Awesome CS and easy how-to instructions to transfer the template to Shopify seamlessly. They were also able to make it compatible with the new Shopify order app BEFORE the old Shopify order app being discontinued (wahoo!!) I've now been using these templates for 7+ years and they are well worth the expense. Their template options make it far more convenient for me to pull orders with the product photo thumbnails and can be personalized in a number of ways with all the information I need at a glance. They are set up exactly how I envisioned an invoice should look when I first started using Shopify and I was shocked wasn't available as the default. My customers really love them too and I've even had several reach out to tell me they favor them to what Shopify emails them. Customer service has also been top notch when it came to upgrading my old template to work with Shopify's recent update to their order printer app. Highly recommend!

Seems like a good app so far, but you can't print commercial invoices in a different currency. If anyone needs commercial invoices for international shipping, don't waste your time. A very small app developing company added this feature for me the same day so not too sure why Forsberg + 2 can't do it.

I absolutely love these templates! I am using the Winter pak and it's clean and professional looking. Easily customizable. I needed to edit the code for a minor adjustment and reached out to support. Blanca responded within 15 minutes, changed the code for me, than walked me through the process in case I need to change it in the future. I would highly recommend this app for custom templates. Wish I found this app sooner. A one time fee for your paperwork to all be streamlined and branded; templates are well done and the customer service is more than you could ask for. I had one small issue with my packing slip code, and wrote in to customer service. I got pulled away from my computer while they were responding to me - I came back and they (Lauro) had gone ahead and fixed the entire thing while I was MIA. That type of service is hard to come by; just wish I found these templates when we first started years ago.

I recently contacted support about a tweak I wanted to make to the invoice template. The section near the bottom tallying up the total prices would be left aligned if it started at the start of a new page (it worked fine if it was anywhere else on the page so only affected some orders with multiple different items) or whatever part of this section started at the start of a new page would be left aligned while the rest on the previous page would be right aligned. Support very promptly replied with the small piece of code needed to fix this issue with clear instructions and pictures showing exactly where to put the code. You might never need to contact support but it's nice to know that you'll get good service if you ever do. I'd have liked Shopify to include some nice looking templates themselves but from what I remember you just get a basic looking invoice and packing slip. For me, it was definitely worth the 1 time purchase per template/package as they're so much more professional looking than the basic ones that you get from Shopify and you can get an invoice template. You can edit the templates and see if you like them before purchasing and then it's as simple as copy/pasting the entire code to get them working with your store after purchasing.

This app is extremely handy, we use it every day and it works superbly. We use this app with their other app F+2: Order Printer Templates, after needing to find a new order printing service. Not only are their templates very reasonably priced for the amount of use you will get out of them, but the customization on them is incredible. I wanted something where I could create multiples of the same order printing sheet, with the only main differing aspect being whether it was a collection, delivery or postal order, to make things easier for our pickers to distinguish at first glance. Their templates made it so easy, only took me 5 minutes to put that into effect. If you're printing a lot of order sheets or invoices, I would highly recommend this app.

I picked 3 stars because the packing slips are beautiful, a much needed upgrade to the Shopify packing slips. That was the reason I wanted this app, to have nice-looking packing slips. HOWEVER - you can't print the packing slips from the same page that you fulfill the order. In order to use these beautiful templates, you must install their Order Printer App, which is totally fine, also a free app. But to USE the app, and therefore these packing slip templates, you have to 1) fulfill the order, 2) exit out of the order itself back to your Shopify Orders page, 3) select the checkbox next to the order and click "Print with Order Printer App," 4) be taken to the Order Printer App page, THEN you can print from their dashboard. For one or two orders, it's annoying but not a huge deal. But if you're fulfilling a lot of orders at one time, it's a hassle to have to fulfill the orders on one page, then go somewhere else just to print the packing slips, especially when the default Shopify setup is to be able to print packing slips AND shipping labels all from one screen.

I was using another app that charged me every time I printed an invoice. If in one month I printed even just 1 invoice, I would get billed ¢10. So I searched for an alternative and found the Shopify free printer but the templates were too simple and I didn't want to customise them using liquid. One of the reasons I did choose them over competitor products. All our confirmation, Invoice, packing slip emails/pdf's look so professional. I could even put a link in the confirmation emails so customers can download the Invoice in Pdf. Fantastic! Second: Follow the instructions and it all just works, no problems what so ever. Third: Ease of use, guess in general difficult to say, but for me it was easy. Price? Unbeatable! Orderly emails was a 1 time payment (1 template) being able to change ALL notification emails send out by Shopify. Order Printer Invoice Template: also a 1 off payment (for 1 template) of USD 29 I took Order Printer Template for Invoice, Packing slip, Return form, Gift receipts as a package for USD 49. That is extremely good. I start to use this app with Order Printer Pro, which is free up to 50 order per month and USD 10 for over 50 orders per month. Makes pretty templates however isn't as compatible with order printer by shopify as it's made out to be. Packing slips can not handle partial fulfilments which make them pretty useless for a business like mine, even the inbuilt packing slips do partial fulfillments. The samples on offer were great and my reasons for giving 4 stars are; I would love to be able to modify text blocks a little more than is allowed. I also think it would be great to have an accurate preview option so the alignment of modified text input can be seen as it would appear on the final document. Really like the Order-Printer app from Forsberg + two. The thing that is really handy is that we can edit order invoices before we print them out. Best example is because Shopify does not allow for 8 and 10 digit commodity codes we can add the missing digits ourselves - so good and essential to our export documentation! Like most templates it can require a little tweaking if you have other apps installed that also address the print output. Otherwise Order Printer Templates are simple to customize to your own corporate image. Buy the full package of 4 templates covering orders/invoices, packing slips, gift slip (showing personalised messages) and return forms, it represents much better value than the base package of just the order/invoice. Don't worry if you're a novice, the Support guys are excellent and the response time is fast. Would definitely use again should the need arise.

