Best Woocommerce to Shopify app! Smooth migration and excellent support! MigrationPro made our store migration much easier than expected. The process was straightforward, the data transfer was reliable, and it saved us a huge amount of time compared with trying to move everything manually. What impressed me most was the support. These guys were great to work with. They made the entire process easy and kept me informed every step of the way. We had more than 20,000 SKUs to migrate, along with orders, blog posts, and other website content. A couple of recent orders were missing from the initial migration, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they corrected the issue immediately. They worked around my timeline and completed everything when I needed it done. I cannot say enough good things about their service. Simple way to move across large volumes of data. Be aware that if you do have very large quantities then it will take a very long time to migrate, however Shams and the team were on hand to help us speed this along and the process has been great. Thank you everyone!

We migrated from a Dutch webshop (MyOnlinestore) to Shopify. The API integration with MyOnlinestore did not exist but MigrationPro offered a fair rate to do custom integration. I can tell they understand the Shopify datamodel perfectly, and they are real data monsters - in a very positive way. Initial migration went well, they processed feedback well and always came with answers. If there is any limitation they explain the pros & cons of possible workarounds. After the initial migration, they perform migration updates as well as smart updates to already migrated data. All with all - the collaboration worked well and we are super happy with the end result. Everything was delivered as expected. Reliable and easy to work with. I would recommend MigrationPro to others.

MIgration pro was brilliant. it took a luddite like me a little while to make it work but I have to say that Lamiya who works in the suport there was incredibly helpful and on the ball. She was literally always on the other end of the chat. It seemed that she was available 24 hours a day to help!! it always seemed to be her on the other end which was obviously helpful so I didn't have to keep explaining where I was at every time and start again. I'm Heather and I'm the dev working on the migration for She's Rooted Home. So far, I've been very pleased with MigrationPro. I'm still in the process of working on this WordPress/WooCommerce migration for this extremely active store, and we've only done the demo. But I am a WordPress expert and a Shopify noob, so I'm having to learn it all along the way. MP has been extremely helpful and very patient with me so far, as I learn Shopify during this process. It's not their job to help me learn Shopify, but they have been kind with me! The demo went very successfully and everything came over perfectly and all the redirects are there, which are supremely important for this client. When I do the real thing, I will likely create another five star review. Thank you MigrationPro! Updated review: We just completed the real migration, and I'd give MigrationPro 100 stars if I could! They've been so helpful, and I ordered the self-migrate option, so they really didn't owe me that. I ran into an issue with my product data because I didn't know there were 20 placeholder products in the DB, that I couldn't see and didn't want to migrate. Well, to make a long story short, not all my products originally came over because of a DB manipulation I did after the demo migration. But, support was able to sort it all out, migrate the remaining products and all the tens of thousands of orders and customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIGRATION PRODUCT! This app made what should have been a painful migration surprisingly smooth. Shams has been absolutely amazing with support – always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The app itself does what it promises and works well for store migrations. The only downside is that it can become quite expensive, and there are some additional costs that aren’t immediately obvious (for example, Smart Updates being billed separately). Aside from that, the functionality is solid and the support team is excellent – just be aware that the total cost may end up higher than initially expected.

First off, I am a completely new user about an hour into this Shopify thing when Sidekick recommended this app according to my setup. I used this app after trying 5 different apps to migrate from Woo commerce to Shopify. Some of them would not even load the page while others were giving connection problems. Migrate pro was real fast and the support ready at hand. The process to use it was smooth, problem solving was also quick. The only reason to give a 1 star less is the pricing. My data size was very small It would have been nice to have paid lesser. I feel the charges I paid for such small data size was quite high, other than that no complaints.

Excellent app, very user friendly and simply to use. We migrated from an older version of Prestashop. The migration took a few hours so I left it running and went to bed and it was done by the morning. We had a few small issues, such as a handful of products that didn't migrate and some of the associated attribute images not migrating but the support team fixed those straight away. Migrations are pretty scary and I've done a few over the years but ironically this was the easiest part of our move to Shopify, if only everything had been this easy :(

