Invoices are extremely customisable through an easy-to-use interface. I've been using them for a few years now and the last year or so they have performed very reliably (previous to that there was the odd syncing error). We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order. This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc. so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order printer pro.

The Invoice App fails to work as needed about once a month. Overlapping characters and text are a recurring problem that I have to call them to fix. Most recently, the App had difficulty loading and it took a minute for me to print an Invoice, instead of 10 seconds. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue and that's just too long. I am now looking to see if I can find something more reliable.

Update 03rd July 2024: since we are a regular customer, it looks like the support of Invoice Falcon does not care about us anymore. They seem to care only when we are a new customer, then they try to convert us to a regular customer. I am disappointed. I sent 2 requests by email since 2 weeks and have not received any feedback. It was not like that in the past. They replied very fast when I sent support requests. Too bad. I am actively looking for an app to replace Invoice Falcon and will uninstall it as soon as I find a good one which is easy to use and which has a better support. ------------------------------------------------- Old review (when I was still a new customer, when their support was still active): I can't recommend a better invoice app for your Shopify store than Invoice Falcon. The app provides me with all features needed by our company's store and is working really well. Moreover, Kartik and Sandesh from the support team of Invoice Falcon are awesome. They reply to all my support requests (either by chat or by email) in some minutes, with very kind words! I had some urgent questions for them like at 11pm in their time zone sometimes, and they were replying! I couldn't believe my eyes, plus their replies solved my issues very fast. So, in short, excellent invoice app and truly exceptional support. Keep the good job up!

### A Cautionary Tale: My Appalling Experience with This App I must share my disheartening experience with this app, which has rendered our reconciliation process utterly impossible. It's been frustrating beyond words. The app frequently hangs, causing significant delays and interruptions. Moreover, the invoicing process is a nightmare, constantly malfunctioning and compounding our frustrations. Given the exorbitant monthly fee, it's an absolute rip-off. The nightmare doesn't end there. Every single month, we face these recurring issues. When we seek assistance, the support team's responses are utterly unhelpful. They either deny the problem exists or offer vague assurances that they're "working on it," which only adds to our frustration. The most shocking part is that we've recently discovered they're sharing our sensitive data with third-party developers without our consent. This flagrant breach of trust is unacceptable, and Shopify should take strict legal action against such unethical apps. The security of our data should be paramount. ### Update as of March 09, 2024 – A Word of Warning I want to warn everyone using this app: its data is highly inaccurate, leading to serious issues with calculating monthly sales and taxes. If you're relying on their CSV files, be extremely cautious. To make matters worse, their customer service is lethargic in addressing these critical issues – we've had to wait for weeks for resolutions. **P.S.:** The problems persist without any resolution in sight, even after a significant amount of time has passed. ### Final Verdict as of May 18, 2024 Today, we are removing this application. After wasting years, we've realized that expecting any improvement is futile. This app is definitely not suitable for India or for sellers handling over 5,000 orders a month. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app.

Decided to stay on the app after some bad experiences - periodic changes to "improve" their app adversely impact other areas, such that invoices and/or credit notes are no longer accurate. Could manually correct some of these errors before, but latest error could not be manually corrected and required their intervention, which while initially slow, did eventually remedy the problem and the app is once again fully functional. I hope they continue with this more attentive customer service support. It actually started so well with them (3 years ago) and gradually over the past couple of years had a decline in customer service and reliability - suspect this is because the staff are seemingly entirely different now - but hopefully that decline is being proactively reversed.

The apps getting slower to load starting last 3 weeks, and now it take forever to load. 2nd time within 6 months times facing this issues. And i did write a 2 star review during the 1st encounter, with the founder apologise and promise the problem wont happen again, and ask to take off the review. but guess what, yes, it happen again now. J'ai utilisé l'application durant très longtemps... malheureusement leur système bugge, génère des factures avec un mauvais montant de TVA, un mauvais montant global après remboursement, les exports sont complètements erronés. Je l'ai signalé pendant trois mois, on m'a tenu le bec dans l'eau. Au final je n'ai jamais eu d'assistance réelle... aucune aide, aucune correction, et des dizaines de factures non conformes ont été envoyées au client. Cette application ne devrait même plus être proposée tellement sa fiabilité est faible.

We've had this app for about 2 years, on a paid plan. It's a strong thumbs down: while it appears to be a fine companion to Shopify's systems, we found it to be woefully short on basic functionality: 1. Additional discounts added as line items while creating the actual shopify invoices will not show in Invoice Falcon: the totals will not be matching Shopify's data. We didn't catch on to this right away and it took some tail-chasing to figure out where the issue was as the customers were paying what the pdf invoices were showing. We wrote tech support but it's comically delayed, and still not fixed to this day. 2. If one edits prices in Shopify after the pdf invoice is generated, they will not be retroactively updated in Invoice Falcon. Couldn't find a way to work around this except to start a new order. Frustrating and time wasting. 3. Small glitches in formatting: the shipping cost fields text sizes are huge and looking unprofessional and stitched together. Will uninstall.

