Mage Native however, had the answer to both problems; a solution that is not expensive, doesn't consider itself your partner, and offers a well-designed interface. I’ve been using this app for over a year now, and the problems just never end. To be fair, the team did help me with a few things like giving me more room on the front page, but does that really pay off for all the issues I’ve faced (and continue to face) after all this time? Absolutely not. Archived products and private collections still appeared on the app, categories and subcategories were difficult to organize, out-of-stock items looked available until clicked, images and logos were blurry, products showed in random order instead of how I set them on my website, and the loading speed was painfully slow (15 to 30 seconds just to open a category). Push notifications caused unnecessary problems as well. Every request took forever to fix. What they promised in 7 to 8 days ended up taking more than 30 days just to get a preview, and that cycle repeated again and again. Even the simplest fixes — like improving image quality, adjusting menus, adding size charts, or making the homepage work properly — dragged on endlessly. On top of paying over $200/month, I was asked to pay extra for basics like Loox integration or a proper category page design. After more than a year, I’m still dealing with issues that should have been solved from the start. Even today, after more than a year of using it, I ran into yet another problem. I sent out a push notification to announce a new product drop, only to find out the notification wasn’t even being sent. A completely useless attempt. If you have the option to choose another app, do it before you waste your time here.

Worst experience! The app has so many errors and issues. The team is very unresponsive and they do not care about fixing things on time. 2 weeks have passed and the customers still can't add anything to the cart. The team is simply saying that the app got updated and is fine now when it isn't. I will definitely look for another developer, don't fall for the trap of the team being helpful in the early stages. Once you pay, it all changes and the errors will start popping up. Every update they forget something or do something wrong, you will be wasting a lot of your time. Find someone more professional.

We are using MageNative's mobile app builder service brought via the Shopify App Store and have had a mixed experience with them. We would rate it 3.5 to the tops! Pros: 1. MageNative earns good scores for their customization support. 2. Themes are visually appealing 3. RTL (Right-to-Left) support for Arabic, which is an important aspect for our business. 4. The backend to manage the theme's blocks /components are user-friendly. 5. MageNative handles all the initial setup work; unlike other mobile app builders on the Shopify App Store that either leave you on your own or just offer a demo, this is a big plus. Cons: We, sadly, have experienced some frustrations and challenges primarily coming from 1. Delayed responses and submissions 2. Partial / unsuccessful testing of fixes and adaptations. 3. They lose out on pre-integration of Shopify's native apps like Forms, etc. 4. Limitations to integrate certain Apps that works well on the Shopify Online Channel. This is where the experience deteriorates, where on Shopify you can simply install/uninstall any app but not being sure this can be mirrored on the MageNative mobile app. Conclusion: They are very polite in communication with a 'Yes' attitude. But, they really need to work on streamlining their scope delivery and a structured UAT process. For Customers: Go with them, they're good! For MageNative: Learn from feedback/reviews and improvise constantly. This is a highly competitive marketplace of apps and features.

DO NOT USE THIS APP BUILDER! They provide full promises of being able to fully customise an app for your brand in which they will then just dodge around and ingore your issues completely. We have been trying to build a fucntioning app with Magenative for over a year now and it is still not ready to publish. As another 1 star review noted they convince you at the start with very good customer service skills to lock into a plan and then once you have the level of service drops to basically 0 and you can never get them to solve any of your issues. This app feels like it was a complete scam and we are in the process now of getting a refund for the full year we paid for this useless service. We have paid $999USD in total and have not even been able to use the app for a day because our customisations required are not achievable by Magenative despite them confirming that they are from the beginning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BASICALLY A SCAM.

Unbelievably pathetic experience, before becoming a paid member as I was on the trial version, the support I received was far beyond my expectations, I was amazed by the swiftness of their responses & overall dedication & thus decided to get on their most expensive plan, I noted out all the changes I required to their team beforehand & they promised that the app will go live within a few days and the changes will be implemented. Now today over 2 months have passed, I have paid the recurring amount of their enterprise plan multiple times & still my app is not functional! Yes after 2 months! I have been going at it with their support team over & over & over again but all I receive is false promises. I genuinely can't believe how these guys have a 4.9-star rating & I'm truly fed up now. My app organically has 100+ downloads (without any sort of marketing at our end, absolutely 0) & thus now I have been stuck in this situation where I can't just move onto another mobile app provider & neither am I able to move forward with the imaginative team here.