I purchased both the order printer and order emails in 2018. I have since closed that store. I recently opened a new store and loved the apps so much that i knew I had to get them again. I did not have the files from my previous store so I reached out to support and they transferred and installed the files for both apps to my new store within an hour and at no charge. I can't say enough about the apps and more importantly the customer service. Get the apps. It is well worth it!!

Nice designs, but they're not very customizable. The designs look nice, but they're missing fields necessary for international shipping. I'm a software developer, so I have no problem editing HTML/CSS, but the code is not friendly to editing and is inflexible in many ways that make it difficult to add/remove elements from the template.

I used this app to help me set up and customise my invoices, packing slips, returns forms and gift receipts. It was really easy to customise and upload the company logo, as there are many options and formats to choose from to brand and style your templates. However the only thing I found a bit tricky was trying to install the templates into my shopify store (I'm not technical at all). So I contacted support via their chat platform and was supported right the way through by David, until I had all 4 templates copied into my store. Very quick and efficient support. Thank you very much David, really appreciated your help.

I've used this app for years, and haven't seen hardly any new templates. I've noticed my printing speed is insanely slow when I use this program too.

The templates are nice looking and the editor is easy to use. However, this app is not sufficient for the requirements of an international business ...It would be useful if one could: 1) Add to the product line information HS code and country of origin 2) Choose to show customer notes 3) Have much better selection of tax related capabilities: In EU the tax authorities require to show VAT 0% in the invoice even if customer is not required to pay taxes. Also, in EU taxes are included in the consumer prices and the invoice must show amount of VAT out of the total. For business customers product prices are always without tax and VAT is added based on both shipping and product costs -> there should therefore be a possibility to show the amount of taxes as a separate line (subtotal + taxes = total) plus what the VAT percentage is.

I have downloaded about 20 different apps from Shopify looking for the perfect invoice/packing slip to use for my business and have had ZERO luck.... Until I came across this company! I absolutely LOVE their templates! Everything is customizable and super easy to use! I had an issue and reached out to their customer service (which I thought would take a while to get a response back) I got a response back almost immediately! Fixed the issue and have had no issues with it since then. FYI: do not use emojis on your templates. I would highly recommend!!

Very helpfull, saved me a lot of time, if programming is not your thing , just buy it, you won't regret it. I did my own customization after I bought it. I wish on the customization option, if the developer could make it easier to move around where the logo ,texts like customer information, store information, subtotal, total, would be printed. The design and where the information is printed vary by the preference of each country. Would rate this application 10 stars if possible.

I was looking for an app that worked in a few different ways. To print packing slips and invoices. I wanted to be able to customize my template some so it reflected my brand and this allows it. When a customer wants a printed invoice it looks professional. It also lets you print, email or text the invoice. Just great! It integrates very well with Shopify, so far no issues.

As is SO OFTEN the case with Shopify apps, this has the potential to be a great app but our user experience has been weakened by what seems like a bug. Any changes/edits we make in the template loses the custom font size on the integrated customer labelling we require in our delivery order template and we have to return to the template html code to manually reset it each time. Had to do it again this week after flagging this and getting support in May 2020.

Professional looking invoices and packing slips that are extremely easy to modify without any coding . The ability to be able to print the barcode of a product was a life saver for me . The very nice surprise is that even though the documentation says that it is only compatible with Barcodes CODE128 , with a minor change in the template I was able to change it to handle EAN13 codes as well . In fact I think it is compatible with most bar codes . To summarise , if your back office workflow requires that u print the product barcodes then get those templates !!!!

Really wish we could have used the template! It was super easy to set up and the team was extremely helpful with any questions that we had. They even help us adjust the template slightly to match our needs. Unfortunately, we just couldn't get around one tricky local statutory requirement but, regardless, I would recommend this app to anyone!

I really like that the team is able to help with additional formatting of purchased templates, after the purchase has been made when the builder cannot do what you need. They are incredibly responsive.
