This is the best AB Testing tool I have used for Shopify. They are constantly updating features and bringing out new functionality. Their latest AI assistant in the visual builder is a great addition and shows the company is keeping up to date with the latest technology advances. Also on the rare occasion you need additional support, I have always had fantastic responses from their support team who are always willing to help you out with any more complex tests you want to run. All in all they are a great partner to your Shopify store.

Bought a 2000$/m plan, to wait almost 10 days for someone to set up testing for me, for it to still not work, for a team member to launch a test without verbal approval (with different pricing then the test I initially made) I really wanted to give it a shot, as we are enterprise and a high volume of orders a month. I have been using the other price test app; Elevate A/B for years, and they are just always one message away, help instantly, gives a long free trial for you to set up etc, and most of all no technical skills required where intelligems asked me to 'change some code' whilst I have 0 coding skills. In my opinion, elevate is faster, better, clearer, easier to set up & 4-5 times cheaper. I am sorry intelligems team, I really gave it a patience shot, but if you are high volume, testing can't wait for so long.

The best all-in-one AB testing app on Shopify - hands down. Features from content, template, image, copy, checkout, cart, post-purchase! You name it, Intelligems does it. As someone in UI/UX who has used several AB testing platforms, Intelligems is second to none on interface/usability. Metrics from each test are clear and easy to see/filter with the famous Intelligems blue bars for testing results. In the very few times I've ever had to reach out for support, customer service/support has resolved my issue within the hour. I cannot recommend Intelligems enough!!

We had an issue with variant selection not being correctly inferred on page load, which was impacting our price testing setup. The Intelligems team was very responsive and proactive in diagnosing the problem. Gustavo and the Solutions Team went the extra mile by reworking the integration on a separate theme and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure the correct variant is picked up from the start. We run about 3 tests per month and love this - takes about 15 minutes to set up a test, and then the rest is easy. We also play with ABC tests, and mess with proportions a lot; I"d argue this might be the most valuable app we use today. Thanks folks!

I'm a huge fan of Intelligems. After using Optimizely and VWO for years on SFCC, I think Intelligems has done a great job building a testing tool specifically for Shopify stores. They're UI is simplified but has all the things you need to run a for advanced testing program like mutually exclusive tests, custom tracking events and more. They've also been adding a ton of new AI enabled features on a monthly basis. On top of all that, they have the best customer service I've seen across my 15 years using SaaS vendors.

Great software that we've used many times and has continued to evolve and surpass expectation with new tools like Personalization and Klaviyo Integration. We have used it to provide data before making big decisions around programs, shipping costs, designs, etc....Great service and support staff, too. They don't leave you hanging after you sign an agreement and just point you to an FAQ for support, but actually provide meaningful help when you need it.

Fantastic app for running A/B tests, especially if you’re not a developer. Setup is straightforward, and it’s easy to launch and manage tests without much technical knowledge. You can break down performance by device, landing page, new vs returning visitors, and more. That makes it much easier to understand where a test is working, not just the headline result. One thing I’d recommend: take a bit of time to understand how A/B testing actually works beforehand. Concepts like statistical significance and false positives matter more than most people think. It’s very easy to call a winner too early if you’re not careful (I made that mistake several times). Overall, a very powerful tool once you know how to interpret the results properly.

This has been a great app for all our A/B testing purposes and has a very intuitive and clean dashboard with options for customization. We recently ran into an issue where data on our landing page split test was not matching up with our store data. Upon opening a support ticket, Mike was extremely helpful and responsive, asking good follow up questions to get to the root issue. It turned out it was an issue in our store's code, but Carolyn and the Intelligems engineering team went above and beyond by taking the time to examine our site and not only quickly found the issue, but also fixed it that same day. Our test is running smoothly now and we plan to continue using this app for all our A/B testing needs.

We had a very disappointing experience with Intelligems. First, you are required to choose and pay for a plan upfront before even getting started. Then comes a complicated integration process that dragged on for nearly a month, with very little support provided along the way. We were told that if they couldn’t integrate Intelligems into our Shopify store, we would get our money back. Not only did they fail to make the integration work, but they didn’t even bother following through on their money-back promise. In the end, we wasted close to $1,000 on Intelligems without ever being able to properly use the platform. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Had very high hopes for this app. The onboarding experience was smooth and promising, but over time things have gone downhill. App-related bugs (including ones that were previously fixed) keep reappearing, and issues remain unresolved for weeks. Communication is slow, which disrupts the testing schedule and makes it difficult to rely on the product. Even when fixes are delivered, they often break again shortly after. For the price being charged, the value simply isn’t there.

