Absolutely phenomenal app and support! I spent over 4 years struggling with Codisto/Marketplace Connect without realizing there were better solutions out there. When Marketplace Connect completely stopped working (and their support didn't care), I went searching in desperation for something...anything...that would work. I hurriedly scheduled demos from three different apps to evaluate. LitCommerce was the first to respond, and their initial contact included enough resources to explore it on my own. I installed it and started playing with it; two hours later I canceled my other two app demos. It is well designed and intuitive enough that all I needed was a 5-minute intro video to start using it. In one afternoon, I transferred my entire catalog of around 350 items to LitCommerce, got all of my templates set up, and saw everything listed on eBay. Simple. Easy. Perfect. I ended the day by gleefully uninstalling Marketplace Connect. I normally don't make decisions this fast, but I was losing money, and needed a quick fix. I had issues with two items which seemed like they were not updating correctly, so I contacted support. They jumped right on it, checked everything, and concluded that the items were submitted to eBay correctly. They did this in REAL TIME. The problem was on eBay's end; they were slow to update those two items. The next day both items were live and perfect with no further work needed from me or LitCommerce support. Time is precious to a small business owner, and now I will need to spend much less of it getting my items listed on eBay! Highly recommended!

Our experience with LitCommerce was extremely frustrating. We have approximately 400 existing products already listed on both Shopify and Etsy, AND CURRENTLY SYNCED WITH ANOTHER SYNCING APP, but because Shopify identifies them as “simple” products while Etsy identifies them as “variant” products, LitCommerce was unable to properly link and sync the existing listings. Even with mathcing SKUS. For an app designed specifically to simplify multichannel selling, we certainly didn't expect such a basic difference between two major platforms to create this kind of problem. Especially since all products are currently synced with another APP. The proposed solution was even more disappointing: either manually modify roughly 400 products individually or **delete all 400 products from our Shopify store and recreate them by syncing them back from Etsy**. Neither is a reasonable solution for an established business with hundreds of existing listings. We installed LitCommerce specifically to save time and streamline Shopify, Etsy and eBay management—not to create hours of additional work or require us to rebuild our Shopify catalogue. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience and ultimately we decided to uninstall the app.

Love the interface but it lacks the ability to create shipping labels for Etsy orders on Shopify. This is key for us so we don't have to switch back and forth to fulfill orders. If this was added then it would be a 5 star for sure.

This has been the easiest and most complete app I've tried for pushing my products to eBay. The template and recipe features help automate a lot. All apps like this have a learning curve but after two days I feel like I have my head wrapped around it and most of my ~1,000 products are listed. I've dealt with two people for support so far and both have been professional and very helpful in helping me get setup. UPDATE: A couple years later I can still give this 5 stars. Their support is phenomenal, the product is very stable and the features are very complete.

Steep learning curve if you are new to automation like myself but the support is really good and has helped me sort through my issues thus far. Some issues with populating in depth item specifics moving product from shopify-ebay (hence the 4 star It does reduce ebay visibility with reduced item specifics) but overall has been a good answer to some major issues I have had with split inventory. I am sure I can upgrade to 5 star in future. Product sync works well.

Great and simple to use user interface with clear instructions on the setup process. We just started using LitCommerce with Shopify, our main store, to integrate with Ebay. We sell into the reuse market (vintage, antique, used) so each of our products is a unique listing, no multiple items. Every listing is an inventory of "1", so listing is a major use of time and resources. Having to list each item twice, once on each channel, is a major impact on our economics! We are encouraged that LitCommerce will provide the rich integration environment we need to eliminate the duplication. Their listing templates and rules look to be just what we need fix in the gaps between the data fields in Shopify and Ebay. Their power of their toolkit may relieve us of the "fixing" of missing data that our previous integration app left us with! Who knows! Five stars for the support team alone. I hit a connection error trying to link my Etsy shop during my trial, the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of copy-paste support replies. Not here. Rachel (one of their real, not AI agents) took point as they worked the problem across multiple days and multiple shifts, and every handoff was clean. Each new agent already knew the full history, so I never had to re-explain anything. They escalated it without me asking, kept me posted while they dug in (it turned out to be a bug on Etsy's side, not something they even caused), and followed up until we confirmed both of my stores were connected and working. Rachel even walked me through getting my first import from the Etsy side linked up to make sure there were no issues after the connect was fixed. I'm still early with the tool itself, but support is what I actually judge software on, because everything breaks eventually. These folks show up when it does.

