DO NOT USE! I reached out to see if they could make a simple adjustment. I originally heard back from Ovidiu and they were happy to help. When I gave them access Ovidiu stated there was something blocking them from seeing the code (which they have access to). I shared that no other app I use and pay for has ever experienced that issue. In their reply they were unbelievably rude and snippy. There are so many other amazing apps out there where they are happy and willing to help. Take your money and business elsewhere. UPDATE: Ovidiu has continued to harass me in several emails. Secondary Update: Ovidiu dug into my website AFTER we deleted the app and told them to not view/login/or email us. They asked us to delete our review for a year free - as if $120 is enough savings for how terrible they were/are. We stand by our original suggestion to NEVER use them. There is another app that we have downloaded and they have been exceptionally helpful and kind.

At the start I ran into a problem that AFTER login, the buyer was not being redirected to the product page they started from. And Webpanda identified the real issue in my other settings that caused this. And we sorted it all out over several emails back & forth. Everything works great now. There is great value in having a login for prices especially when you are in a business that sells unique items. So getting the right app is important. Simple, uncomplicated and with good support. Recommended.

Overall everything was going well, and the customer service team was quick answering and helping with our request. But I won't forget the way they addressed me. Once they fixed the problem, the team asked to leave a review, and 8 minutes after when I was leaving this review, I received a mean email from them saying the following: " I don't understand your 'way of communicating'!!! This is the 5th time you send an email asking for something, I reply and do what you requested. But you never reply back, just ignore. I got what I wanted, IGNORED ... We needed the ability to hide the prices and buy now button on certain products and collections and to only allow them for certain customers via a tag. We were looking for an Ap that would hide prices for customers until they were tagged with a certain tag. Out of all the aps available on Shopify, this one worked best for us. There were too many features we didn't need in Locksmith to justify the pricing, and also there was the additional need of liquid/ruby knowlege our team didn't have. The folks at Web Panda were quick to handle any questions we had for their support team, as well as help with setting up. 10/10 would recommend for any Shop with retail/wholesale channels or mixed customer groups whom you want to only see some pricing.
