We’ve had a great experience with iPacky. We were looking for a better way to organize our inventory and streamline our picking and shipping process, and iPacky has made a huge difference. The Shopify integration works really well, and the bin-location and picking features have allowed us to completely change how our warehouse operates. Items now have specific locations, our team can follow an organized digital pick list instead of relying on memory, and even a new employee with very little knowledge of our products can successfully locate and ship orders. What has impressed me most, though, is the support. We ran into an issue where products with zero inventory were still appearing in their assigned bin locations. I reached out to the iPacky team and asked whether they could add a feature to automatically remove bin locations when inventory reaches zero. Within just a few days, they actually developed and added the feature for us.

We’ve had a very positive experience using iPacky for our Shopify store. It has made our packing and fulfilment process much more accurate and organised, especially when checking orders before dispatch. Being able to scan and verify items gives us extra confidence that customers are receiving the correct products, and it has helped reduce avoidable packing mistakes. We link it with Sendcloud to connect with our prefered carriers, generating and printing labels easily. The app is practical, reliable, and clearly built with real warehouse and fulfilment workflows in mind. Features like order checking, picking lists, and packing slips have made our day-to-day process smoother and easier for the team to follow. There can be a small learning curve when first setting everything up to match your workflow, but once configured, iPacky becomes a very valuable part of the fulfilment process. Overall, we’d happily recommend it to other Shopify merchants who want better accuracy, fewer errors, and a more professional packing operation. We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate. There are many features we haven’t utilized yet at our small business level, so it’s great to know there’s room to grow with this app. For our setup, we use an Android-based device with a scanner and rely on iPacky for every order we pick. We've found I-Packy to be a fantastic solution for our small business without the need for a full WMS. The costs are very reasonable and integration has been smooth, most importantly the after care support we have received has been excellent. Since implementing I-Packy, our picking and packing process has been completely streamlined and it has reduced errors completely. I installed the app to evaluate it with the understanding that it was free below 50 orders. Don't leave it installed as if you go over 50 orders in a month, including POS orders, it will upgrade you to $19.99/mo without warning. The developer was unsympathetic and refused to refund even though we never used the app. I have not had this experience with other Shopify apps but I am now uninstalling any app I am not using.

When we were adopting a fulfillment app, we had a few choices. I'm surprised this one doesn't have hundreds more strong reviews! iPacky stood out with it's easy-to-navigate interface with many features. The overall look is sleek, understated and distinct from other browser-based software I've used, in a good way. There's a ton of features and I was quickly able to identify the ones we needed. The various settings felt a little spread out at first, but the designer is good about scheduling a video demo with new customers. A few days ago I reached out to their support with a couple questions and got a response back in less than 24 hours. (With those questions addressed, we officially have no issues with the app and I have 0 reasons to not leave a 5-star review.) Definitely feels like this was designed by someone familiar with how Shopify works and crafted solutions that can apply to a variety of businesses. Obviously, it's nice to use a service with such dedicated support. I won't have to be worried about him not knowing about the latest patch or changes. It's been about 3 months and we're already checking all our direct orders via iPacky (and some larger wholesale orders too) and regularly sorting 100-300 orders a week into batches. Thanks iPacky!

The iPacky App works exactly as advertised. It has improved the speed of getting orders out to our customers and eliminated a lot of the issues we had for example double shipping orders, shipping incorrect items with the order. the app really is a great idea, but poorly executed in many ways. I love being able to scan orders and save them as my items usually arrived in multiple shipments, but they dont save 9/10x, even when id pull up an order i just scanned. i contacted their CS and was told different answers, that made zero sense or didnt even apply to what issues ive been having. the order printing tab used to "save" what orders were already printed, but now it no longer does that either. So i have to remember what order # i last printed to or theres duplicate slips printed. Again, CS lacked in a fix on this. Basically gaslight you into thinking it never worked that way previously. Fees + app cost is very high and they dont even make it clear to you that youll be charged fees. Truly is a bummer since the app has a lot of potential if theyd fix these 2 issues and improve their CS. On the look out for an app that can save orders as partially fulfilled until ready for shipment, and correctly marks orders as printed under packing lists.

This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs. The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store. The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs! The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking. 10/10 money well spent! Would definitely recommend to any other operations needing some type of scanner picking tools!

Recommend this app very highly. Been using its since Feb 2023. If you are picking, packing and shipping in your business this app is CRITICAL. It will streamline your operations and save you time and significantly eliminate simple errors that any of us can make. It is so well thought out and covers EVERY angle with so many features. There are some additional ones that would not normally be expected that add further value. . It is very obvious that David has run a shopify store before he embarked on this project. This app shows that he is a subject matter expert in order fulfillment, from order receipt to customer delivery. We have been using Shopify since 2016 and this app is the easiest we have used adding significant value and cost reductions. FAQs and the videos that support it are superb with great detail in layman's terms. For the little help that we did need David was always on hand. When we had been using the app for 2 months we had a 30 mins video call with David just to ensure we were getting full benefit from the app. 10 stars out of 5. Cannot recommend this app enough. Thanks David for your great support.

I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs. Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email. All around a great app!

This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

I was asked if i could write a review however iPacky and the developers do deserve the 5* review!! I was a little hesitant at spending the money on this app at first but we needed the ability to scan and check orders as they were packed, and now i wouldn't be without iPacky in our workflow. There's been a couple of features i have asked for and quickly they have been added!! There are many other features within iPacky, such as pick lists, which currently we don't use but i am looking at implementing them into our work flow and i'm sure they will only be an improvement to our workflow!
