apps that I can find that accomplish what Inkfrog can, so I am stuck using this like everyone else. This is what lack of competition breeds. EDIT: Removed the program and downgraded to one store. This app creates more work then it solves, and should not be trusted in any way.

I've been using inkfrog for nearly 2 years now and for the most part it's been really good. It generally keeps the inventory synced up regularly and the support staff are fast to assist (usually have issues resolved in 12 hours or so) however the software can be terribly unreliable when it comes to syncing orders from ebay to shopify which is a real pain. It results in a lot of lost time have to double check that everything is synced up and occasionally results in orders not being sent out when they should. The staff have done their best to assist but have advised me it's not something that will be fixed as it occurs for a multitude of reasons. EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star due to the software becoming increasingly worse and costing our business money and reputation.

I have worked with ebay for years and was going tired of copy/paste, listing individually etc from one platform to another. Started on the free plan, imported all my items and within the first day I got three sales from ebay through my shopify admin. Am in the middle of updating product photography so it was more advantageous of me to upgrade to basic plan for like $11 a month so that i don't double my workload when it comes to changing them. Not happy at all. It acts funny. It increased the prices on ebay a lot more than what I had on my store. Store price was $18 inkfrog listed it on ebay for $53!! I contacted the support and they said the setting to sync shopify prices were off! This was totally false as i check the setting. They forced syn certain product. I imported new list and the list has the same issue. I lost a lot of sale because of this bug in InkFrog. I am not looking for alternatives.Can't keep paying InkFrog for losing sales.

If you are selling on both Shopify and eBay this app is absolutely brilliant. Once you install it you will wonder how you ever got by without it. It took me a bit of time to get my mind around it but will save us countless hours and eBay stock headaches in the future. Their customer service is exemplary. Works OK to sync Shopify to Ebay, but if you want to add another store like Amazon in the mix its a nightmare, they have NO chat or phone support. Every time I try to email a list of questions, it takes between 4 and 12 hours and they only answer one question, then its another day shot waiting for a 2nd response. Looking for a different company that has better support if they cant help soon.

I ended up deleting this app because it was becoming more of a pain than help. I tried for quite some time to make it work and several attempts with support. Support did respond quickly which was nice, but they provided very "by the book" not helpful answers. I already didn't understand what to do and they would respond with eBay lingo and terms that continued to make no sense. My biggest issues were inventory was NEVER syncing correctly. When I would go to import a product it would say I had for example, 5 available...however, my shopify inventory would be different. If I didn't know exactly how much I had of something, I could easily import all these items to eBay and not really have them. There is a lot of back end work with this app still and I don't feel confident in it's abilities so I have disabled the app and I am moving on. It might be ok for more advanced eBay users, but I am pretty tech savvy and I couldn't get this to work as I wanted (not very familiar with eBay).

I think it's a great concept, but this app is lacking a-lot of basic functionality. I had to manually input the item description in the "deciphers". I'm only allowed to include 10 product items, not including variants before I'm being forced to pay $11 to $30 a month for tier subscription services. This is a work in progress. Right now a 3-4 Star App, hopefully in the Future will be a 5-star app. Here's the deal: It sort of syncs. You have to start all your listings on Shopify, then import to eBay. You can't go the other way, or do anything with eBay listings for your Shopify store. (Yes, shopify has an app, but this won't sync inventory or prices). It doesn't play nice with Markdown manager. If you like to create sales on eBay using the Markdown manager, you need to stop making sales or forget this app. It's also very tricky if you want the same listings to have different prices (because eBay charges higher fees). I found the best way was to just turn price sync off and manually update prices. Sales don't really sync. Inventory for your Shopify store won't reflect any sales on eBay until you go to the Orders page on Ink frog and run a sync. So much for active real-time sync for inventory. It's slightly better than updating it manually, because at least the sync can update it quickly, but it definitely doesn't make your inventory "real-time". Design templates are pretty limited for eBay. You can set up a basic design that looks pretty nice, but if you want to include URLs to your store, or do much customization, it's basically impossible without html coding it. Example: I wanted the pictures to be on one side of the description, text on the other. Impossible. Without html coding, the pictures can either be on top or bottom of description. I really want to like this program, but right now I'm wondering if life would be much more difficult without it...

I'm using inkfrog for 4 months now. I tried a lot of "sophisticated" importers Shopify to Ebay before that let me down till I found Inkfrog. Inkfrog gives you the all pack! Great interfacing- easy to use. So far so good! The customer service is fantastic. Just did a walk through on all features of Inkfrog with Marie and she helped set up the backend for my specific store, answered all questions and I feel confident I am on the right track. I have tried so many options for Ebay listings from Shopify-Ebay including Shopseen, Sellbrite, Ecomdash and more and InkFrog BY FAR is the best option. Unlike Sellbrite and Ecomdash, it allows you to sync descriptions, titles, prices and inventory. Sellbrite and Ecomdash only sync inventory. Also, it is far less expensive and far less confusing! After looking around for an inventory management app for our website: MobilityEquipmentforLess.com, we stumbled upon inkFrog. Let me just say that the support staff is AMAZING!! The app allows for a fairly seamless integration between Shopify and Ebay. One improvement I would suggest is how the new listings are done. If you list from inkFrog, it only lists to ebay. To go around this, you MUST start your new product in Shopify, then import to inkfrog, edit and then list to ebay. We are VERY pleased with the price point and application. THANK YOU INKFROG!! We use inkFrog a lot to list our products on eBay. It definitely makes the process streamlined, and saves us alot of time. The templates look great, and having the 'suggested products' list on each eBay product page is a nice addition. Our only complaint is that it doesn't recognise our existing eBay shipping profiles...the app seems to be made for US customers because we cannot create Australian shipping profiles. Other than that...a very useful app.

