This is way more advanced than I needed initially, however was really impressed and keen for the functionailty, for later with products and services. Was overwhelmed setting this up as very different to other systems i have used notably the free shopify subscribe. I write this with a lot of conflict, but even though their customer support has been replying actively their "Technicians" are not. it takes them 48 hors to actually get their technical side to reply. the import was full of problems regarding addresses. I suggest to review very very carefully the files prior to import cause they make very amateur mistakes and can messed up your whole business. some times cheap services are expensive

The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.

Until now we used a different Service to manage subscriptions. Unfortunately they discontinued their app. At first I was afraid that i have to do a painful setup process allover again. But I was surprised how easy, fast and intuitive this app is. Took me no longer than 5 minutes to setup the first Subscription, add it to the product-pages and test it. I am especially happy with the support I received from Audrey! She translated everything to German in a couple of minutes and set it all up for me. I just had to double-check the translation and that was it!
