Orbe has worked extremely well for our international setup. Because of regulatory requirements in the nutrition space, some of our products must have different versions and product pages in Spain and the US. With Orbe, each customer is automatically directed to the correct product page based on their location, which is critical for compliance. The ability to geolocate users and send them to different product URLs within the same store has made everything much simpler for us. It ensures every customer sees the right product for their market without friction.

I had some issues setting up the Geolocation app at first, since my setup is quite complex with more than six different stores. App does what is supposed to do. The team is extremely professional. They will jump into and help you set up everything as you'd like. Support is by far the best and more professional support I've seen from Shopify apps. They will make sure that things are taken care on time and also follow up and make sure that their clients test everything before closing any tickets. I moved away from Transcy to Orbe due to Transcy being non-compliant with Google SEO guidelines, and I wouldn't go back. I don't know if there are other good geolocation apps out there, but I definitely struggle to find such professionalism as Orbe team shows within Shopify community. Highly recommended!

When we started running two independent stores on Shopify (one for the US market and one for the European market), this app was the only one that could robustly solve the problem of navigating our customers to the correct website. The developers thought of all the edge cases and the design of the app is absolutely beautiful (which cannot be said for most of the apps on this sapp tore). We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. The app embed block inside the theme editor includes several customisation options, which makes it easy to match the app widget with our store branding. I find it necessary to share a balanced perspective with a 2-star rating for this app. While its setup is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and supported by a responsive team, we encountered a significant issue impacting some international customers, notably in Canada and the UK. These users experienced continuous page reloads on our site, rendering the store inoperable. Despite our efforts and those of the support team, who were unable to replicate the problem, a customer-provided video highlighted the faulty behavior of the site. Deactivating the app resolved the issue, as confirmed by the affected customer. Regrettably, this glitch has had repercussions on our Klaviyo campaigns and overall sales. I advise those considering this app to be vigilant and actively seek customer feedback to identify and address similar issues quickly.

I downloaded and installed this app last week and after a few initial setup issues it works perfectly. I tried a few other geolocation apps before using this one, and they caused all kinds of problems. This one works fantastically well. The popup is very user friendly, the selection tool was installed by Orbe's team in my header and looks great + the market specific announcement bar is really helpful. I had another issue that I thought derived from this app, but turns out it was something completely different and Orbe's team found the root of the problem in no time. Orbe is by far the best geolocation App. We started with the Shopify native solution but it does not include countries outside of the store markets so that we can redirect between stores. Mushdesk are led by an amazing leader, skilled developers and a fantastic app with Orbe. They were very quick to respond, customise and resolving issues that we had with WeGlot's Shopify Markets beta API. Not only that, but they went beyond with Roberto, the CEO, creating recorded videos to showcase the issues that were present, before and after and the solutions of what was fixed via Loom. I believe Orbe deserves more recgonition with every other Shopify Markets compatible widget out there not as functional, customisable and professional.
