We’ve been using Ordersify for Back in Stock alerts and the support team has been consistently wonderful. They’re quick, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with, which is why I’m giving five stars. The only thing I’m still hoping for is the ability to edit our own email templates without needing to request changes. Once that capability is available it’ll feel like a true five-star experience across the board.

The app used to work well, but not anymore, I've no idea when it started broken and not able to send any email notificaiton. I raised 3 request after has no replies at all after 4 days, so we have to migrate to a different solution. so far PreOrder Globo seems working well with us, it supports Back In Stock notifcation and also PreOrders.

The system over works fairly well. The reason for this 1 star review is because I have had an issue that I need assistance with regarding exclusions and I've sent MULTIPLE emails that all get auto-responded to saying I'll receive a reply within 24 hours. I'm on email 5 in a matter of over 2 weeks and absolutely no response so far.... System is ok, customer support is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

I've been using this app for several months now. It's GREAT! Get it! I love it for my apparel brand and have recommended it to my entrepreneur friends. The customer service is extremely responsive. I've only had to reach out for help on one occasion, and that was to have them integrate an inline "Notify When Available" button on our product pages. I received an immediate reply to my email and the request (along with revisions) were completed in less than an hour. Honestly, had I replied to emails sooner, it likely would've been resolved in minutes. Thank you again, Andy, for the prompt and excellent customer service!

Edited Review- I was having issue with the "Notify Me" button coming up on products where inventory wasn't tracked. And I was also having issues with the Coming Soon and Pre-Order features. I emailed multiple times and was pretty frustrated after 2 weeks of no one answering but finally today Andy came on and we went back and forth through emails a few times until all my issues were fixes. The app is really great and was exactly what I was looking for, the lack of the 1 star is just for the initial slow response from customer support. If you're having issues keep messaging and someone will eventually get back to you!

I really like this app. It's one of the most simple and straight forward apps we have. It's easy to use and actually does what it's supposed to which is unusual for Shopify apps. We have had some things that have needed sorting out by support but generally these have been dealt with fairly quickly. 1 STAR We have been utilizing this app for several months; however, we have recently encountered a significant issue regarding the email notifications for back-in-stock alerts, which have failed to be sent. Initially, we contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. Unfortunately, despite their initial efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. Regrettably, since then, we have not received any further communication from them. I have made two subsequent inquiries following my initial contact, but I have yet to receive a response. It is disappointing to experience such a lapse in customer service, especially after initially receiving prompt attention. *******UPDATE - 4 STARS Customer service reached out the day after I posted my initial review and resolved the issues. Besides the blip in sending, this app does the job. I do wish the app offered a bit more. Such as offering the option to load more than 15 notifications per page in the dashboard or the ability to sort noficiation requests by product title.

The install for the out of stock part of this app went well. They were responsive and helped me get set up quickly. It is working very well. I had some initial trouble getting the coming soon to work but they resolved that issue as well and helped to hide the countdown timer for me since we did not wish to use that. Overall I feel this is the best app for back-in-stock notifications and coming soon. I looked at several and this app seems to do everything we need for a very affordable price. I wish the coming soon allowed you to subscribe people like you can do for out-of-stock/back-in-stock but it at least disables the button and I have embedded a form to capture a waiting list. I am looking forward to seeing if this helps us build our waiting list for our new products prior to launch.

The app is very good for OOS notifications. The UI is quick to use for the customer, which creates a positive customer experience. The app allows extensive customization of the customer notifications, which we value. One of the best things about the app is that it allows you to authenticate your email domain. This removes "sent via" on the "from:" line of customer notifications. This is important because some email services will move messages where the sender email address doesn't match the sender domain to spam. I would recommend this app.

As most business owners know, having items out of stock becomes problematic when the customers are unable to know when the item is back in stock. Customer simply want to know when it’s in stock and the business owners want the process to be automated. This app is excellent in resolving this problem. The customer support is second to none. We’ve used this app for several years without any problems. We eventually experienced an issue with a few of the products not recognizing stock items. Super helpful customer support. Thank you Andy. They did edits while on the chat which is always appreciated! Do note you will most likely need a few edits done by them to get everything looking perfect on individual websites. But they did it with absolute ease. I do wish the email template options were broader, and easier to edit without needing CSS/ Liquid skills. The current one feels very much inline with Shopify's notification emails, which in my opinion are very basic. A couple of already designed layouts would go a super long way for those who can't design them in code.

I'll start with the good... this app has the absolute best user interface of all the ones we tested. The developer Andy was also helpful and responsive at first, even upgrading us to the Pro package due to all of the issues. Unfortunately that's not enough. We tried to make this work for 3 months and have finally given up. There were simply too many problems. Many of the links to documentation were broken, going to non-existent pages. Prices in the notification emails would sometimes display incorrectly, $50 would suddenly show up as $5000. Products that were modified while out of stock wouldn't update in this app. That's just to name a few. The deal breaker though was the emails themselves. Notifications went to the spam folder 100% of the time on Gmail and we had a 0% open rate on our last send. We had to manually write each customer that signed up for notifications or risk losing their business. We really wanted this to work, but after the developer stopped responding to us about the spam issue, we moved to a different solution. It doesn't look nearly as nice, or have the same amount of features, but customer's get our emails and that's more important than anything else. If they can fix all of the bugs though, this would be the best app in the store.

I absolutely love this app! I sell collectibles and often have out of stock products. With this app I can easily have a waiting list and contact buyers when I get a product back in stock. Recently they implemented a huge improvement where the notifications can be filtered by title. This was a huge time saver as I can now easily find customers waiting for a specific product! Obviously the developers did this after I and I'm sure others requested it. Also support is out of this world amazing! I switched themes and contacted them to get it running on my new theme. They responded lightning fast and had it running on my new theme right away. I can't recommend this app or developer more highly!
