We use Meety to manage bookings for our Japanese sewing classes and workshops, and it has been very helpful, especially for managing multiple services with shared capacity. Since our booking setup is a little complex, we have contacted the support team several times while setting up and adjusting the system. Every time, they have been patient, responsive, and very helpful. A special thank you to Brad, Peony, Grace, Mary, Anna, and Macie, who have all supported us at different stages. Even when our questions were quite specific, they took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and provided clear explanations, screenshots, and practical solutions. What I particularly appreciate is that they don't just solve the immediate problem — they also explain how the settings work, so we can manage the system ourselves in the future. Meety is a very useful booking app, but the quality of the support team makes it even better. Thank you to everyone who has helped us!

This is a very powerful app that has improved tremendously since I first tested it two years ago. I previously used BookThatApp, but recently migrated to Meety for managing bookings for my ceramics workshops. The app offers a user-friendly calendar widget, easy translation options, and excellent customer support. The transition was smooth, and I've been very happy with the experience so far. I hope the team will consider adding more options for importing existing bookings, as this would make migration to Meety much easier for new users. I'm also looking forward to a seasonal calendar feature. It would be especially helpful for businesses like mine, where opening hours and workshop schedules vary throughout the year.

Meety ist deutlich flexiblere Einstellmöglichkeiten als andere Terminbuchungs-Apps, wie beispielsweise Timify oder auch Treatwell. Dabei kostet Meety nur die Hälfte. I tried multiple calendar-based apps and Meety was easily the best. The setup was simple and it integrated instantly with my site. Functionally it performs great and the add-to-cart through to checkout workflow is seamless. I did need some support with one or two features but this was instant and correct. The chat facility was brilliant. I didn't need to wait more than a few seconds really. Great app! Great support!

The app works perfectly and integration with the Shopify flow app is great, so we can send over booking details to our CRM. The app is not as intuitive as I would want and does not sync for example emails from Meety under the customer profile in Shopify - as it is a separate app, which is a bit annoying. However, it works, it is cheap and the support team is excellent.

This app has some really good functionality for basic 1:1 bookings using only one calendar. They have options for alerts, notifications, etc., which is great. The team is responsive, but I have lost thousands of dollars on Meety's total code failures for my events. They have gradually rectified some of the bugs and are responsive, but the loss is the same. I will update if things become stable for events and adjust my review accordingly.

The Meety Appt Booking app has been easy to install and get started with. The team has been very responsive with suggestions on how to best use the tool for our business. We run a small community craft studio and need to be able to schedule both private lessons with workshop instructors and schedule larger workshops. We are still trying to decide on the right subscription level as we are a small organization, but it seems like there is enough functionality to help us grow, without being too cost prohibitive now as we are starting out.

I had tried three different Apps in one day and uninstalled the 1st two due to poor customer service and a possible language translation barrier. The first representative helped a little, but I am glad I stuck with it. After some time, the first representative transitioned from work, and I was blessed to get Grace. I've been using Meety since April 2024. Setting up the app and my services was pain free, as was linking through to the products in my Shopify shop. Yes there've been a few teething problems, some app issues early on, some of my causing and some of not understanding the app settings 100% (mainly to do with daylight saving and calendars), but support has always been able to help me and make it work. This app makes bookings for my services so much easier than having an external to Shopify app. The bookings go straight into my calendar and the clients (and me) get reminders prior to the bookings. Meety saves me time in my business as appointment booking is made easy.

Nach 5 Minuten war ich selber in der Lage, das Programm zu nutzen und einzubauen. Echt intuitiv! Mit Hilfe der Beratung von Meety, hier YVONNE, wren einige Randfragen wie zum Beispiel die Umschreibung der Pop-Ups innerhalb der Buchung leicht vom Englischen ins Deutsche selber zu übersetzen. Ich bin selber gespannt, was das Programm leistet, aber es fügte sich bislang problemlos in unseren Shop ein, Hut ab. Hier hätte ich mal kein Problem damit, allein wegen der deutschsprachigen Begleitung im Monat einen Beitrag zu zahlen,...hoffentlich liest das hier keiner;-)))

There's no denying the obvious: Meety: Appointment Booking is the best app for booking appointments via Shopify. The customer support team is top notch (special thanks to Grace: you're a gem!) and even though the app didn't work ideally with my premium theme at first, the dev team created code especially for my site, entirely free of charge. As for setting up the app within my Shopify interface, it's all so simple that even a non tech-savvy girl like me was able to create her own appointment pages in no time. I can't thank the Meety customer support team enough and am very grateful to be working today thanks to this app. If any colleagues ask me which app I use for my online appointment booking, I'll be happy to pass on my appreciation for Meety!

Having tried a bunch of different apps with pay walls and restrictions Meety was a welcome change. Better even than the App working the way we needed it to was the customer service.
