Our company switched from a well known software company to Kixxl and we've been very happy with the software and more importantly, the customer support! The developers have even stepped in to help us with an urgent Shopify issue, unrelated to kixxl. They are always kind and quick to help. No longer are we waiting hours or days to hear back about software issues, which we experienced with our previous provider. Our customers are happier with all the kixxl features and the ease of use. Switching was a no-brainer. I recommend giving them a go! Really love the flexible plans/prices they offer. Great value for money.

Update 2026: After using the platform for nearly a year, I felt it was important to update my original review. Unfortunately, in recent months I started experiencing recurring issues with order uploads, which significantly affected my business operations. Initially, support suggested that the problems were on my side, but later acknowledged that the issues were actually related to their own servers and infrastructure. While the support team remained responsive, I often found myself repeatedly contacting support and waiting for updates before being able to continue processing orders. These delays impacted my ability to serve customers on time, and unfortunately I lost several clients as a result of missed deadlines. My experience during the first months was positive, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I sincerely hope the platform can improve its stability and server reliability in the future, as it has strong potential when everything is working properly.

This is the best DTF application in the market right now! Customer service is awesome! They are very interested in your questions and trying their best to help you. I am very happy that I found this app. Update – June 2026: After using this app for over a year, I wanted to share an update to my original review. Unfortunately, during the last few months, I started experiencing frequent rendering errors that began affecting my workflow and causing delays in my projects. Despite my positive experience in the beginning and the efforts of the support team, these ongoing issues became difficult to manage. Because of this, I was sadly forced to switch to another builder. I genuinely hope these problems are resolved in the future, as I would love to see the app return to the level of reliability it once had.

I’ve been using Kixxl for a couple of months now and honestly, I can’t say enough about this app—mostly because it keeps saving me from myself. The customer service team? Absolute superheroes. Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve swooped in and fixed it… and let’s be real, 98% of those issues were *my* fault or the result of my “I’ll-figure-this-out-later” website setup. I know nothing about websites—I do the digital equivalent of duct-taping things together and hoping for the best. But Kixxl’s team doesn’t judge. Instead, they send me step-by-step instructions simple enough that even I can't mess them up (usually). On top of that, the builder has actually brought in more business AND taken the whole “building gang sheets for customers who have no idea what a gang sheet even is” task off my plate. Bless them. 10/10 would recommend—especially if your tech skills are… let’s call them “aspirational.”

Absolutely love having this added to my website. This has cute my setup time in half if not more. Game changer! Absolutely love what this app has done for my business.
