There is a work-around that allows customers to by-pass your limits and customer support's only solution to fix it was for me to pay $20/month. I would suggest finding a different app that offers checkout validation at not such a spendy price.

If the product in the bundle is already in the shopping cart, a message appears stating that it will not be paid for twice. In the past I had to make a few cancellations because of this. This app also lets you limit which items can be bought together (for example, you can set it up so that pre-order items cannot be bought alongside in-stock items). But make sure you email support and ask them for help! In our experience the support team has been very quick and very helpful. They've even reached out to us to make sure their suggested fixes worked for us when we didn't get back to them. We have a very small team so having an app that lets us cut down on pre-order headaches is a game changer.

This is so important when you take the plunge to add a new app. You're always worried about what it will do to your store set up. Joan was back to me within minutes answering my questions and guiding me thru the process. I also like the fact that I could personalize the pop up messages guiding our customers on how to modify their order to get the volume pricing. This is so important to us. We have a very specific 'culture' at our store and the messaging had to stay consistent with that, rather than the boiler plate messaging you often see which is impersonal. Pricing is fair too.

Very simple to use with excellent support. We use this app for wholesale minimum order quantities. We have items organized using Shopify tags and then can create product groups based on those tags and apply a rule in MinMaxify to require minimum quantities or value for the order. Support has responded within minutes to our help request and been extremely helpful! For the price, this app is unbeatable! We have used apps that cost 10x as much that lacked the simple functionality of MinMaxify. Stop looking. This is the one.

This app is super easy to use and setup! Works great as intended and doesn't clash with all the other apps I have on my store modifying the cart page (using Zapiet & Upcharge). The support team are very thoughtful and attentive also, they were able to overcome an issue I had in a very clever way where customers with items in cart less than the minimum order value were able to add Gift Card purchase to the cart to checkout and expect free delivery. This app prevents customers from doing so.

The app works fluidly and has great support team. I had few hiccups in installing the app and they were eradicated by the support team efficiently. Only unresloved challenge is that customers can bypass the app if they access the 'checkout url' somehow, the app becomes redundant. My feedback would be that App Settings must include options to update links abandoned checkout mails etc. Inform users regarding which other paths app wouldn't be able to stop and what are the way arounds to achieve the desired outcome.

Eugene is absolutely brilliant! I am migrating my wholesale business from Magento to Shopify and obviously due to shopify restrictions, it has made variation integrations more challenging. I have set up using a third party wholesale app which does everything but quantity increments to a capacity that works for the business. Order limits has enabled me to install an effective robust limitation for my various wholesale customers. Eugene was particularly inutiavtive which a olsution to a combined proble between two other apps. The support is seocnd to non, i have actually never had such quick service from Shopify support let alone app support. Without a doubt the best service I've had on this platform. After trying some other limitation apps I came across this one. MinMaxify provided me exactly what I wished for - unlike the apps I installed and uninstalled before this one. I did have one issue. My checkout kept on loading and wouldn't let my customer complete there order. Using this to require minimum quantity, in predefined mulitples, and only offer this for certain tagged customers. Works perfectly and no theme conflicts with our site. Easy to install and if I decide to uninstall the instructions are clear. One suggestion is to have a bit more examples and descriptions for what each option offers. We needed this app desperately because for some strange reason Shopify refuses to add this basic feature to products. We wanted to offer samples in our store, but knew that customers would abuse them immediately and we didn't want to turn into a sample store. We use this app to enforce buying by MPQ (case quantities). Setting the Minimum order field to say, 12, makes the initial quantity box 12 so that customers add to cart in multiples of 12 (rather than one at a time). Support was very fast and effective.

Update 5/30/18 It's still awesome. I've recently been working on site performance using Google Chrome's Audit. I gave the developers feedback that they could make something better (just optimization, nothing broken) and they gave me a new version the next day with everything I wanted. It's a shame I can only give them 5 stars. Old Review: Works great even on my Ajax cart. There were some issues at first because I use the Brooklyn theme but they fixed it for me. I couldn't be happier!

After working OK for a couple of months, something must have updated because the app actually stopped people being able to checkout on our website. It literally stopped them clicking the "checkout" button. After a couple of days with no orders we became suspicious and got Shopify to investigate and they confirmed this app was causing it. Immediately uninstalled and the website is now function properly again. BEWARE!

Have even sent screen cast of how I was able to bypass the limit. My recommendation would be to use this app with extreme caution if there is a possibility of revenue loss with exceeding the desired order quantity.

Horrible App. I have lost thousands of dollars through my store as this app has not done what was promised. I had set minimum order limits of 10 items however this was easily bypassed by customers through the shopping cart. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

Really inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't - causing me to cancel customer orders. User interface isn't so great. Customer service was responsive but couldn't give an exact cause. I really need the minimum quantity feature so I'm still looking for an app that will actually work.

Annoyed by this app. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Allowed customers to order more than 1 of an item and also allowed more than 5 of another item. Complete waste. Glad I'm still on the trial so, I'm uninstalling this.

Testing it during the free phase I found that the interface was awkward to target a single item and it did not prevent me from adding more than my limit to the basket. It was not intuitive to use, so I removed it from my apps.

Updating my review. Developer got back to me and resolved issue. I have Pipeline theme and needed to update Ajaxify.js. So far seems to work as advertised. Will update to a 5 after using for a few weeks without any problems.

at first it didn't work. tried to uninstall and re-install, still didn't work. contacted MinMaxify for support. received an answer. made changes to the theme coding and now it works. would highly recommend contacting for support if it doesn't work and not give up on the first try. sent an email to MinMaxify Friday midnight. Got an answer Sunday.

Original review below but now changed. Brian from Bitstim got back to me immediately about my problem (a clash with the Upsell app I was using). I've removed the Upsell app and all now seems to be working. Great service Brian! Looks perfect at the start but allows customers to checkout even when the basket does not contain enough of the items that is meant to have a min order quantity. Creates a world of pain for customer services. Big shame. No alternative in the App store today. Really hope the developer sorts it out. Would be more than willing to pay for a working product.

Works perfectly on our themes on two sites, one site had to use some slight modifications and the app dev. walked me through it. Their support is great, if you run into a problem I recommend you withhold your low-star review until you've 1) tested the app a little before launching a big risky campaign that relies on it 2) contact the dev if you have a problem, I am confident that he will either fix it quickly, advise you if it's best not to use it, or put the issue on the to-fix list We had a request the app does not handle at this time and received solid advice, we're still going to keep them for the basic features

Caused us many problems during a major sale! Some customers paid for only one product but the invoice shows six. Many people were able to get around it and manipulate it which is terrible and we are now having to clean up the mess caused by this app. When the makers fix it, we will be happy to change our review.

Hi I faced the same issue as eJuices now. When I clicked on "check out" button immediately instead of "add to cart", the validation is not captured by MinMaxify and user can check out as per normal without min. order. I tried to find the href from my theme.liquid but didn manage to locate any href codes. Can anyone guide me pls? Need to resolve this asap. Wrote to Brian no reply yet could be busy on a weekend..

This app is great! It is very simple and does everything that it says. If your shopify store uses a "view my cart" button and a "checkout" button your customers may be able to jump straight to the checkout page without the MINMAXIFY verifying the order. This is something that can simply be corrected by changing the href of the "checkout" button in the theme.liquid We wanted the ability to add "groups" by CSV and Brain helped us out very quickly! We appreciate what this app has helped us acommplish in our shopify store!

I have very little i.t/coding experience but this App made quantity management so easy! Our store is selective about the quantity of purchases (due to postage/packaging requirements) but this App really simplified everything.
