I've been struggling since day 1, the support is a ghost, which doesn't care even if the customer is willing to pay for the automation services. There is a lot of data discrepancy which these people do not provide any solution, rather give vague replies and most of the times do not even care to reply. I'm trying to find a better alternate and as soon as I get, I'll knock them off my store.

I have wasted my 10 days on this app. seriously there onboarding team is ridiculous. I have install the app and faced some issue in KYC process. For that I have raised a ticket. And shared my all the detailS. And it's bean 10 days and i have kept on receiving message that "our onboarding team will connect you shortly". And yet they have not connected me. And simply they are westing my 30 days free trial. And yesterday again i have received message saying "provide me your details again". so this how they wast our 30 days free trail... And for (Kwik cod reference ) this is my ticket id #198710...

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER SEEN. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but did not receive any response. It feels like once you install the app, customer support becomes nonexistent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.

Be careful of using this app. We had only installed this app on our website, but were not able to get it working, and the kyc was incomplete as well. We were still charged though not a single order was placed through Gokwik checkout app. Also they added something called address prefill charges, though the app was not active on our website's theme. They were not able to explain the charges when we contacted them. It's really disappointing though as we had great expectations from them.

One of the most Horrible Painfully Slow experiences using any app till date!!!! Especially the worst KYC activation and some strange CPV processes which takes 2-3 weeks and multiple steps, that we have never faced even with major payment gateways and other systems. Despite approval after such a long wait we it does not work out of the box... The app is so buggy and has no logical flow in configuring it!! If you want to set something it is not done on Shopify Dashboard and it will redirect you instead to their dashboard, and to access it, you will have to use OTP to sign in every time you want to change something. Also you will need to install two other Kwik apps along with this.

We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it. Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.

We are not using the app due to an internal decision to offer multiple payment gateways but giving 5 stars as the functionality of the checkout itself seemed good and the problems in uninstalling the app were promptly resolved by the support team despite them not being sure of the possibility of future business. I have emailed 4-5 times now and clearly nobody from your team cares to contact back or tell us how to complete the onboarding process. I was thinking of buying the premium for Gokwik but clearly there is no point in dealing with such an unprofessional company and the laziest onboarding team I have ever dealt with. All you guys have done is submit the ticket, we will resolve it, we have shared the details with the team, and what not. This is the worst experience. First learn how to handle the customer and then run a business. DONT RECOMMEND THE APP AT ALL. WORST APP.

Customer support is really poor! Our KYC has been pending for last 2 months, the person in contact from Gokwik team has been responding very slowly. It takes 4-6 days to get a simple response. They reject KYC without any specified reasons, even after multiple submission of the same document in the required format. We are frustrated, unable to move ahead.

Did you know you have the most third-class support team? We activated GoKwik payments on our website and started getting errors. When we contacted support, one agent told us that our KYC wasn’t completed. Later, another support agent confirmed that our KYC was actually completed but refused to assist with the payment issue, saying he could only help with the COD feature. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful support. Instead of solving issues, they just pass the responsibility around. Would not recommend!