The experience of using this plugin has been great. Even though the first migration failed due to my error - the support team was fantastic and went over and above to help me resolve it. Migrating from one platform to another is about as fun as moving to a new house. The process with Migration Pro was very good overall. I did opt for the full service as I wanted as little hands on as possible because I knew the rest of the migration details would need to be done by us and it's tedious. But as for the core migration, it happened quickly and the team (namely Shams) was very fast to respond to my questions and inquiries. You'll need to keep one thing in mind - redirects. While the migration does create 301 redirects from your old site to the new one, it does not create redirects for any 301 redirects you originally had in your old platform. Our website has been around for nearly twenty years so we had hundreds of redirects. To move those cost extra dollars but it wasn't crazy high and it was worth it. I only mention this because almost every migration company I asked if old redirects would move, said they would - that includes a rep at Migration Pro. I was skeptical to hear they would and sure enough, they weren't. Just one thing to keep in mind because redirects are vital. Otherwise, my overall experience was very good and I would recommend.

I've just migrated my ecommerce site from Wix to Shopify and couldn't face the pain staking time it would take to manually set up all the products again, as well as lose the order and customer info. After a bit of searching around, I opted for Migration Pro to do the work for me. I did explore other options but felt they were either too expensive or too restrictive. For example, other applications would restrict you to doing your original migration, and then only give you either limited time, or limited reruns if you wanted to move over any changed info. Migration Pro didn't put me under any pressure, in fact their team have continually checked in with me to offer any advice or help whilst I configured my new site with the original migration data. I then was able to rerun the migration once my site was built, around 2 or 3 weeks later. Everything moved over as I needed, all customers, orders, products, discount codes and if I chose any other migration variations, that took place as well. Once thing I couldn't do was take across my Wix product ID's and retain them for Shopify although Migration Pro did offer to do some development to include it in a metafield but I declined that in the end. All in all, very pleased with the product, and a call out to Shams, one of their customer facing team who was always available to help or advise me as I went along, whether reactively or proactively. Would use Migration Pro again and would recommend.

There are 4 ways to move your orders over from another store to Shopify, I vigorously tried all 4 over a 48 hour period, CSV transfer options were what I thought I was going to use however the data still needed to be adjusted before I could upload and it was so time consuming. The C2C option had no reviews and I could not find good content from real users online to verify it so I finally tried Migration Pro. The migration process is so EASY and you can demo it to see what it looks like too! It is not 100% perfect, my orders did not have every single detail in them once transferred but it was the easiest out of the 4 BY FAR !!! It is not super cheap but also not that expensive so I was happy with the end result especially because I finally found an EASY solution! Top tip though, make sure any email welcome flows are turned off whether they be Shopify Flow or a third party email marketing platform. Just to be sure no customers get notifications in the process. I also made sure double checked with them that no new charges would process and they assured me they would not, great communication in the chat which I loved too - thanks guys.

We had the fairly laborious task of migrating two out-of-date WooCommerce stores to a new, combined store on Shopify. I'm talking 8,000+ skus with multiple variation images trapped on old WordPress plugins with outdated support. Bonus, their service meant we could import 100,000+ orders, thousands of customers and our old Blog posts too (our sites are over 20 years old), so we'll have that history on our shiny new Shopigy store. The Migration Pro team was able to help us achieve this by offering additional support/services to help us pull off a new multi-brand platform without the need for hiring web developers. Their charge for tagging the two separate brands' imports, effectively allowing us both separate and combine the results on our new site was nominal. I would recommend doing the test migration first to check you are happy with the settings (I adjusted a few things and ran a second test). Do not use!!!! The promise of 'immediate support' and '24/7 support' is not true and deceptive and misleading. I went through the process, paid my money (which was immediate) then promptly got an error message for the migration saying 'there is an error, just contact the live chat' However, in fact there is no live chat and in fact no contact at all!!! I tried going through the Shopify help centre, which was immediate as promised, and although they were helpful all they could do was send an email to these Migration People which is the same as I have done and I've heard nothing. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to get everything set up to do the migration and then have ZERO contact, let alone the much heralded '24/7 support' as promoted. I can't even get a refund as I can't even contact them to do that! Don't make the mistake like me of throwing your money away for nothing.

Overall a good experience - the team worked really hard to get my info migrated. Shopify's editing capabilities made it a bit hard to format the images once they were migrated, but we sorted it out. I made a few concrete suggestions of ways that Migration Pro can improve its interface, as some of the initial stages can be confusing to understand. But overall they helped me get this done so I can move forward - and it's definitely saved some time on my end as a business owner. It would be even better if Shopify had this feature/technology built-in, rather than an app. I'd encourage them to join forces so that an outside app would no longer be needed ;)
