I tried at least a dozen other apps before finding this one. It is the ONLY app that could do what we needed it to do, which was to allow a mix and match of variants while also requiring a minimum purchase. We sell dog boots in packs of 4, but people often need different sizes for front and rear paws. This now allows them to select different colors and sizes while requiring they purchase a 4-pack. For me, setting up the app was not intuitive, however the customer service is insanely good. On a Saturday afternoon, I was able to get immediate support. And instead of making me watch videos and read tutorials to learn how to do it, he just did it for me and explained. Absolutely amazing! This problem was such a headache and I am so grateful to have it solved. Thank you!

Unfortunately, you cannot add more variants with this app, it only works with the existing variants in your store which shopify already limits. It would be nice to add more variant options as a note to the order at least, and have any upcharges for these variants, and possibly some type of picture upload tool due to the nature of this being for people buying in bulk having one app that could function for all our needs will keep a long lasting customer. All the other apps that have the option to add more variants and upload pictures are not for BULK, so I am stuck in rock and hard place.

I don't usually gush over software, but this was the app I needed and the customer service was phenomenal! For days I've looked for an app that did what I needed: to create quantity multiples of an item (by the dozen), but track my inventory by individual items. I tried another app - it didn't work - and was almost about to give up when I installed MV. I went through two videos to figure out exactly what I needed to do, and it worked as advertised, but some aesthetics needed a couple of tweaks. I couldn't figure out how to do them, so I got onto their Chat, uploaded a couple of screenshots/snips of what I wanted removed or changed, and within minutes it was done! I felt a little odd having to go on two times - I am a techy and usually can figure these things out on my own - but both the agents I chatted with (Zaina was the 2nd) were awesome. (The first was a simple error on my part: all of my Tags are capitalized, but I had put them in as lowercase in MV - my bad). Even though I need to pay for their higher plan for everything I wanted, it costs less than the higher-level website theme. Very satisfied with this app! Thanks!

I am very happy with the app. It is exactly what i needed. It does its job and is very simple to use. And a big plus is the support service. I wrote them time ago, because i had a problem . I have different product prices for different lands because different tax percentage. I realized that the products list page showed the right prices but on the product page itself, the app showed only the price fixed for the main market. They answered that unfortunately it was so because the app could show only the main market price for all markets. I was a little disappointed, but ok..the app was anyway useful and i didn't uninstall it. But totally unexpected, they wrote me today again, after almost a month, to tell they updated the app and to check my website to see if the issue was resolved. And it is! I found so great and friendly they remembered my question after time and wrote me again with the solution. Now the app is for my use simply perfect!

I'm a small one-person business selling scented candles with many different fragrances. I know customers like to pick and choose different fragrances to create their own bundles. And the more candles they buy, the lower the price per candle. BUT, if customers chose a 14-pack candle bundle with a low per-candle price, I wanted to prevent them from reducing the candle quantity during checkout. I looked through many apps that could meet these requirements and wasn't able to find anything that compared to MultiVariants, at a price point I could afford. I'm happy to say that everything is set up as I envisioned. Not only does the app work, but the high level of customer service blew me away. I'll admit there are lots of different ways you can customize the layout of product options but they have a bunch of different videos that demonstrate what the settings do. And when I couldn't figure something out, they reply in less than a day, except on Sundays. I would highly recommend you try this app if you want to offer your customers the flexibility of different product variations, while preventing them from bypassing your pricing structure.

Great support. Editing the theme can be challenging. Everytime you make an edit and save, it closes the window and you have to reopen and find the handle again. And there are a long list of handles for the customization. Would be nice to have a preview of what your editing since there are so many, not sure what your changing until you save and and check live.

It is just perfect. We are making B2B and are using another app to hide prices and only show prices to the approved customers. Previously we had used other apps for bulk order however always faced problem because even the non approved customers can see the prices on the bulk order form. Other similar app couldn't solve the problem but Multivariants solved easily. We strongly recommend Multivariants-Bulk Order.

Very good app. Also visually enhances the store. The support is excellent. It widr quickly helped with the setup. For our store it would be perfect if you could control the minimum purchase of a variant via the potions, e.g. option 1: minimum purchase 5, option 2: minimum purchase 1. Please build this into an update as soon as possible.

Used this app to implement a minimum order quantity to offer free shipping to my customers instead of them getting sticker shock on checkout (shipping 4 ft 40-80 pound packages of lumber). Had an issue with prices not updating when I uploaded a new CSV file for bulk product updates, the team identified the problem and implemented a solution (clearing cached data button in general settings tab) within 24 hours. Top notch support on a well thought out and implemented app. If only all apps worked this well!