Very sorry to be updating my previous review. I decided to uninstall the app as the customer support was not existent for days. I guess these things happen especially if you run a small team. Generally the app is useful and there are many things you can customize (of course there is always room for improvement, I would like to see some extra features becoming available). Recently my invoices would stop displaying as I wanted them to look, font settings no longer worked and I required quick support which came way too late (and still, the issue is not resolved to this day). We use this app to send our customers a PDF quote and invoice for equipment sales that we have built as draft orders in our Shopify Admin. It works great for this purpose. My only real request is it would be nice to be able to do a little more customization of the layout of the PDF, (e.g. selecting fonts), but overall the app is great and works as intended. We did have to reach out to support regarding an error related to emailing quotes specifically but the service was excellent and the issue was resolved within a day. Definitely recommend Invoice Falcon to anyone who wants to be able to send estimates and invoices in PDF Format but still use the Shopify admin for building orders or tracking inventory.

I'm so pleased they took my requests seriously. I didn't want to use another invoice app because I've tried them all on shopify and none of them are near as nice as the invoice falcon design. This is a great, clean and well maintained app The only thing I would change is the pricing. I have a high prices, low volume business and paying $15/month to produce 10 to 20 invoices isn't worth it. I have been using this app for about 6 months on 4 of my stores, and it has worked really well so far. I haven't had any bugs or problems, and the support team has been quick to reply to my questions. Just now I wanted to sell one of my stores, so I had to export several thousands of invoices for my accounting. I thought that was a really hard and tedious task in the past, since I have been exporting all of my invoices in 25 invoice batches (per page). I asked them if there was a faster option to export my invoices, and it turns out, you just have to select a time frame, and can literally export all of your invoices with one click. We looked through several apps to find the one that met our needs, and Invoice Falcon was the only one to come close. Custom invoices, proforma, bulk/batch operations and more - while some of the features require learning (particularly for non-tech staff), it's as straight forward if not more than other invoicing software I've seen. Set up was easy too. Overall highly recommended, and their support team is responsive to questions and feature requests too. Excellent app for such a small team - keep up the good work!

This is a good app for invoicing. The only thing it is missing is support for multiple vat numbers. The app should only display the one relevant to the customer which it cannot currently do. Also support to integrate into multiple stores and ideally a central dashboard or multi-store discount offer. Other than that everything is great.

This company earned 5 star rating, 100%. The team is responsive and as up front about any limitations or flexibilities that exist based on the constraints of the Shopify Platform. I vetted maybe 3 or 4 invoice solutions before I went with Falcon. Use the free trial and you'll probably stick around. If they get it incorporated with the POS checkout, then that would be a game changer. For now you can drop the tile app and use it as a work around. Very happy with the work they did to help customize my needs and grateful I found them on the APP store, keep it up guys!

I installed and tried several invoices apps on my Shopify store Invoice Falcon app is the most powerful and user friendly app. It exactly meets my business needs, especially after their latest feature to record partial payments from customers and reflect this in customer order invoice. It's much more value for money than the alternative Sufio invoice app, which is considerably more expensive and offers less features such as not being able to display item weight in invoice. Displaying item weight in invoice helps customers understand why they have been charged a higher shipping fee if their parcel weight is heavy (depending on a store's policy toc ahrge shipping based on weight)

Highly recommend! I really like that "pay for what you need" concept. This App helps me to keep my costs down in the beginning and lets me upgrade every time i need to, without selling me a monthly subscription, payable for 12 months up front. The designs are simple, yet good looking, and have some good features even in the free plan. like different taxes, pictures on/off, sku on/off etc. UPDATE: I am using this for a few months now, and I had no problems switching back and forth between the different subscriptions. The team is putting great effort in this app, and IF something does not work as I want it to, they do what they can to satisfy my needs. I would upgrade this to a 6-star review if I could. UPDATE 2: It´s again a few weeks later, and it is still the best team and app out there. I never had someone reply that fast as these guys.

We are a B2B seller, and being able to generate Net term invoices (i.e. Net 30) is critical for our business. Invoice Falcon has everything we need to be able to generate these invoices with all the necessary information: PO number, payment terms, due date, etc... The developer is also extremely responsive and worked with me to get some new features and changes made in the app so it now works even better than when we first discovered it. They are still rolling out new features, so it's only going to get better. We have used another popular invoicing app on Shopify before, but we felt it was way overpriced and was still missing some features we needed. They also didn't provide the same level of personalized support that Invoice Falcon does. I'm happy to say we'll be sticking with this app for the foreseeable future.

You'll find in Invoice Falcon all the B2B features Shopify is not giving you. The free APP from Shopify called Order printer... You don't even want to mess with this. It's weak, ugly, not effective. In Shopify APP store, you'll never find another APP that flexible, all the options you'll need at such decent price. With Shopify alone... 1- Try to print an order to go pack it in advance. IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option. 2- Your clients are sending you back next season's booking order? You can always do a draft order in Shopify but how can you send it back to your clients for confirmation? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option. 3- You want your invoice to be fully bilingual maybe? IMPOSSIBLE... Great, simple and easy to use invoice app. Emails customers straight away their tax invoice which is awesome. Plus you can create really nice looking invoices that look super professional.
