This app worked great for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Great experience with Order Automator. It was easy to set up and easy to use. There are a couple of settings that you have to get creative depending on how you want it used. I use mine to get orders from Shopify to Amazon as a secondary fulfillment center. They were also able to add a custom feature for my business very quickly.

Couldn't recommend this app enough, so easy to setup and use. It has completely changed and automated how we process orders. I even had a custom request so reached out to the team and they couldn't be more helpful. We've tried the other MCF apps and found them either too expensive for what they offer or too complicated to manage. This app just WORKS. It's easy to set up and mapping products to your Amazon SKUs is a breeze. The only thing this app is missing is live shipping rates from Amazon but honestly not a deal breaker.

We use the app it to send orders to our suppliers. About a year ago I submitted a request and asked if it is possible to add PDF files to the e-mail to our suppliers. This was not possible but the developers went to work and made it possible. I want to especially thank Joe and the rest of the team for all the work you did to cater to my needs. The app is very straightforward and easy to configure. Definitely to be recommended!

The Order Automator app has transformed the way we manage our order fulfillment process! The ability to automatically send order confirmation orders to vendors - especially being able to specify to only include products in an order to the vendor it is assigned to. Excellent plugin with a lot of uses cases. I have used it for several different notifications in my business: -notify manual dropship vendor when an order is placed so they can fulfill (it uploads tracking info back to Shopify too) -alert us when someone who has issued a chargeback in the past places another order so we can deal with it -alert us when someone uses a PO Box so we can ensure the weight of the order is within USPS parameters -auto cancel high fraud flagged orders Customer service has been ultra responsive 100% of the time. Nothing at all bad to say about this plugin, it is WELL worth the small price.

It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

We've had the privilege of using this app for over a year. It easily automates orders between multiple fulfillment services, this includes FBA and Deliverr. The developers are incredibly helpful and easy to reach. We've been able to provide feedback and get certain features implemented upon request. They are continuing to improve the app and roll out new features. For example, the new Order Monitor feature has been able to properly flag and identify any late orders based on our monitoring rules. The app is great out of the box. We needed a little customization, and the lead developer Joe was very helpful! Within a few days, he implemented a custom rule to solve our gift card problem. We needed a way to fulfill gift card orders for US customers only. I could not be happier! I think this app is worth more than $10 or $20 per month. Great product.

I used this app to send sales notifications exclusively to different vendors. We have a store that has different vendors selling different products. The default Shopify settings weren't cutting it. Joe and the crew have been amazing and helped me quickly. Can't go without this app! If you want an extra level of professionalism on your site then this is the one. It would be cool if there was a way I could customise the email content myself so that it's branded to my store. But it is otherwise flawless! Highly recommend.

I run a handmade shop, and this app has helped me save so much time by organizing all my orders for me. I can easily filter and sort orders by shipping speeds, locations, and even products purchased. This makes a huge difference since I make and ship the products myself. If I have any questions or require a custom rule, I get a reply and solution instantly. The developer, Joe, and his team are all very easy to talk to as well. Of the apps I have for my shop, this is the one that has the most value and the one I can confidently speak highly of.

It almost had the feature we were looking for, but not quite - so we reached out to their support to check how close/far off we were. CTO and founder Joe got back to us immediately and was very helpful. We discussed our needs and the possibilities, and they ended up implementing just the feature that we were looking for into the app - the support has been awesome, and the app works like a charm for us. In Shopify you can only set default fulfilment location, but with this new feature in the Order Automator app, it auto-changes fulfilment location based on ruleset such as the shipping address country of you customer. Stellar in every way. We have been struggling for a solution to a unique problem creating tags on orders. This product managed to solve our issue perfectly. Now, the solution wasn't built into the product. The Order Automator team communicated direct and efficiently with us to solve the issue with an application update. Any other software/application would have charged an arm and a leg. Not them, they cared about finding a solution. At the low monthly price, we receive unbelievable value. This app is a lifesaver. We started adding third-party dropshipper products to our store alongside products that we fulfill, and because limitations of Shopify we were going to have to manually click a "Send to fulfillment" button for each dropship order.. which is not a sustainable model when you've got lots of orders every day. This app automated that process for us! Worth every penny. This should be first on the list for anyone who is even thinking about using Amazon's FBA service to fulfill their Shopify orders. Start to finish, this app took care of everything we were looking for in terms of FBA. We tried a few other similar apps that cost more, but were not nearly as good in terms of real-life usability. Definitely take the time to look at their documentation to get an idea of how to setup shipping and adding shipping costs. Great support from the developers! You can tell this app was made by someone who sells FBA. All around A++++
