We run a chilled meat delivery business, so getting delivery dates right matters more for us than most. Pickeasy handles the date and time slot selection, and it captures delivery instructions against every order, which has saved us going back and forth with customers after they've ordered. We hit a problem where the rates we'd set up in the app weren't appearing at checkout. Manaz from support came back quickly and worked out the cause straight away: the Carrier Calculated Shipping API wasn't enabled on our Shopify plan, so Shopify was never fetching the app's rates. He sent through a guide covering exactly how to get it switched on. A specific, accurate answer rather than a generic reply, which is rarer than it should be. Good app, and support that actually diagnoses things.

Her support made everything so much easier, and I left the call feeling confident about using the app. Later, I had a new question and set up another Zoom where Barath was very helpful as well. I love that the person who helped me was able to take over my screen and just complete the process for me. Much faster than me trying to figure it out myself! Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require. Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours. Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Valid experience. Had a wrong checkout language setup, support fixed it for me before I explained the whole problem. Works great, and for starters, even the free version is very good! You need a premium to setup multiple locations for pickup, but for start, you can setup the locations using vanilla shopify and then as your shop grows convert to PickEasy completely.

I installed this app and spent several hours configuring the settings. Then the app could not convert past the cart. It got stuck on the address field and users can not input and address. It only allowed the pin to be dragged on a continent sized map. Then toggled off the app on my live them and reached out to support. EXPLICITLY telling them that they needed to fix the issue in the backup copy of the theme NOT TOGGLE BACL ON THE BROKEN SETTING IN MY LIVR THME. Due to this I missed an entire day of sales. This is completely unacceptable I want a full refund. This cost me more than it would ever be worth, it’s just extra app bloat and checkout friction issues will arise. What terrible solutions to support, they should be ashamed of themself for hurting my business and editing my live theme. App does not function out of box 0/10 would not recommend ruining your cart and checkout making it IMPOSSIBLE TO CONVERT.

We were able to split our our products offering for pick up or delivery, allow customers to choose their preferred dates and times, black out certain days the courier won't pick up, and allow for 1 hour slot windows for pick up and collection. Ensuite on met un bon zip code et les champs pour choisir la date et l'heure restent invisibles après cette manipulation. Aussi, si on ne veut pas de shipping, parfois quand il y a une erreur, on a 2 fois le widget et le widget du shipping est visible. Vraiment instable.