CAUTION! I just noticed my Etsy channel was disconnected, for the second time. Last time, I thought maybe it was something I did. This time, I know it wasn't me. Inventory counts are now screwed up, again. Description sync is turned OFF but just discovered the app is still syncing my shopify descriptions, overriding my app settings. There is particular wording that would cause account suspensions on third party sites so this one is HUGE! There is no live help anymore, everything switched to AI support. I am in the middle of a critical crisis and nothing I can do except disconnect the app which will result in even more work if I do. Very upsetting to not for one, get any notification that my channel was disconnected (hope to learn the cause soon) and who knows how long the descriptions have been syncing as well. Could be any minute now that my third party sites I've built up over the last 18 years will be suspended FOREVER and there is zero support at LitCommerce and I'm not at fault. Very upset! I'm changing my 5 star rating to only 1 because of these issues which have both happened twice now! I've been using LitCommerce since October 2025.

Cannot get to work with eBay or Amazon. Works fine with Reverb. Ebay Support say its LitCommerce and they are not supported. Lit commerce support is away for a few days and can't help. All its default postage options for eBay are in Canadian which cannot be changed, which is eBay errors. No products can sync.

Had to find a new app to replace inkfrog, and so far LitCommerce seems to be an excellent replacement. I'm only using the eBay marketplace connection for now, but if things continue to go smoothly, I'll likely add the Walmart and/or Amazon connection too. It was a little bit of a learning curve for me as I was just so used to inkfrog. Harvey helped me get the bulk of things set up, but Natalie, Claire and Pauline also responded quickly through the chat box to answer any question or walk me though a setting. The cost is more than inkfrog, but still worth it if it continues to work smoothly.

Still in the process of getting LitCommerce set up and fully operational, but based solely on the tech support help at LitCommerce, this is going to be the best integrator on planet Earth. I never wait more than two minutes for a help reply, and the tech folks are humans. Real humans. Not bots pretending to be human. (During the few hours tech support isn't available, there is a bot on standby, just in case.) I sell one-of-a-kind, Japanese antiques at www.chidorivintage.com. I have thousands of items, and I needed a service that was not cookie-cutter and that would give me the flexibility to do exactly what I wanted. They allow me to import and price-sync without syncing descriptions, and use locked templates that provide no flexibility. Everything is optional here, so you can make the app do exactly what you want. Also, the terminology makes sense. I tried 8 apps trying to replace Inkfrog, and I FINALLY found my match.

I tried just about every app that bridges ebay and shopify lit commerce seems to have all the bells and whistles, easy to find things and understand, which is very important for me I am not terribly techy so has to be easy to find things and to understand. I am sure I will find more functions as time goes on and whatever I can't find I will just send a message to the team at online chat. If you were an inkfrog user this app is more modern but still has many of the same functions and believe me that is hard to find I tried many, lit commerce is the app of choice:):) I would recommend this, plus it was nice to get a real person not AI and I love AI for many things but not all.

I tested out several different integration apps for eBay/Shopify and this was by far the most intuitive. Nearing the end of the free trial, and so far I can definitely say it is worth it. The app is intuitive and easy to pick up, and contains a ton of helpful guides to make the learning curve simple. It integrates with a ton of platforms, and the exports are almost seamless. Had one small issue with description formatting, but support is a click away. Chloe was responsive and helpful, and was able to answer several questions on the spot and then referred the ticket to the technical team for the last question. The app has a lot of options that can make it sometime hard to know everything about the app. Where Lit Commerce has differentiated itself is their superior customer service. Every time I have had an issue, I have only had to wait a few seconds to have a customer representative on chat and the problem figured out. This includes small user error problems to bigger system issues. I can not say enough good things about this company and this app.

