So far its been a really good experience. The website builder is easy to use and the AI builder is very helpful too. There are occasionally some issues, but the support team is very helpful and quick to assist. Definitely a good platform to use, would recommend.

I switched from Replo because there were just too many things Replo doesn't do natively that Instant handles out of the box. The UI is simple but packed with features, and it's been especially good for us selling across multiple markets. Support has been great too. Responsive and very accommodating every time I've reached out. The AI builder is a huge timesaver for getting pages up fast. It gets lost sometimes and needs steering, but it still saves me far more time than it costs.

Once you get the hang of things the app is easy to use and super flexible! The digital assistant is generally very useful if you get stuck and if it can't help, the team have been able to step in and help instead (Jay in partcular has helped me on multiple occasions and has been fantastic). If I could give 10 stars, I would. Here's my story. I’ve had an Etsy shop for over two years and realized that if I wanted to grow, I needed to take things to the next level. I had been using Shopify for about nine months, but I struggled to turn a standard template into a website that truly represented my business. Without any coding skills, I was getting frustrated. Instant.so is an incredible tool. I've been an e-commerce business owner for 10 years and have been working with Shopify for half of that. It's always been really difficult to customize landing pages within Shopify, and the process has always been: 1. Hire a designer. 2. Get the designer to make the Figma files. 3. Get the developer to then develop the page. This can take as long as two weeks to fully accomplish. With instance, I don't need a designer. I don't need a developer. All I need to do is download the app, ask the AI to build the page for me based on our brand parameters, or you can use their hundreds of templates that they offer. It's so easy and so seamless, plus the team is awesome. Shout out to Arslan for being so helpful. And shout out to Coen for creating such a brilliant product that anybody in e-commerce can use.

Terrible page builder, too many better options on the market for cheaper prices. I have used a few but switched to this one after hearing about it and I am going to switch back. The support sends me video's that don't relate to what I am trying to do whereas the other apps/builders you do not need to even watch a video, you just copy and paste - 2 clicks. Very disappointed in this and would not recommend.

I appreciate the granular control across screen sizes and the deep integration with the Shopify ecosystem. My only frustration is with components — adding or editing elements can be inconsistent. I have been using Instant Section & Page Builder on my Shopify store for three months. It has completely changed how quickly and easily I can launch new pages because no coding is required. The drag and drop interface is incredibly intuitive and the library of mobile responsive templates ensures every page looks polished right away. Publishing sections to my live theme only takes a couple of clicks and I no longer have to wrestle with Liquid or theme files. Great thoughtful features out of the box to help optimize CRO. The wide array of templates also make it easy to build different components quickly. The tool is made with responsive design in mind. Being able to easily make edits that are mobile only and desktop only makes size specific optimizations even easier. As a non developer, I know that if I get stuck, I can submit a ticket and their customer service team will get back to me right away. Helps prevent delays in pushing out pages due to technical issues. Recently, a rep named Arslan, helped me with some sizing issues that I couldn't figure out and he proactively also identified another issue on my page that I didn't catch. As a founder with a small team, this is the kind of support I'm looking for.

Updating my review: I seriously cannot recommend Instant Builder enough. I was able to design my whole website using their software from start to finish. This was from absolutely 0 previous programming/design experience in the past and it is all thanks to their amazing customer service. They are the best team I have ever dealt with, speedy replies and incredibly helpful/insightful. The sections offered go beyond what any other Shopify app offers. Seeing how important design is these days, it has allowed us to grow our business through creating Landing Pages, Product Pages, Ingredient pages, Our Story/Mission pages & many many more. It's allowed us to really build on our brand in a captivating manner. Last but not least (to which I think I already have mentioned), it's incredibly easy to navigate and edit. If anyone is tossing up between other Landing Page apps, don't waste your time. I cannot recommend Instant Builder enough, it is by far the best app around and you won't regret it! This app is IN F*CKING SANE. With my very limited knowledge of coding I do not rely on chatGPT anymore spending hours and hours to try and remake an idea in Shopify. The main problem with pagebuilders was that they were slow, and instant really means INSTANT page loads in this case. Furthermore, being able to use build the section templates once and edit their content directly in the theme editor makes this the BEST SHOPIFY APP I HAVE EVER SEEN. Nice job and the new Grid feature is amazing as well. Around Christmas time this really is the gift that keeps on giving. Give this a try and it will bLow your mind.

I've been using Instan Section & Page Builder to build my store (coming soon) and it's been massive in terms of reducing time. It does cost some money to keep it running but is worth the time spent and the quick tools to implement best practices in terms of e-commerce marketing flow. Customer service is crazy fast responding they will even make videos showing you how to do it ON YOUR OWN STORE. Like they do a screenrecording modifying and fixing from your store directly. One thing that I like is that you can build sections templates and reuse them in any page you want. That's great when you want to create consistency fast on your site.
