Customer Service is INCREDIBLE. Flávio was patient with me, and helped build templates to fit new tag sizes, and explained everything when I didn't understand. Syncs beautifully with Stocky POs. really happy with the app experience, been using it for 2+ years and is far and away better than the standard barcode app that shopify uses by default

It's so refreshing to try an app that is both great value for money and full of features. I should be able to do all my label printing using the liquid templating solution. I love the way it allows you to select products with quick buttons, I've already set up a few buttons with custom graphql filters. The app developer was very responsive when I needed help.

After about a week using Shopify POS for our brick and mortar jewelry store, we were struggling on our own with the Dymo printer that came with our POS. We acquired the CTS Multi Barcode Labels app and reached out for support to see if we could utilize our old Zebra ZD410 printer that had worked so well under our prior POS system. Flavio helped us set up a tricky template for printing small jewelry barbells to that printer from our Mac computer. (There is nothing easy about that combination of realities.) He cheerfully dug in and kept making iterative modifications to the basic label template until we got the barcode, title and price sized and positioned just right, looking how we wanted it, scanning well and, most importantly, printing! It was truly one of the best e-mail back-and-forth customer service experiences I've had in recent memory, in any industry or endeavor. Bravo!

After trying several other barcode/SKU apps and running into issues Multi Label Barcodes was recommended to me by a Shopify consultant. I find this app to be very convenient and easy to use compared to other apps. When I didn't see a template for the tag size I needed they quickly made me a custom template. When I had issues with printer alignment they responded right away and set up a meeting; 10 minutes later everything was working as intended. Great app and great customer service!

Too many clicks to print a simple label. Should be one click and done. Also limits the number of barcodes that you can print to 400 at one time. We often have purchase orders that FAR exceed 400, creating a lot more work for us. It's CLOSE. But we can't ask our team to migrate from a software program that only requires one click to print a label to multiple clicks to print a label.Time is money. Money is time. Still not quite fast enough to be functional for a scaling retail business. If you're a small shop printing fewer than 100 labels/day, it probably works just fine.

Update 28/02/2023 : We are still very satisfied with this application which helps us a lot on a daily basis in managing our barcode labels. We were able to communicate by email with support, which was very fast and provided very good advice. We totally recommend this app. What a great discovery. Stop pulling out your hair (if you have any left) from the frustrations of trying to make tags that work for your business. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on this trying to design my own labels, formatting excel sheets, transferring to word etc. etc. STOP!! Just get this APP. This is the one app that we could find after months of searching that would allow us to print PO-specific tags from Stocky with a Zebra printer! Great app with outstanding support! We just migrated from Quickbooks Point of Sale and this app solves several problems for us: It allows us to customize our price tag labels, and it automatically assigns in-house SKU #'s and barcodes for our pre-owned and vintage products. All bar codes they generate start with 0, google doesn't accept these bar codes, which means all your products will be flagged, and not showing on GOOGLE!!!. yes, they will show in shopify and you can scan them, BUT THEY WILL NOT SHOW ON GOOGLE SHOPIING!

If you print barcode tags, this app is a no brainer. It is a huge time saver selecting items to print tags compared to the standard Shopify tag app. Also, if you use Stocky for PO's, importing the PO into the app to print tags is easy and efficient. Plus their support is one of the best out there.

Got this because Shopify's Retail Barcode Labels app was basically non-functional. It was able to do almost everything that Shopify's app could not, including an incredibly useful function to delete previously created barcodes automatically. Support is also top notch. Within 2 hours of getting the app, we had already emailed support to help get started. Flávio responded and provided more help than even asked for almost immediately.

I created a process to print price labels using Excel and Word but it was too complicated for my sister (owner of the store). I tried several other apps before I found this one. It was extremely easy to set up and use. All the features I needed. I particularly like being able to pick where on the label sheet you want to start printing. No wasted labels! But the most impressive part is the support. I have had to contact Flavio twice and both times I had my answer almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Customer service if very responsive, my emails are answered in a timely manner. Flavio made some tweaks to improve the process after a phone conversation. Overall this app is easy to setup and use. Had a few issues and resolved quickly. I would recommend this app if especially if you are looking to move away from duplicate barcodes. Able to select a 10 digit barcode that doesn't repeat avoiding issues at checkout. This has been a time saver over our previous Shopify app Retail Barcode Labels.

I use multiple Dymo label sizes for product pricing and inventory labelling, and was previously manually entering the info into the Dymo software. This app saves me SO MUCH TIME, and the labels come out looking exactly how I want them to look since I was able to customize them. I also really like how I can chose the number of labels to print - either print enough to match my stock or a number chosen by me. Super easy to print off all the labels I need for a shop update all at once. It also reduces mistakes on labels since the information is pulled directly from the product listing, instead of being manually entered for each label.