However, to my dismay, I discovered on December 2 that my subscription was abruptly and inexplicably canceled without any prior notification. This sudden cessation of service has had a significant negative impact on our business. Since the app is integral to the services we offer our customers, its unavailability has not only hampered our operational capabilities but also led to a loss of sales, which is especially critical during this busy shopping season. The lack of communication and abrupt suspension of service has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. I cannot overstate the negative implications this has had on our customer relations. The inability to use the app as promised to our clients reflects poorly on our business and undermines our credibility. This kind of disruption is unacceptable and unprofessional, particularly given that no explanation or forewarning was provided. I urge the support team to look into this matter urgently and provide a clear explanation for the sudden termination of the subscription. Additionally, I expect a swift resolution to reactivate our subscription as per the agreement made on November 21. It's imperative that steps are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future and to compensate for the inconvenience and potential revenue loss caused during this period.

We started on our journey with Magenative over 2 years ago. We had a grocery store with some customizations done to add some features we needed to have integration with some other Shopify apps. It seemed like every time a new update would roll out to our customers some old features would get broken. The devs used to say that they have tested it but we still have to trace down the problem and details by asking our customers. Our requirements never changed but even after so long, we couldn't get a base app working as intended for our customers. We had many plans to expand our features but without a properly working base app, it didn't make sense to expand. Whenever fixes were needed it would easily drag over a week to get resolved. After 2 years of having exceeding patience and no improvement, we decided to shut the app. How long could we ask our customers to be patient with us? It is a bad customer experience if we have to constantly keep telling our customers we are constantly improving our app even after 2 years and not even having base features working properly. We have a very good brand image having been in this business for over 20 years but just the bad experience of the app has seriously affected our image. The only reason we managed to keep running the app for so long was due to our customer service team constantly communicated with the customers and gave out offers to compensate them, which resulted in more losses. We hope the Magenative team will reflect seriously on their internal testing, development and communication policies.

After an intensive evaluation of the options, we decided to choose Magenative App Builder to transition our app. Among the main reasons we chose Magenative: - Magenative is a consistent provider inside Shopify ecosystem, they have a strong record of other services provided for Shopify users. (Our previous provider was not updated to shopify requirements and was eventually withdrawn from the app store, thus ending our app functionality) - Magenative top tier plan costs approximately 50% less than the other good providers on shopify app store. Since we are a store based in Brazil, the exchange rates really force us to be price oriented - Magenative support is incredible. Once you install the app the support team reaches out to you on Whatsapp and communication flows wonderfully despite the different time zones - Working with Magenative support team we were able to apply specific changes to our app layout and functionality and the team was very opened to hear from us and apply all possible changes - We have ownership over our app. Once Magenative finishes development, they hand over to you the access to both Apple store and Google developer accounts - the app configuration tool on the dashboard is very easy and you can make changes to your app layout easier than making changes to your website. Also, those changes take effect almost immediately I am making this review after launching our app fully functional nearly a month ago and everything looks very consistent. I love their customer service. Very responsive on all platforms. The app however, needs a bit of work. It shouts "1990" instead of 2022 in terms of fonts, colors, overall design. It looks a bit homemade. Also, the front page is static, meaning you choose the products you want on the front page, and then you manually have to change them if you want a new look, instead of it just following the "new arrivals" feature that Shopify offers on our webshop. It's a good solution for little money, and more importantly, for somebody like me who doesn't have the technical expertise to build my own self. But it's definitely a beginner app. Not something I'd use once I have many more customers on my platform. It's simply not nice or user friendly enough for that.

This is a good APP program, although there are some small problems, but the comments made, they can quickly make changes to the program, this is praiseworthy! If possible, I hope to reduce the cost of APP, this is because many SHOPIFY sellers are not very rich, and the global economy is not very good now. W used this app to spread the store to the mobile front and it did the job. The custom elements are delivered quickly and if you have problems they do a great job at fixing them. Also, they have a nice system for setting up meetings with the support team. The only qualm we have is that it is heavily timezone based. I believe they are based in IST. Since we are based in EST, we could only schedule for morning appointments at 6 AM our time or 11:30 PM our time. If you can make those appointments, however, the payoff is great. The communication is nice and you can quickly get to the heart of the matter and solve the problems you have.

And i trusted, then they ask for a POSIIVE REVIEW in which theyve let me to experience the best service, then after i send the POSITIVE REVIEW, they are ignoring all our request and modification, I ASK them, CAN you make my App work fast or NO, because my app is LIVE in IOS & ANDROID STORE for a bout a month the it reflect my company impression. It was so slow in takes 4-7 sec till it ends up not working at all. And they want us to work with them and pay for a CRAP mob app. they doesnt have one word and they are wasting all the companies REPUTATION. WE LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with a TRASH APP. THEY CARE ONLY FOR THIS COMMENT THAT THEY MANDATE THE PEOPLE...THEN AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL RECIEVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER... The Dev team did a great job getting the store on both Apple and Google play. I really like how the app functions and it syncs well with the shopify store. However, a few errors have been identified regarding the name of the app( URL etc), but the dev team have fixed these issues for us in the next update.
