Finding a subscription app that actually accommodates custom delivery frequencies without costing a fortune is rare, but Kaching Subscriptions delivers. I run a direct-to-consumer supplement brand, and we needed a very specific setup: a 1-month supply shipping monthly, a 3-month supply shipping every 3 months, and a 5-month supply shipping every 5 months. Other, way more expensive subscription apps can't do this easily. Huge shoutout to Dominykas from their support team. He hopped right in and walked me through a smart workaround using our variants so that our inventory would still sync perfectly with our 3PL using a single shared SKU. The service is just as good as the app itself!

I decided to go with Kaching because it was reasonably priced for starting out AND it had other apps that it integrates easily with - I needed to be able to offer a subscription for a product that has volume discounts, as well as offer subscriptions for my other products. I also really liked the widget layout options for Kaching Subscriptions. It was easy to set up and works perfectly with GemPages. I reached out to the Support Team via chat a few times and have always received prompt responses and assistance. Most recently, Domantas helped me out with a joint bundle+subscription issue I was having. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guessed right away what was causing the issue. With his guidance, I corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes! I'm so glad I chose Kaching - it's been an all-around great experience so far! I also appreciate that they offer discounts for installing and using multiple Kaching apps.

customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!

I've been using Seal for the past couple of years and was looking to switch over to a newer, fresher platform.
