We were always searching for an easier way of doing pull lists as before Manage Comics came along we did it with spreadsheets that were a pain to get pulls correct week to week. Once Manage Comics 2 was launched we immediately gave it a try. It was exceptional. My favorite part is how pull customers can manage their own pull lists from anywhere. If there ever is an issue Brian and his team are usually on it almost immediately. I couldn't recommend it more.

We currently use Manage Comics for weekly releases only, but what a time saver this is! We would not list new releases on our website if it wasn't for this app, so I can't say enough. Easy to use, helpful developer, and worth the money.

Manage Comics has boosted my bottom line by a considerable amount. Besides the immediate financial boost, the efficiency of Manage Comics has drastically reduced labor costs. Ordering and receiving product is noticeably easier. Shopify integration has allowed me to open up new channels and introduced my to a vast array of tools to improve the business and customer experience. The Manage Comics team is also quick to respond with any technical issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Direct Market product management software.

Manage Comics is by far the best option for comic shops, large and small. We were looking at a replacement for ComicSuite and the opportunity came to do so we jumped on board. One ring to rule them all. With the industry change to multiple distributors, it became a bit of a nightmare to handle in our old system. With ManageComics it is easy! Ordering is a quick process and pull lists are accurate and easy to complete! Support is incredible and the personal connection we have with the staff is top notch!!

We switched from annoying and error-prone Excel spreadsheets to Manage Comics and have never looked back. At first glance, $80 might seem like a lot, but when you consider how expensive it would be to program a custom app that does everything MC does, incl nearly flawless integration with Shopify, and takes on the daunting task of synchronizing data updates from multiple suppliers... It's a small miracle that MC exists, and we simply couldn't run our Single Issues business without it. The comic book business, with its numerous variant covers, publishers, and distributors, is highly complex, and even Manage Comics faces challenges in managing it. However, the customer service is prompt and always strives to quickly resolve issues. Five stars from us!

My dear friends, such was the harsh truth of my existence. But fear not, like Gandalf showing up at first light on the fifth day - Manage Comics has arrived to help turn the tide of battle against impossible-to-understand comic management systems! Gone are the days of staring blankly at my screen, wondering if I accidentally activated a self-destruct sequence instead of updating my special orders. With Manage Comics, managing our subscribers is as easy as pie – and believe me, I've eaten a lot of pie in my day. The interface is smoother than a freshly waxed Batmobile, and the user experience is so intuitive, you would think that Jarvis himself is running the servers (I’m still not entirely sure that’s not actually the case). Got a question? They are your go-to-person-in-the-chair! Go ahead and try to stump them. I asked them once for the winning lottery numbers and they sent them right over! I’m still waiting for them to hit, so next time I think I need to be more specific on the day - but for all things comic and subscription based, they as knowledgable as Yoda and quick as the Flash with their answers! I was very hesitant to move my site into Shopify so I could start using Manage Comics, but now that it's all done, I can tell you I cannot imagine going back. Almost instantly I saw customers add more books to their subscriptions and weekly tasks have become much quicker to accomplish. With approx 50% of my customers being online customers, posting weekly new releases to the website would take 3 to 4 hours. Now I can accomplish this task in under an hour and also include information like artists, writers and genre with no extra work.

We moved from ComicHub to Manage Comics early in 2021. The update to Manage Comics 2.0 was a game changer! One thing I'd like to highlight is that Brian & team are super transparent about updates, fixes, and longer-term improvements. When they say, "We're working on this," I know that they mean it and we'll see it. They listen to comic shops and have a really great sense of what comics shops need. They are also superstars at responding when any issue comes up!

As a small shop that functions primarily online, the app lets me easily keep track of customer's subscriptions, submit new orders and trust that it's going to keep updating with the newest products. Easily the most important application we use on a weekly basis. It 100% allows us to order way more easily on those titles you NEED to be tight on, because they are just future dollar bin fooders. For the big titles, the ones you don't remember who the 30-50 people are subbed to every issue, the easy process to check in every week gets your pull boxes done faster. Is it perfect? Not yet. But nothing is, and every software update gets us more features we're all desperately looking for!