After years of hesitating because it seemed so daunting, we used this app to get both barcodes (after years of hand written SKUs, it was so easy to generate them and not disturb our old system) and QR codes (now people can scan tags with their phones and see images of products on models). It is super simple! And we kept reading about how amazing this Flavío person is. We emailed asking questions before we signed up, and guess who responded promptly and with perfect assistance? I found this App to create barcode labels, compatible with Brother label printer. App is great, support is outstanding! Thanks to Flávio, my issue with printer settings adjustments was solved within 30 minutes. Functionality of the system allows to include different types of information on the label, design-wise it is also pretty flexible. Extremely useful is the function for the importing of data from the scanner, which makes inventory process simple and fast.

The support I received from Flavio was absolutely phenomenal! I told all my peers that this was some of the best customer service I’ve received in and out of my decades long IT and retail career. Flavio was highly knowledgeable with both the Multi-Label Barcodes app AND our legacy Zebra label printers. He was very patient, and explained things in detail and understandable terms. I was very impressed throughout our lengthy tweaks and tests with how he understood all my descriptions of how the printed labels appeared after each test. We spent a lot of time building templates, experimenting, and adjusting templates and printer preferences. Flavio stayed with it until all three of our old Zebra printers were printing labels far better than they ever did with our old POS system! And, when I mentioned that we were a nonprofit thrift store serving our community, Flavio offered us a substantial discount off the monthly app service fee! Wow! An unsolicited discount! Been having a heck of a time with our stores pos/barcode and label setup. We opted for a not so common printer that would work with inexpensive barcodes and didn't have much luck getting them set up. Emailed the app devs and asked some questions, and Flavio is always so quick to respond. We set up a time for a 1 on 1 where he wanted to help get us squared away with custom templates for our labels. Hours... Flavio was able to help us get our stupid machine to fit our barcodes! He had to really get custom to make it work, and we were so appreciate of his time! We even had some recurring issues the next day and he hopped on again and remotely worked with us. Not at all surprised at the perfect 5.0 star review, well worth it!

Finally, someone wrote a label app that actually has some functionality. I like that it works with any printer, any label, upc and qr codes on the same label, you can have multiple saved custom labels at the same time. truely they put some thought into this app, great job, highly recommended Update 08/08/2019 Wow, this app is amazing, I was making nice labels, then the developer reached out to see if he could help, he remoted in on my machine and tought me some tricks, not my labels are venen better and profesional looking Thanks

JUST got back from buying a ton of merchandise and forgot that I no longer had the barcode printing app available to me with Shopify. I looked on-line to see reviews of the free app they offered and saw that it was terrible based on feed back. I KNEW I did NOT have the time to deal with that since I have big event in 2 days so I decided to try Multi-Label Barcodes since it had a much better rating. SO happy I did. I was afraid that with so many customers needing a new barcode printing app that if I had questions I wouldn't get taken care of very fast but much to my surprise I was. I shot off like 3 e-mails right away. and ALL three of them were answered quickly. I was also pleased that this 53 year old non computer tech gal who is clueless with this kind of stuff could figure out this app. The BEST part is my labels look WAY better than the old barcode app. People couldn't even read my prices with the last one. SO glad I can customize what they look like. I will happily pay $9.99 a month for a much better app. People, do NOT waist your time with the one Shopify recommends. LOVE this one so far. Time to print all my stuff now!

I wish I had purchased this app years ago!! Took me a tiny bit of getting used to (configuring & naming labels I use most often) but worth every quick second! No more wasted labels (jewelry barbells especially) for not being able to utilize single labels (the old Barcode Printer app wasted SO many jewelry labels as it would only print in qty of 2!). I also love that this app auto adjusts font sizing to print entire product description & price-no matter how small the label, & with such ease! I love that you can quick select product right from the app, that you can quick add products loaded that day, or based on various presets. I don't like to pay for apps on top of Shopify but this one is worth the monthly fee! For a retail store that uses a variety of label sizes and is constantly updating/adding inventory, this app has been a lifesaver. I was forced into finding something new once they killed the Barcode Printer app, but thankfully they did because this one serves my purposes so much better!! For reference, I am using a Dymo 450 label printer.

Read this and I promise it won't waste your time. I can't stress this enough but the customer support from this company is extremely exceptional like something I've never dealt with. Flavio is the person I was honored to get help from, very knowledgeable and in a few words he knows exactly what you're chasing after and get it accomplished for you. The app itself is very self-explanatory, easy to use. I'm 100% sure if you find any issues with the app, contact them and you will be satisfied. This app has been invaluable to help take our small gift shop (where we used to hand write all hang tags) to the next level. It is so rewarding to be able to print our own barcodes without expensive printers. Also extremely impressed with Flávio's support. Stop messing around with the FREE BARCODE PRINTER! I would have to uninstall and reinstall my Dymo weekly. I can't tell you the man hours I have had in that thing. Spend the $10/mo plus I just found you can scan inventory. Best app I've purchased.

