Really great app. You can easily add content from your Instagram & Tiktok feeds plus other sources. Even with the free version, you can create multiple feeds (so we have one with more educational content on our blog area, and one with tagged content elsewhere etc). I needed some help with styling, but they were really helpful via the chat and quickly got it sorted for me.

So far so good. The app is pretty easy to use without a subscription. I added in a carousel myself. But we were contacted by Mark shortly after. He asked if we wanted to have them update our website with more Moast features keeping with best practices and we decided it was worth the subscription cost to have him do more of the initial setup. There is a free trial also. They set it up quickly and are very responsive to emails.

Very poor support experience. I contacted support about two simple issues: a gap appearing above the widget and the section above it, and not being able to change the arrow colours. Support asked for the website URL so they could check the issue. I provided the URL, but more than 12 hours later there has still been no response. These are basic issues, so the lack of timely support makes me concerned about what would happen if I had a major problem with the app.

Very easy to use and customer-service is brilliant. I hope they'll develop more features for their UGC galleries such as the ability to have several items tagged in one photo but the option to have just one product linked or manually select how many urls to have linked. Also, being able to link shopify-tags to their tags would be brilliant when creating "collection" galleries....and also being able to manually select media order in their automated galleries (it can only be done in product galleries, from what I understand).

Amazing customer service! The founder helped me get the app set up, found the videos I wanted, and also got it loaded onto my site in the position I wanted. Unlike the other app I was using before, there are no view limits. It also looks like there are customizations I can make right in the app though I haven't explored them yet. I like the design - it looks clean and fits in with my site well. I like that the videos play automatically, so it makes the page more engaging from the get go.
