The team at Monk goes above and beyond to support their users. The app works flawlessly. I am able to run many types of promotions including free gifts, upsells, cross sells, buy x get y, and more and they all work well. I recently ran into a unique issue where a customization to my store was conflicting with how Monk operated. The support team at Monk could have easily told me it was my problem and left me out to dry, but that's not what they did. I feel like I had the entire company at Monk helping me get my issue fixed, including the founder. After some troubleshooting we got the issue figured out and I am happier than ever. You will not find a support team like this anywhere else.

There are two things I really like about this app (among many others): It lets you test on a draft theme instead of directly on the live one — which helps avoid any potential mess. I’ve tried quite a few other “fancy” and pricey apps, but most have limited font options. Monk, on the other hand, allows you to use your existing website font. We use a custom Adobe font, so the free gift offer designed with Monk perfectly matches the rest of our site. Highly recommend!

So far the app works great, I look forward to exploring all aspects that this app has to offer. I'm using it to provide free gifts for Black Friday, and so far it's great. I love that I can run multiple gifts for different price brackets at the same time! What's even more amazing is the customer service. I was struggling with some aspects of the app and having it work as I had envisioned, and Jay replied to my message on a Sunday! Not only did he reply, and help walk me through the different options, he got on a video call with me help make the process that much easier. I mean, that's the best customer service I've come across. I certainly didn't expect anyone to be able to help me on the weekend never mind go out of their way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Thank you Jay! The customer service is extremely poor. They keep you waiting for hours and ask you to add them as a collaborator account. Then, they request permissions to access orders and steal customer information, including their email addresses and phone numbers, during the time you’re waiting for them to fix the issue. They failed to resolve the problem, which was that the gift discount couldn't be applied correctly. The app also caused issues on the site, including confusing redirects that disrupted visitors and constant refreshes when adding products to the cart, significantly slowing down the website's performance.

Just downloaded this app because I was looking for the exact features it carries. I wanted an app that could not only create a "Cart progress bar" but also offer discounts and/or free gifts to customers based on their cart value, on a tiered basis, and based on what we wanted to offer as a free gift from our store. Not only does this app do exactly that, but it offers other really cool customizable features too - this apps a must! Furthermore, Jay from live chat support was brilliant! I encountered a little problem (due to my setup - not the app), and he was able to eliminate the causes and resolve my issue. Not only did I learn about the app along the way, but Jay was able to fix my issue whilst improving my funnels, keeping them on brand.
