The use of expressions means there is a certain technical way of thinking required for setting up the app. The app does not integrate with all product review platforms, so it is not always possible to sync your reviews with google.

I also think they should offer a custom set up service for a small fee - there's a lot that can be done to improve a feed and most non-technical merchants probably won't do it.

Makes setting up feeds very easy - there's a bit of syntax to learn if you want to get lots of detail in there (start with a single quote in the expression editor and it drops all the options down for you) but following a big site migration from a custom setup to Shopify I was able to get product feeds for Google Merchant Centre, Meta and Klaviyo up and running in literally minutes. Probably half an hour all told for five feeds.

Exactly what we were looking for. These are the features we're currently enjoying the most: - edit SKU: GMC used to export the item ID in the shopify shop, not the actual SKU, and we could resolve this easily in the set up - exclude the products we didn't want included -use a different price for different countries: the same product had to be taxed in a country, but not in others. Previously we could only set up one price. The support was super useful and quick to reply, a big thank you to Helen!

In Google Ads you can specify any location to display your ads, but when you use Shopify’s native ‘Google & YouTube app’, to generate your feed, you are limited to a single feed. If you want to focus on multiple markets, Google Ads is reluctant to allocate much traffic to anything but your default market. In fact, if you want to allocate traffic to a different geographical location which uses the same language, Google Ads is still reluctant to allocate much traffic to it. I was drawn to this app because Shopify’s native ‘Google & YouTube app’ because you can reasonably easily create multiple feeds for different languages and locations. I’m based in the UK and so far, I’ve only created a USA feed using this app. Although it’s early days, it’s working well and the USA ads are receiving far more impressions and clicks than using the single feed from the Google & YouTube app. The support has been absolutely excellent. Quick, clear and friendly. I would strongly recommend trying this app out. Thank you Helen, Amanda and the Multifeed team!

I tried this feed and could not get local products listed without errors. I contacted support and was emailed a canned response. I never could get a person to respond for help. I uninstalled and decided later to try again. Big mistake! I again had problems installing the feed, and again, support never responded. Both times, it was only after I uninstalled that I got a response. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are better apps than this that work right out of the box with way better support.

The only app that has been able to create product feeds based on Location inventory through Shopify. We have had a great experience using the Multifeed app. There is a bit of upfront set up involved, but the documentation and guides on how to do this are excellent. The feeds are reliable and very customizable. The support from the team has also been fantastic. Highly recommend this app.

Two years already using the app and always surprised for the incredible customer support we receive. The answer quickly and with video tutorials which makes everything much easier. After many months I have to say I am super happy with this app. Is the only solution I have found to the creation of multiple feeds in different languages. It also takes prices from Markets. And their help has been awesome!!! I upgraded 3 times now. I don't want to change app because when something works and the app team is so helpful, 5 or 10€ doesnt make a difference. I will stay with them always Taylor helped me SO MUCH to create feeds per country and language. It wouldnt have been possible without her. The app is easy and intuitive. And not expensive. Thanks a lot!

Solid app perhaps not the prettiest most up to date UI, and there is lots and lots of confirm-save-confirm steps, and the UI feels and looks outdated. But you get use to that. I hope they will come up with a fresher UI using Polaris. Anyhow what really makes it 5 stars despite all above, is the professional and super helpful support team. They respond fast and know their stuff, making setup and adjustments easy. Highly recommend!

Atracted for the Bol.com feed option I tried this feed app. And I was pleased with the easy set up , but even more pleased with the support via chat. Taylor has been great! Our different time zones made it sometimes harder to get in touch and I had trouble finding the "chat" button at times, but she's been perfectly helpfull and solved issues quick and correct! Incredible. From having a proper head scratching moment opening up new markets using Shopify Markets to finding the MGS app to having fully complete catalogue feeds for both META and Google Ads without any disruption to the original market in no time at all. Support team were super helpful with prompt responses, suggestions on resolutions accompanied by full step-through video recordings on implementation. Feeds are completely customisable to fit all my unique shop requirements - which makes them complex to set up but it also means you can get them how you need (note comment on support to assist is strong) Cannot rate highly enough.

This is an incredibly powerful and flexible app. It has depth and nuanced control, but is still easy to use. I've been able to create multiple currency and country targeted feeds from my Shopify web store that the native Google app won't allow. The support has been outstanding, clear, detailed and fast. This app really is the best if you want to manage multiple google feeds in a successful way.

My store has been running for 8 years, and I initially used Simprosys Google Shopping Feed, but their support was poor, and my products weren’t showing in Google Shopping, especially in my selected country. After almost a month of using Multifeed Google Shopping Feed, my products are now appearing in Google Shopping and ranking better in Google Ads. The support from Multifeed is amazing—fast, responsive, and very helpful. Although it's a bit expensive, you definitely get what you pay for.

If you have problems with your Google Merchant Center this is the app for you. We had many issues with Google that were address by the wonderful team of Multifeed Google Shopping Feed. Providing the correct information from your website to Google is not a begginers task. Talk to the professionals at Multifeeds and they will sort out your problems. We had a price mismatch, an availability mismatch and website landing page problem. We researched through many youtube videos and finally came across this app. Technical support is excellent and we will continue to use this app in the future if we want to reach new markets. Great app, if you need more flexibility in your feed. You can access all metafields and modify them, use conditions etc. Yes, it is a bit harder to get your head around, but the documentation is good, the support is quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