We really wanted to keep using this app, however the dealbreaker for us is that it doesn't bring customer data (names, addresses) in to Shopify from Amazon. Saying that, the Ebay connection worked great and their customer service was good. Hopefully the Amazon issue is something that can be resolved in time. 2026-03-08 Update: After I wrote the below review, the team attempted to fix this issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to, and I had to search and they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the feature was not there. It was previously and they state they can't re-implement it due to eBay's API. Other multichannel software can do this with eBays API, and I am testing a few to see which one can replace Lit. 2026-02-07: Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be. They do add features and that is great! What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before. 1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface. With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

I started the trial yesterday and made good progress setting up the link between Shopify and eBay. Went to bed and about half of my listings on eBay ended because I didn't have a 1:1 match between the two platforms so everything not on Shopify was delisted on eBay. Well so far this app has been excellent, with excellent support. We have got as far as setting up LitCommerce templates for Shopify to Etsy. Our Shopify product descriptions rely on dynamic content (metaobjects) - LitCommerce templates seem to handle this with relative ease. We still need to fine tune our workflow internally, with LitCommerce we can see our revised workflow, flowing much better between channels. We are migrating from WP/Woo to Shopify/WP and hope to be live on the new site by the end of March. And consistent on all channels (Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon). At the beginning as with any new software there is a learning curve, but LitCommerces' is not too steep - their fantastic support team eases the way tremendously. We have yet to delve into orders, that's the next stage. But following this trend things should be fine.

3rd Jan 2026 I have moved both Amazon and eBay off LitCommerce as Amazon just stopped syncing and I could not get it fixed quickly enough by LitCommerece. I have kept the Etsy integration with LitCommerce due to a customisation I have with them. Every 3 months they update their software and every 3 months they overwrite my customisations which causes issues with overselling (qty) and underselling (price). The std response to a critical incident is that they will fix in 24 hours. Then it's another 24 hours and then its the weekend ... Anyway, I don't recommend using this app if you have customisations. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look at moving over the next couple of months as it's just too unreliable. ************* Until this last month - I had been extremely happy with LitCommerce. It started at the end of June 2025 (financial year end in Australia) when the ENTIRE team was away for 4 days and I had a major incident. It was eventually resolved. Then 4 days ago - I could not import from Shopify (spinning wheel) - I have been assured it would be fixed in 24 then 48 hours then ... who knows when. I also noticed that my inventory is not being sync'd from Shopify to LitCommerce as items are sold. This was reported 24 hours ago. Despite these being critical incidents - I still have no idea when this will be resolved. I am beyond disappointed. There does not seem to be any support over weekends or in office hours for Australia. I am Ok to wait up to 24 hours for a critical incident but then I really do need it fixed. ************ With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.

It's good for syncing price, inventory and editing, pushing SKU listing details to your platforms. The interface is good and syncing speed is great and customer support was really responsive. BUT YOU HAVE to fulfill orders and shipping DIRECTLY on each individual platform which defeats the concept of integration. If you're a heavy seller or you have numerous SKUS you'll go crazy trying to fill Amazon sales. Try this app out ONLY if order integration is not important to you.

Syncing with amazon just includes the products, that's it. Really no customer address or order status/updates etc. Feedback from the support is that you have to copy and paste it manually in shopify or do it on amazon. Having tried a few competitor apps I eventually settled with LitCommerce. It does exactly what I need to get my Shopify products listed on eBay and Etsy and keeps stock and prices in sync. The few times I had to contact support I get the answers I need very quickly, most recently Chloe was very helpful in providing the answers

Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work. I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

I've only been using the tool for a day but it's been incredibly easy to use and very straight forward to set up and navigate and the customer service has been very attentive and friendly. Edit: After trying the tools out for longer. I'd recommend it still but there are some nuances to understand. There is a lot of setup and product listing housekeeping needed to make sure your listings match perfectly between Shopify and your platforms, e.g. listings that have variations on your other marketplaces need to also have the exact same variations on Shopify. Additionally, the Etsy integration is frequently not syncing listings due to rate limits, but that's 100% Etsy's fault. I've run into this issue on MANY platforms. Just something to be aware of if you sell on Etsy. As LitCommerce grows, the Etsy syncing issues will likely get worse as rate limits will get hit faster unless Etsy increases their API rate limits.

Extremely pleased; it may be a bit confusing to set up at first (anything this complex and important will be), but once it is it'll make your like 100x easier. Seriously. Do note that there are constant changes/limitations imposed from sales channels (for us it's Etsy and their shifting API policies), but LitCommerce is always aggressive about finding ways to fix, circumvent, or work with those limitations (including communicating said changes). Point is stay vigilant! Truly indispensable to my business. Worth every penny.

They were pretty good for a while. Now you have random outages where orders do not sync. Like we all know if you don't despatch on time on etsy or ebay you are penalised. So you hope with these types of apps that they inform you there is an issue with syncing. If they don't they could pretty much ruin your business over night.
