This app has been a game changer for us. Letting customers edit their own order after checkout has cut down on so many "can you change my order" emails, they just sort it themselves, quickly and easily. It works exactly how you'd want it to, and the support team is fantastic on top of that: responsive, helpful, and genuinely across their product. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favour and give it a go. Highly recommend!

Great tool, and an awesome team to work with- really responsive and genuinely invested in helping us out. We currently run order editing across both our NZ and AU Shopify stores, and this app has closed a real gap in Shopify's native address validation, reducing failed deliveries and support tickets. This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win. On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business. Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!

The app is easy to setup, and has a lot of useful features. The upselling setting are really interesting and they work really well. We had a bug that was generating by some of our store settings and was resolved very fast by them on a direct call which was very awesome. The support chat is not really helpful, or maybe it was because I was on EU timezone and their team is located in US but after emailing they responded and resolved very fast. I really recommend their app.

So pleased we have installed this app on our sites. We were constantly getting changes of address or changes to orders, which were soaking up our time, and made it complicated for our 3PL warehouse to search orders to make changes after they flowed through. This app gives our customers a 30 minute window, in a very nice editing screen (built via Shopify) where they get an opportunity to make changes to their order address (so many people forget to update their addresses after they move houses), and our customers can swap their items (at the same or higher value), and add extra items to their cart after the original purchase. This app has saved our team so much time - especially in our Black Friday promo's. Paul is super skilled in getting this all set up and we appreciate the support we have received from the team at Order Edit.

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

This app has been great for reducing tickets and boosting revenue. We've been using Order Editing for a few months now. We looked at a few competitors before we heard about this app, but honestly - the competitors just don't compare. I felt like they caused a lot of friction (canceling orders entirely, rebuilding and recharging cards, etc). When I came across Order Editing, it seemed a little too good to be be true, but it really has been such a seamless experience. Had such high hopes for this app but sadly it turned out to be a colossal waste of time. Spent weeks going back and forth on email and calls with Paul and the team trying to implement the app and its features into our store, running more than 10 test purchases and attempting to troubleshoot issues with their devs to no avail. After a week, finally they got the post-purchase upsells to start showing, but they were showing the wrong products at the wrong prices - going against all of the upsell rules and conditions we had set up. We used to spend so much time manually editing customer addresses, reaching out to customers who entered an invalid address, and handling packages that already shipped to the wrong home. In just a few weeks Order Edit has solved those problems for us in most cases. It has freed up time for my agents, provided customers a simple way to fix an error, and saved us unnecessary costs trying to retrieve mis-delivered packages. For us the biggest perk is the address screener which prompts customers to double check their address right on the thank you page. We are just starting to dive more into the upsell, but without much effort we have already seen traction there too.

a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.

I have been using Shopify now for 5 years and seen plenty of apps come and go and raised lots of support tickets in that time. I have NEVER had the amazing support and personability offered to me by Hamish and the Order editing team. They actually work to find a solution for you and suggest things to improve your store rather than just fixing a problem. Aside from the 10/10 customer support, order editing and changing addresses is a feature that will become standard in eCommerce stores. In our first week we already had 70 customers change/confirm their shipping address after purchase, so we have saved that in tickets and/or order that we would need to re send because it is never the customers fault when they put in the wrong address as we all know... When we launched our new store we were getting hundreds of emails from customers asking us to change their address. it seems that payment methods like Google pay store address info and if the person moved and didn't change it it submits the wrong address. We found Order Editing app and installed it. Immediately our tickets were cut in half because people could easily edit their own orders. We also love that there is an address validator baked right in, and people can also add products to their order too. Probably the best thing about this app are the two founders. We had a tricky situation with various shipping locations, 3rd party logistics etc and they worked to solve all our problems, unlike some apps where the 'help desk' doesn't even understand your issue properly. These guys not only understood it but they completely solved it going as far as jumping on the phone with our of our shipping partners.

I personally would say as consumer myself this app is every customer life saver. It saves time and eliminates worry for customers who place a quick order but forget and essential information like a phone number to track.
