I’ve been super happy with Loop! The customer support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire integration, especially with moving all of our existing subscribers over from our previous subscription platform. They made what could have been a complicated process feel very straightforward. The platform itself also gives us far more flexibility and customization than we had before. I especially like the gamification, retention, and anti-churn features, which give us a lot more tools to improve the subscriber experience. I’m really happy we made the move to Loop and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify brands running subscriptions.

Five stars, and honestly it's mostly because of the people. We've run our subscription program on Loop for a while, and the real difference came when we started working closely with their team. Saksham, our CSM, treats our retention numbers like they're his own. He set up our rewards journey and streaks program, rebuilt our failed payment recovery with segmented offers, and put a proper A/B testing framework on our cancellation flow. Churn dropped around 10% within weeks of those changes going live. On the technical side, Varun has been just as good. Anything that needs configuring or fixing gets handled fast, usually same day, with clear explanations instead of endless ticket back and forth. Plenty of subscription apps look similar on paper. What you actually get with Loop is a team that knows retention inside out and does the work with you. Easy recommendation.

Aadi Gupta & Sharath Gowda were both super helpful, cooperative, and excellent throughout the onboarding process. We had a few minor issues as expected with migrating a load of mrr and getting on a new platform but everything was fixed very quickly, in one case Aman called in from his home later in the night even and helped me fix a problem within an hour or two. Really great job by the team and I appreciate everything they've done, so far we are happy with loop.

Thank you Loop! --- It's disappointing that I don't get API access unless I pay for the Pro plan. I'm paying more than $200/month as it is and I expect access to my data.

Our account manager guided us through the entire migration and hypercare phase, and was always quick to respond whenever we ran into questions. Beyond the migration, the platform itself has made a real difference: the customer portal has reduced our support load since subscribers can now manage their own subscriptions, and the cancellation flow has already saved us subscriptions we would have lost outright with our previous setup. I've been with Loop since January 2024, and run my business on their app. Loop gets 3 out 5 stars because (1) the feature set for businesses who use 'anchor day' functionality is limited, and development in this area is appears to have stagnated, and (2) there are frustrating gaps in the capability afforded by the API. For example, using the Admin API, it's possible to (a) apply to a subscription contract a line item discount, but not a shipping discount, or (b) change the anchor day in a subscription contract, but not the associated charge offset.

This is the best Subscription platform for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands and this is coming from someone who tested almost all subscription platforms with Plus brands. Loop migrated us fully from Yotpo Subscriptions, everything was incredibly smooth and Purna and Nihal went above and beyond to make the experience great. Loop Subscriptions admin panel is exceptional - setting up the logic is so easy. We also managed to build an exceptional bundle builder without code - just setting everything up in Loop. Loop has strong analytics and a team of developers that always help us close gaps in user experience. The support is instant and their team is so passionate about what they do. A true Shopify Plus partner. We're also migrating our loyalty program to Bubblehouse because they have an exceptional integration with Loop. Loop also connects with all other platforms in our app ecosystem which is fantastic. We came to Loop after using Appstle and Recharge, while also considering Skio. Loop offers the same functionality as Skio but at a much better price both monthly and per transaction. Fantastic subscription app! We use this app to run all of our subscriptions - we use it for product swaps, upsells, and free gifts each month. Very easy to use and to set up. We were previously using Seal Subscriptions and the white glove migration from there was seamless (thanks to the Loop team). Now, we've been with them for over 6 months and we have monthly team meetings with Aayush, our account representative. He brings data on our account each month and ways we can improve. Super helpful!! We also have a dedicated Slack channel with their team for quick service if there is ever a bug. The only thing we wish they had is a better integration with Pagefly and a way to block cancellations for the first X days of a subscription. That would be a game changer for our brand to protect against customers who buy then cancel right away.

I haven’t tried every subscription app out there, but I’ve used one of the big names, and it was a frustrating experience. I couldn’t even get started because the app was so difficult to customize, and their support was lackluster—like many SaaS companies, they were attentive until I signed the contract, and then their responsiveness dropped off a cliff. That wasn't the case with Loop. Their team stuck with me through two months of full customization, which included a major overhaul to accommodate a special bundle offer we wanted to run. Their customer success team was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. If you don't need to do anything special/unique/different then your startup time should be way shorter - probably just a week or so. I was especially impressed with Loop’s API hub, which allowed us to create a fully tailored solution for our unique needs. Fast forward 10 months, and the app is running smoothly. Good ecomm SaaS apps are hard to come by, but Loop is one of them.

We were using a larger subscription provider before, and Loop proved to blow it out of the water. Subscriptions are our lifeblood, so we wanted to partner with someone that treated it as such. The thing that stood out to me the most was Loop's support. They have an incredible support system that made migration, optimization and ongoing testing easy, seamless and awesome. From their CSMs to their implementation they did a fantastic job introducing our brand to Loop. The features were the other thing that stood out. Their features are better or similar to more expensive subscription platforms. The only thing I wish could be changed are the Flows feature. We have multiple products that need to be swapped and setting those up are a pain, but they did the legwork for us, so it made switching so much easier. Amazing platform, fair pricing and amazing founder. Can't do any better than that, and honestly I just wish we switched sooner.