I tried this app and chose to delete it. Just didn't fit my needs. I simply decided to create my Ebay listings on my own. After I've deleted the app, there is still an advertisement below my products listing on my site stating "listing service provided by InkFrog" with their logo. I couldn't figure out where their ad is listed in my code, so I contacted InkFrog support. They sent me a Shopify link about "how to delete Shopify apps" and stated I would have to ask Shopify on how to remove the code. I simply asked them for a general direction where to look and they chose to ignore it. Maybe I got someone new or was having a bad day, but your customer support is non existent. For anyone else that runs into the issue of InkFrog slapping their ad onto our site, they refuse to help anyone that has deleted the app, only current customers. In the event that someone else has this problem, the code is at the end of your product listing. go to your product, click the source button for HTML and you'll see what to delete at the bottom of your listing. Why is it so hard to give out that information that would have taken me 5-10 min today, but you refused to help me? Since I know very little about code, it took me about an hour to locate it and delete it. There is no reason you should have thrown your ad onto my site in the first place without my consent in the first place.

All I can say is yet another gem from the Shopify app store. Super easy to set up in minutes. The app does all the work. We're total nubes to eBay and had an initial monthly limit of $1000 or 10 listings, whichever came first and it ended up being a sad total of 6 listings. inkFrog made a limit increase request on our behalf and increased that to 1000 listings. Priceless assistance from the app developers and incredibly leveraged productive use of time in getting listings up and on eBay. Fingers now crossed for some sales ;)

I have a semi large selection of products on my store, however eBay has a 5 product listing per month rule for new accounts, which is too low for me to work with. inkFrog managed to get in contact with eBay on my behalf and raise the limit on my account to a reasonable amount. Customer service is excellent as they were quick in getting back to me and resolved my issues in no time and even offered me advice on how to list my products with less issue. Would recommend if you want to expand distribution of products on your Shopify store to eBay.

HORRIBLE!!! A complete nightmare! I'd give this app ZERO stars if I could. There are MANY glitches with the program. I have a Shopify store and an E Bay store. inkFrog would change my listings on E Bay and put completely wrong information and list it under wrong categories etc. When I would go and revise my listing on E Bay, the next time it automatically relisted it would resort right back to the listing with incorrect information! I couldn't get the app to stop automatically relist my items and no one would respond to my e-mails even after multiple messages and pleas for help. There is no number to call. I contacted eBay out of desperation as I didn't want customers upset that my listings had incorrect information and it was such a nightmare and a problem that they advised me to completely shut down my E bay store and start over so inkFrog would no longer have access to my listings. Even when I revoked access to inkFrog they STILL somehow would keep taking over my listings on E Bay! This app cost me about a month of work having to start my business over! There is no number to call. DO NOT waste your time with this app!

There are a lot of positives, but there are also some drawbacks. I'd like to see a few more functionalities with regards to bulk product edits. t the one big issue you can't snych new items from ebay to shopify, only from shopify to ebay. when you have hundreds of items on ebay and slow sales on shopify it makes no sense to use it. Not at all happy with it.

Great app that saved me a TON of time. I had a few small issues at the beginning, but I was able to figure out the problem fairly easily. My 35 listings were perfect except for one listing with three variants. Two questions sent to customer service were answered within a hour. This is a solid app and seems to be a professional company. I am absolutely blown away by both this app AND the stellar customer service. For years I have spent hundreds (or thousands) of $$$ on payroll to keep eBay updated and now - BOOM - DONE! Plus, it looks exactly like I wanted it to. I also could not believe InkFrog offered an hour of one-on-one training and the best rep, yes, Marie, walked me through every single aspect of the backend of InkFrog. I have a lot of variations on my listings and had concerns it would get all wonky when imported, but nope...imported perfectly and only needed a bit of tweaking.

I'd love to give it 5 stars, but we didn't have the same joy as so many others seem to have. About 40 items fail to upload regardless of what we do. What has uploaded seems to synchronise well but we are left with having to add stock manually as well as editing all our prices as we need to integrate P&P into the Ebay price so items are sold with 'free P&P'. There is no way to do this automatically. Tech help/customer service has been good which is a saving grace but we are looking for something else that will upload all products and allow us to automatically add a fee or % to the price feed from Shopify.

I've had online stores on and off for about 8 years now and boy do I wish inkFrog was around for all of those years. I've been waiting for this a long, long time. There are several things which are essential when wanting to sync with eBay (inventory is just one of them) and inkFrog delivers. - ability to have a different eBay title to store product title. - ability to have the product listed on eBay already formatted into a nicely (branded) store listing design. Some providers simply dump text into a listing and call it a day. Then I would have to manually go into every listing and beautify it (total waste of time). - Ability to keep my listing on eBay even when I run out of stock. (Essential for sales history and eBay rankings.) They are just a few of the features I love and that I consider essential. I couldn't disagree with other feedback on here. I've contacted support a couple of times and they have been very helpful, fast and efficient. I pay $9 a month and get absolutely everything I need - simply amazing!!
