Does exactly as advertised and connects our DTC (main store) to our B2B store. Like anything new, there's a little learning curve, but once it's set up, it's pretty much set and forget. It syncs and creates new products with the click of a button and keeps inventory synchronized if you enable that setting. Any time we've had questions, the support team has been fast, helpful, and thorough.

The failure of the 'Multi-Store Sync Power' app is staggering, and even worse, I was paying $29 for two separate subscriptions to run this service. The app's core promise—reliable, multi-store inventory synchronization—failed catastrophically. Despite following every setup guide and establishing my main Shopify store as the undisputed primary source, the app malfunctioned and immediately set all inventory quantities in my main shop to zero (0). Paying a combined $58 per month for this app resulted only in financial damage: thousands of dollars in lost sales and over 3 hours of frantic, manual data recovery using the Inventory Adjustment History. The risk of paying for two subscriptions only to have the synchronization destroy the inventory on the master store is unacceptable. Avoid this app until the developer can ensure its core syncing function is stable and does not wipe critical business data

I am writing this review immediately after uninstalling this app. Despite following the setup guides precisely and setting my main Shopify store as the primary inventory source, the 'Multi-Store Sync Power' app instantly and inexplicably set my entire inventory quantity to zero (0) across all products and variants in my primary shop. This was a catastrophic failure. It took me over 3 hours of manual effort to check the Inventory Adjustment History for every product and restore the stock levels. This operational loss, combined with the lost sales that occurred while my store incorrectly showed zero stock, cost my business thousands of dollars. An app designed to simplify inventory management should never be capable of such widespread, destructive data loss on the primary source store. I strongly caution all merchants: Do not use this app until the developer can definitively guarantee this fundamental and financially damaging bug is resolved. It is a risk not worth taking

After a few years of using this App we realized that the monthly costs increased by 66% per Shop which is absolutely terrible. But they charge you the monthly cost for nothing product update is not running anymore. Thats not the way to do business. No update / investment since a long time, some functions still not working. Its really sad how a good product can be turn into bad. No further Shopify functions like Bundels

Just an update to my 2020 review - still a great app and no issues whatsoever. Thanks to Vishal for sorting a problem very quickly as I had turned off syncing and couldn't remember how it was set up! Great customer service which makes all the difference. We had a few hiccups at the start but Vlad and Tom were quick to reply as it is sometimes a bit difficult to get your head round different locations and what fields sync. Easy to use and straightforward app.

Can only recommend this app to any store owner who is considering taking it to the next level. Adding additional stores and making sure inventory levels are synced as well as products in general. Whether the product title, description and even Metafields. Adding new products get synced as well to our new store, without any additional work. Support is next level and very professional. We have received swift, adequate and outstanding help. Given there were a few issues, which were caused from our side, the Egnition team have been very quick in sorting out the few kinks. One of the absolute worst apps we have tried (and we have had it for 1 year time to give them room to improve that is not working). Do not download this app- choose Tipo instead which works like a charm. This app will give you soooo much problems and have made us loose so much money on constant glitches and also constant errors in sync. The service team will once in a while tell you they are aware about the issues and then they are never fixed. Our bottom line was when they now said they know about a very severe sync issue that cause us finanical losses every day but said "we will fix it by sept 8th....". At the date of Sept 1.... Their lack of respect is abnourmous.

We used this app for around two years, it was always a bit glitchy and a bit slow but it generally worked. 2 weeks ago our products stopped syncing to our destination store (even though the dialogue box showed that the sync was successful). I contacted support and was met with an incredibly condescending response that we must have changed the settings (we didn't). 6 frustrating emails later, the development team conceded that they had indeed updated the software (without any notification), and the app would no longer work for us. Average product, terrible service, we've moved on.

Good app, does what you want it to do. Recently had an inventory issue with a Shopify upload mistake of handles and mixed up products. The app did what it should have but resulted in a disaster (not their fault). However, speaking with the support they were able to reverse all changes fast and provided really top service to help us fix the issue, which was not their fault. So, great app and great service!

Very good app to connect two stores. Been using it for years with no big problem. However, when I connected additional stores I have found it may not be a good solution for our business anymore. I wish the settings on what can be synced and not be synced be by store instead of same settings apply to all connected stores. I would also love to have the option to exclude at least by collection and decide which stores it affects. If your looking for a good solution on a 1-1 store, this is a good one.

It serve its function. somehow, I wish they can provide only sync inclusion list that I can choose what product type, or collections or specific tags to sync, not current exclusion list, the exclusion list is difficult to use, you can only exclude specific product tags, major product creation workflow is product tags come after product creation, by that means this app already sync the product to secondary store before you add the product tags.