We are headless on Shopify Hydrogen which makes all this A/B testing really tough, but Intelligems put in a ton of effort to enable headless support and help our dev team through the install and its working really well! Headless doesn't have full support of all the features, but the all the main features work great. It is seriously having an effect on our business and the teams general moral. We used to "fight" about things like should X item be $40 or $60. Now we just test it and everyone is happy. Its awesome. You need to really want to do this, and plan on doing it for at least 1 year, and dedicate time and dev to it, but if you you do, its worth it. Oh, and the team connects with us on slack (We are on a top tier so i think this is the premium support), and it's insanely helpful. They are great.

nothing wrong with the app, but the support has not been good at all. I had upgraded to the 1k plan since we were doing some price testing. after the price test was done i wanted to downgrade the plan, for some reason it woudnt let me downgrade even after stopping every test that was included for the 1k plan. after asking them to downgrade, they confirmed they will downgrade. after 2 months of not checking it i saw it was still not downgraded, i asked them why it was still not downgraded, they mentioned something about me not confirming it.. then i asked them again to downgrade it after checking another month IT Is still not downgraded and i simply just deleted the app. i have been paying multiple month for a plan i wasnt using. and they keep billing me the full amount, after asking for a refund they just refused...

I believe the current way to win in the market is CRO & optimizing the stuff you are already doing but getting data behind making any decisions. We've done pricing tests to prove out major sales accelerations for certain products. Literally we saw a 60% increase in conversion moving a product of ours from $129 to $99...and you can input your COGS to find out which one is more profitable. So stoked!!

Its a little on the $$ side, but once your in it is clear where the $$ go. I would recommend you have a clear goal and problem before you start and if testing pricing, have your price points/COGS etc mapped out. If you don't have a position for Price, A/B/C . Awesome app and fantastic customer service. Very responsive to any question I ever have. A/B testing isn't optional. Everytime I think a change is too small or too obvious to test, I'm proven wrong by the test results. Simple and intuitive design. You don't need to be an engineer to figure out how to use this. That said, one area that would be nice to see improved is how the app helps you interpret test results (e.g. assessing statistical significance). But customer service was yet again awesome in filling the gaps for us.

I uploaded the app yesterday and after looking over it within an hour (you have only 7 days on the free trial), but not installing it via code, decided to ask for it to be paused as this is going to be a busy week. I've heard nothing back about this. So now I am unimpressed that for an app called Intelligems there is no obvious and easy way to uninstall the app off your list of Shopify apps ESPECIALLY WHEN NO APP CODE HAS BEEN UPLOADED. Uninstalling an upp should be immediate and easy. And this is not.

I'm surprised to see mostly five star reviews for this app. Having previously tested out Shoplift for landing page split testing and AB Convert for price testing, I came to Intelligems hoping to find an all-in-one solution. Unfortunately, it's proven to be a major waste of my time. Here's what I wish I'd known before investing my time into this app: - The UI is complex. - To run a split test on landing pages you need to add custom code. - If you have geo-redirects for subdomains you need to create redirects for every test region. - If you want to run a price test, it's an extra $300 per month minimum (AB Convert offer this function for $50). The alternative apps out there like Shoplift & AB Convert are both cheaper and, crucially, take minimal time to setup, run and interpret. When time is your most valuable resource, this is a major factor.

They truly care about their customers and are building a tool that would impact any / all size ecom store. Every step of the way they are looking to help their customers and improve their tool. We can measure a sizeable impact on both revenue and speed of launching test because of intelligems. I have used most tools under the sun and they are typically bloated and not user friendly. I have tried countless a/b testing apps over the past 5 years and none of them could quite handle our complicated needs (nor did they test with proper control/variables) - that is until we found Intelligems. Intelligems helped us run an a/b test on our shipping threshold. We found that our conversion rate and AOV didn't change much, so we increased our shipping threshold and calculated it will bring us an extra $40,000 per year in lost shipping fees! Price AB testing is really tricky to do, but Intelligems made it super easy. We were able to try higher and lower prices on various collections and found opportunities to drive much higher conversion, and higher profits. The support has been excellent and able to work with some of our custom elements. Would definitely recommend. There is no profit lever more impactful than proper pricing.
