Originally I gave this 5 stars as the initial support was great but after getting issues with users in our country that should have access that couldn't get on, it was redirecting IPv6 users and even after removing redirects, it was still doing it to users that it shouldn't. I'm removing and going to a more established app.

I am using No Spy Protection app for my E-commerce business and it does the job well. Customer Service is prompt and solves the issues with dedication. Currently they are redirecting the fake traffic. I have been informed that they will launch Blocking option soon and we will implement that too immediately for our business. Service is good but lots of issues with this app. When I had VPN on it still allowed me to view my website using my VPN. They told me it was because IP of vpn was not registered with them. I was still willing to try until I had a customer that is a regular contact me and say that my site was redirecting them to google. I did have redirects but not for my american customers (which he is). So the system was automatically determining my non threat customer's were a threat. Bad for business.

The recent bot and spam attacks coming into Shopify stores are alarming to say the least. While Shopify should obviously be the ones to fix this internally, they have not, therefore an app like this is crucial. We actually upgraded after using the app for a while and realizing how bad the issue was. As others have noted, Reda's customer service response is fast, attentive and informative. We are finding the app incredibly effective and useful.

We were having some issues with some bots that were scruing all the data we were having, we find Nospy and it was really easy to install. After I while of using it, we had some isues that we found it was because a setup but once I talked with Reda, he was so efficient and proactive that until he didnt fix it, he didn't left. I downloaded this app and a few others, and it brought even more countries in!! I had over 2,000 in one day! I wanted to block some countries from accessing my website. I have another app that can see who comes and goes; this app brought even more in! I contacted them, and they said, "Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website; we just don't allow them to go any further," which is a lie because my other app shows me exactly where they were going. Don't use this app; it will kill your bounce rate! After extensive research, I found an app that actually works!

In this day and age, you need an app like this! It's been a great addition to our store and Reda has been exceptional in correspondence. Great app with lots of features to help keep your store secure. If you value security and need an easy tool setup and use, you need to give No Spy a try. Like most apps a paid subscription gets you more features and this one is worth the upgrade. If you need unsecured access to you can quickly disable all or parts of the application. I recently ran into an issue and reached out to support. Reda was quick to jump on the case and stick with it until the problem was resolved. so, if you're on the fence know that they have your back and will make sure you are taken care of.

When you select an app for your store there are two things you should be concerned with 1.) Does the app do what you need? 2.) What happens when you have questions or a problem...will there be anyone around who can help? For this app both are just Awesome!. The app delivers as promised. This app is essential to protect your work/ business. My site was copied by Fixabolt (I am Fixaball) and there's nothing Shopify or Google could do. To pursue legal action would be costly and very time consuming. Don't let them in the 1st place! The app is easy to use and has some great features. One I needed in particular was to be able to access my site without restrictions. Shopify filter doesn't work well when building invoices so to find the products, I need to filter on the website and copy/ paste the title of the listing to speeds things up (providing your site filters easily). Reda was very helpful by being interested in my needs and actually acting on my feedback, so, 'No Spy' have good souls in my opinion. Get the 'No Spy' app...

I had to uninstall the NoSpy app because it caused my website to redirect to Google when accessed in Safari. The issue didn’t occur in other browsers or in Safari's Private Mode, but it consistently happened in normal Safari browsing. After testing, I found that disabling the app resolved the issue, so I had no choice but to remove it to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors. I appreciate the features, but unfortunately, it caused compatibility issues with Safari.

I never thought it was worth paying the money for an extension, until someone copied my store 1:1, all the hard work, hours spent on the design, and paying people to create custom sections, were gone in 5 minutes because someone directly copied the code. If you want to stop this from happening, get this extension and you will be safe.

Update: I am telling you it did allow me on iOS iPhone 12. Why would i lie. Nothing to gain. I was very disappointed to find out that after installing this app and turning all the features on I was able to go to my iPhone and copy all my protected copy and paste it in notepad. You should not promote a product of security unless you know it works on all devices.

Since installing it, we've noticed a significant drop in suspicious activities. It effectively shuts down spying tools like AliHunter and PPSPY, and we couldn't be happier with how it's protecting our customer info. This is one of the only apps I've found that successfully blocks multiple spy tools, and I love it! Chrome extensions like Ali Hunter and PPSpy are successfully blocked from loading on our site. We're a successful e-commerce business with multiple imitators, and this is a great way to stop competitors from copying our winning formula. The developers have also super been responsive and helpful when I've needed help. Highly recommend!
