Ok i have been a fan of this app as it brought my vision to life and it was easy to use and the price was 29$ monthly. However, it's a whole mess after they had changed their pricing list. Going from 29$ to 99$ monthly with fees per every order AND infrastructure fee is crazy. I can't believe i'm about to lose my 4k customers who have downloaded the app. This is way too much and it's stressing me out so much. Unless you're a huge company with tons of staff, i wouldn't recommend because you also have to pay monthly to shopify along with fees and payment gateway so yeah keep it in mind. now i need to ask my customers to redownload my new app which is unprofessional.

Updated; You must subscribe to the $299 plan to integrate an appointment scheduling option within this mobile app builder. There is no option with the $99 month plan. After using this app for awhile now I find out they raised my MONTHLY rate from $29 to $99! This is way beyond my monthly budget. I understand prices do increase but increasing the price by $70 a month is astronomical in my eyes! I wish this would have been a gradual increase. This makes me feel not valued by this company. Miley has been very helpful throughout the process. I do wish they had more themes available to choose from. I like that I can include the OneLoyalty program with the app. I'm looking forward to using this with my customers!

The idea of pulling all design elements directly from the Shopify store is brilliant and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything beyond that seems to come with extra charges. Our Instagram feed didn’t load, so we tried to simply delete the block — but even removing a non-functional block required an additional paid upgrade. This was a waste of time and honestly very disappointing. It could be a great app, but the constant upselling and paywalls make it feel like pure money-grabbing.

Scammed by "Discount" Banner - Avoid this App OneMobile is using deceptive tactics to force upgrades. They showed me a banner for a 'Discount Gesture' but clicking it secretly upgraded my plan from $25 to $99/month. Support is hiding behind the 'you clicked approve' excuse despite the misleading UI. This is a bait-and-switch scam. Merchants, watch your bills closely or switch to a different builder.

Got off to a rough start with this app, due to misleading pricing information. However, I gave it a chance after this. I designed my app, subscribed, had it published in both Google Play Store and with iOS. My customers took to an app for my store quickly (which was clearly the reason for having one). I had received multiple messages from customers upset about how faulty the app was, and customer service was unable to provide me with any information that was helpful. When I first considered cancelling the service, I was concerned for my app to suddenly be unavailable to my customers, but after the complaints I've been receiving, having an app that does not function properly is much worse than not having app for a period of time (until it can successfully be replaced with a more formidable app). I am very disappointed, prior to my experience with this app I had believed it would be a great way to introduce myself to having an app, while also making my store more accessible via mobile device. I was also left on 'Read' when seeking information about canceling my plan.

They got my app approved on both app stores quickly! Definitely recommend trying if you're wanting an app that just transfers over everything that is already in your shopify store easily. The themes they have are pretty basic, but it was easy to add pictures and totally recustomize their themes to make it look just like my website!

Its certainly good, works okay and most recently, the additions of in app discounts certainly draws more installs. My main complaint is that the themes really barely have any difference with the exception of the one paid theme. I would love to be able to completely control all colours to fit my brand. Even the "branding" is fairly simple, just a change of top image. If they could include total colour control, that would earn the 5 stars.