Well worth every penny! I switched from the Barcode Printer app which was free and realized quickly, you get what you pay for. Not only can I select and print the tags I want with ease, I can update existing stock quantities, create scannable price sheets and so much more! The only thing I would like to see added that I miss is the integrated barcode generator. I did experience a technical issue with the inventory module a few weeks back. Fortunately, once I reported it, technical service had it resolved within a couple days and were very pleasant to work with.

This app has been a life saver for us! We were previously using a 3rd party website to create barcodes where we had to manually copy and paste the code from Shopify into this 3rd party website, then save the image and import the barcode image into an Avery's template for label printing. Not anymore!! Now we can create our barcodes in the Avery template right within Shopify! Not to mention, Flávio is incredible! He is very responsive and very helpful! Honestly, this is one of the best apps we have ever purchased from Shopify!

This app is wonderful for printing barcodes from my shopify store. I contacted customer service after my label was not a size listed and after I had tried many times myself to get right setup. Customer service worked with me until I was able to get the label created perfectly for what I needed. The setup information you want to print on the barcodes is extremely easy and you can add a lot of details to your labels. Flávio was my customer service rep. and he was outstanding! Really great app for anyone trying to implement barcodes into a store. Im using it with a dymo and it works great. I had an issue since dymos print out vertically so I emailed the app developer. Within the hour I got an email back with the solution to my issue. Impressive. The features of the app are great. It is like three apps in one. it totally offsets the monthly price since getting apps to do what this app does would cost more per month than this. the layout of the app is very user friendly. A very useful and well thought out app. Very easy to use and I love how effortlessly it generated barcodes for our products. Which labels you choose to print is also efficient and simple - with the ability to choose the quantity you want to print on incoming orders or existing stock, and the quantity is adjustable in the queue anyway regardless of what you print. Printing on Avery label style 8167 (80 per sheet) was a challenge, but only because I did not reach out to support sooner. Once I did, I was answered within 10 minutes and Flavio did a fantastic job of helping me get my template set the way it needed to be and I got all of the labels printed. I would suggest that if having trouble printing the labels (the print on mine would not fit properly into the designated space and "bled" over the edges) reach out to support and they will get it sorted out for you very quickly. Excellent customer service.

This app is without a doubt the best news and thing to happen to our store. Having a store with over 200 lines most of which come in variants (particularly sizes and colour) we needed a way to help our colleagues easily identify which product had been ordered when they enter the warehouse. We therefore needed labels with distinguishing information. Even though Shopify inventory manager provides a section for SKU, it first of all doesn't do it automatically and therefore has to be input manually. Secondly it doesn't have a readily available means to export the SKU for labeling purposes. The only available apps for label printing (before I found this app) required the Dymo LabelWriter Printer. We wanted a cost effective app we could use with any printer ( particularly ink-jet and laser). PROS: 1. This app allows you to print multiple barcode labels using common ink-jet and laser printers. So far I have managed to print 24 barcodes on a single A4 sheet. 2. The labels can be customized to look bigger or smaller according to your needs. The customization of the label size directly affects the number of labels printed on a single sheet. The app tells you how many labels you can print per page/sheet after customization so there is no need for you to guess. You can print up to 1000 labels at a time (As stated, the number of sheets needed will depend on your label customization). 3. The app gives you full control over which information to display on your labels. You have access to product title, price, variant title, SKU, shop name and shop domain. The position of the information is well thought out and presentable. 4. The app is integrated into Shopify so it has direct access to your products. All product variants are also listed upon selecting a product. You can also type a product type/category/collection and it will list all the products under the collection/category. 5. The app also allows you to assign a standard barcode to all your products in Shopify so you don't have to do it manually. You have 3 barcode types to choose from namely Code 128, EAN-13 and UPC-A. The barcode information are crucial to the generation of the labels. This is an extremely useful feature if you have not already assigned a barcode to your individual products. CONS(MINOR) WITH SUGGESTIONS: 1. Despite being able to type it in the search bar, a product filter is much needed in the product selection window for easy navigation of collections. Also a "select all" option should be included as manually selecting products can be a chore if you intend to create label for many or all your products. 2. After selecting a product for label creation, if you go back into the product selection window and select another product, it overwrites your previously selected products. Instead of overwriting your selected products, it would be ideal if any subsequent product selections are added to your previous selection. People can forget stuff and would like to simply add to the previous selection without losing what they already added. 3. The queuing process can be further simplified by including two main options being "Queue All" and "Queue All According to Stock quantity". Selecting what to queue individually isn't the best for stores with many products. Support is very responsive, efficient and patient. They got back to me in less than 10mins and identified the source of the problem in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this app.