An extremely helpful app to sync products and collections across various sites. I was using so many apps to help me sync my inventory and products, but I kept running in to issues with all of them. I gave Multi-store a try and haven't looked back . It took a few minutes to figure out, I hopped on a chat and Alisa set up a screen share and walked me through the process. We needed to provide limited visibility to different e-marketplace collabs and were able to do so by creating new dev stores and syncing the specific locations we wanted to each dev store using Multi-Store Sync Power. I wanted to wait until we were fully set up and had been running the app for a while before rating it. This app has done exactly what we were looking for and is a great value for the price, considering how much time it is saving our team! My company has two physical stores, each with its own Shopify store, but a lot of our products are sold on both sites. We used to manually create a listing on each of our sites for each new product, manually update on each site whenever a change needed to be made for a product listing, and manually had to communicate across locations and update inventory when an item was sold at one location. Besides taking up a lot of extra time, this also left a significant margin for error and lack of consistency in the product listings across the two sites. With this app, whether we're creating a new listing or updating an existing one, we can now do that one time, in one place, and see the changes reflected across both of our sites. We were even able to sync up both of our locations for inventory, so when an item sells or is added at either store, it automatically updates across both. I also want to note that I had a few questions before installing the app and during the setup process and the developer's team has been very helpful, with fast but thorough responses to all of my questions and helped me get the app up and running quickly and smoothly. They also made sure I knew how to back up my products prior to installation so that I felt more confident when installing the app in case there had been any issues. I did have to spend some time making sure that all of our products had unique SKUs before activating the app but since I took the time to ensure that was done, I didn't have any problems once I installed the app. Very happy with this app as are my co-workers who were doing most of the manual work before, and my bosses who have the peace of mind in knowing that none of our product listings will have inconsistencies.

Simple and perfect. Ran some tests and it's great, syncs the products easily and quickly. I was glad for the free option, as we needed something for proof of concept without being charged monthly. I just hope we get more products so that we can give you money! Wonderful support too. I can only hint towards developing better interface options for viewing plan pricing down the road. I downloaded this app to automate inventory between two Shopify stores, one in Japanese and one in English. I really appreciate the level of customization that comes with it, and my boss is willing to pay for the very low monthly price for this service. I had some trouble because of the customization and emailed the developer's support, and they were very quick with their replies and super helpful. I would recommend this to anyone running multiple stores.

If you are looking for a simple way of managing multiple stores and inventory this is by far the best app available for shopify. As a developer that has built many sites for clients this app has saved us hundreds of hours of time and hundreds of dollars managing our inventory between our stores and online sites. We have 7 physical locations with it's own inventory for each store, this app has allowed us to sync and sell ONLY the products we have in store for that particular shopify site. The developers of this app is the most professional people that I have had to pleasure of working with, we have setup a couple of online face to face meetings to discuss enhancements, configurations and minor issues that were encountered during setup and they quickly provided a solution to help us move forward. We have over 5,000 products in our stores and are adding new products daily to our main store which are being automatically synced to the other online sites for each location. We have linked our POS and Inventory system to our main site and the rest is automatically handled by Multi-Store Sync app. The configuration is pretty straight forward with a few things that you have to ensure is configured correctly, however the safety net feature allows you to build additional sites without the fear of impacting inventory on your main store.

GREAT APP! I installed this app on our B2B and B2C stores yesterday and have had no problems whatsoever. The app is working well and provides a great solution for managing our inventory. I contacted support prior to installing the app as I had a couple of questions, the support and detailed instructions I received from Val were excellent! Prior to installing the app on our stores, I exported a list of products from both stores, I then did a vlookup in excel to ensure that the SKU's were identical in both stores, I'm glad I did this as there was a random letter missing in one of the SKU's?, I then double-checked using conditional formatting to ensure that there was no duplicate SKU's and they were all unique. This is important, preparation is key. I then set our main store and ran the safety net manually. I also used tags to exclude our bundle products so the app only syncs the main stock items. As I say no problems at all, the app is working great for us!

This the app hoping it would help connect my inventory between stores. My store started deleting inventory on its own. Contacted shopify support and they told me it was an issue with multi store. Multi store ended up erasing my inventory data and changing my SKU numbers, causing the store to suddenly have zero inventory in SKUs. Not sure how extensive the damage is, but we've deleted the APP and now have to go in and do a full inventory count. maybe this app is a good solution, but changing my SKU numbers and inventory count is not something i can deal with right now.

Creating an order on one store and deleting an order with the exact same items on another .. Causes inventory issues. Recommend the use of a better algorithm. Recommend providing Master slave store configuration (one way syncing). Love what you did with the prices, but give us more options for us who work the prices from the cost.. Say allow selecting the cost as the basis for the Price (cost-plus) Update 1: Upgraded to 4 star from their great support. Once a solution is found will update Update 2: After giving the team the details and ways to replicate the issue. The team took action and updated their app and fixed the remainder issues. What an amazing piece of software (app). Sync of any kind is usually a pain and prone to errors but Multi‑Store Sync Power (Egnition) is a very well made app. It is perfectly syncing our products (over 5000 including SKUs) through our unique Barcodes. We could not use SKU as sync entity as they are not unique but Barcodes are and Egnition provides Barcodes as sync entity which was great news for us. Now we can save a lot of admin time to keep the products in sync which was always a huge pain, prone to errors and expensive in many ways. Thank you for all your help over the phone and emails. App goes down erratically and causes issues with our inventory sync. If you are high SKU and high traffic store then even a 30 mins of app downtime can cause a havoc with inventory. Our store sync was down for more than 6 hours. In this day and age an essential service being down for 6 hours is a joke. Developer team is in Australia with no contact number listed or support allocated for customers in European time zones. No references for the company egnition or developers working at egnition found on LinkedIn, twitter or github. Makes us wonder if our store is in safe hands. Irresponsible? OR secretive? Stay away from the app if you are heavily reliant on store sync in (near) real time.

My favorite feature is that you can set a price rule for the sync, for example my retail site products are 2x the price of the matching wholesale product and it makes this a seamless process
