When it works, it looks really good. However, more often than not it just disconnects itself and doesn't tell you, so you end up with a blank page or one massively outdated. Having to uninstall and look elsewhere and it's just too unreliable.

I would recommend the use of this app to small business owners. It allows your first-time website visitors to see your Instagram grid. They customize the buttons in the grid to fit your theme and run other important reports for you such as a performance report to see how your customers are experiencing your store. The app in itself should allow tagging more than 3 items for the middle plan and show the product on the same page as the tagged IG photo (and not a link that needs to be open). I was messing around with the widget editor and couldn't figure it out. Next thing I know Rachel from live chat messages me, knowing that i was having difficulty and offered to help me correct the issue. She fixed the styling of my buttons and layout of the IG feed ASAP and her customer service was above and beyond any assistance i've been provided from live chat before...with any company.
