Nitesh helped me to create an automated tagging prompt for my store to maximize my order efficiency. I do wish this app was able to sort orders by specific products though. I am trying to find a way to find orders specifically with one item. For example, I want to be able to find orders with only stickers, rather than orders that include stickers. Other than that, the app is helpful.

ran a backdating job, and the system incorrectly applied the wrong tag to almost 400 orders. discussed with support team, and they aren't interested in doing anything to resolve the problem. advised that I can run ANOTHER backdating job (at additional cost) to resolve the problem.

It works well but the value you get for your money is pretty meh. The free version is essentially useless. Once the same tag has been automatically added to 10 orders it stops working which happened after two days in my case. In the description they say 10 free "workflows" per months to make it sound like it's different automations but it's literally just 10 added order tags. Found this very misleading. The paid version is expensive. 200 bucks a year just to add a custom tag to your orders is too much. If that's all you want to do I suggest looking for cheaper alternatives. EDIT: Disclaimer - they did not reach out to me to explore options lol

The SC Order Tag & Flows worked very well for backdating tags based off a specific criteria. However, when we scaled up the amount of orders we were tagging through the app, we experienced a disruption with Shipstation. We ultimately ended up using Shopify Flows to resolve the issue.

This app has been absolutely essential for our website. Because we are an online florist, we need to easily sort orders by the customer's chosen delivery date, rather than the order date, to ensure they are fulfilled at the right time. This app automatically tags every order with the customer's chosen delivery date without us having to do a thing, meaning it is simple for us to sort by - tagged with - delivery date. We also use the app to tag each order with different things which makes life so simple when wanting to search for a particuar group of orders. We have been using the app for almost 3 years and, until today, have never had to ask for support which goes to show how smoothly and efficntly it works! When I needed assistance today, my question was answered extremely quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this app!

I used this app to tag the product title in the notes, allowing the product to display on labels. I also have it set up to separate between different couriers depending on postcode. It looks like we can use the tags and workflows for all sorts of direct marketing and ecommerce solutions I never even knew we needed or could get from this app! I started to use Order Tagger for the first time in November to tag my future date Christmas orders with the delivery date that the customer selected. I needed a few tweaks to be able to make it fit my perishable shipments, and Stu was awesome to work with. He worked with me for consecutive days to get the work flows just right. I was able to add workflows with the logic that was only in my head to determine what day it should be shipped to different parts of the country to safely hit that requested delivery date. I was so impressed! The tags helped me sort through my hundreds of orders and prioritize which ones to work each day, and saved me multiple hours every day of December compared to last year! Order Tagger was a life saver and I will continue to spread the good word about it's ease of use and excellent support. The support team is incredible and there to help create custom flows to tags orders. The app works for what we have tested so far. If you use other apps that are also tagging orders, think to add a delay in Order Tagger to apply your tags otherwise, there could be a confusion between the apps.

Gets the job done just like I wanted. Took a half-hour to figure out how to tag orders based on the delivery method but got it to work. I tried using the "Carrier service used for the order" criteria but since it didn't work I used the "Shipping option used for the order" instead. I had to figure that out on my own, wrote an email and a developer reached back out shortly later so would have had it fixed either way. Was a bit misleading but quick replies from their team solidified my 5-star rating.

Got the app for one specific need - which it didn't have but they added the feature very quickly and it works perfectly. Now that I have the app I know we'll be using it for many other things as well. Update: We have been using this for quite some time now for a variety of purposes. A lot of it is tagging orders and putting the tags into the notes which are then imported in ShipStation, and we have a lot of our ShipStation automations running off them. I love it! App works very well. We used to tag manually and spend an hour a day tagging. setting 'Order Tagger' meant we save this time and eliminate mistake. 'Order Tagger' support is excellent: first, I receive a reply within an hour or two. Secondly, 'Order Tagger' implemented changes to accommodate our needs. for example, there wasn't an option to copy an existing rules. i asked about it and they have just added it. I tried 4 other tagging apps, I found this one the best.

We're using Order Tagger to help us with reporting and organization. We've got several channels and it's difficult to sort out reporting in our backend ERP. Having the orders enter the ERP already tagged with the information we need has made reporting much easier. Creating the rules was simple as well, they have so many variables to check that at times you'd think there was TOO much. Very usefull APP to tag orders that you need to manage in special way (pre-sales, special campaigns...) or to create custom report based on order details. Order Tagger is an extremely powerful app. Everytime I have a scenario to solve for and you think "surely Order Tagger can't solve this too?" it does! The recent update is also a big improvement of the UI - even though you can create many complex rules the app makes this as easy as possible. We have found Order Tagger to be extremely useful in the scenario where we have integrated with our CRM (Salesforce). Rather than requiring assistance from our web development agency we are able to record extra data against Orders that then syncs to Salesforce to trigger further automation in that system. Order Tagger covered everything that we needed it to do. We weren't initially sure whether it would, but the developer turned out to be incredibly responsive and helpful both at helping us get set up as well as showing us how to adapt the app for our specific use case and doing some outstanding troubleshooting when our extremely complex Shopify implementation ran into some problems they had never seen before. It helps organize orders and create rules that normal tagging in shopify can't do. For example, I created a rule to add x tag for specific countries for x dates. It can back track old orders. I also love their customer support! They are very nice and fast in replying :)

I use Order Tagger to automatically create tags telling me when an order is a customer's first, second, third order etc. Order Tagger lets me automatically include the tag in the order notes too, so it appears on my despatch notes - which is really useful! The app itself is really easy to setup and use and very flexible in terms of the different types of tags it can automatically add to orders. Customer support has also been really helpful when I've had questions about the features. Overall, Order Tagger is a really useful and easy to use app and saves me loads of time when processing my customer orders.

Had a couple of issues at first, but support was top notch and we realized that it was an issue with Shopify more than the app. These guys got it fixed and offered a solution, now the app is working great. Can't say how much time this saves me. Shopify does a terrible job of letting you organize orders, and this app is so flexible. You can create any kind of tagging rule you could think up, and the best part is that you can create a new rule and even go back and apply to previous orders to have them automatically tagged as well. Best shopify app I've gotten in a long time. So worth the price with how much time it saves you!

This is more than a great app, it is a necessary app for every single shopify store. In Shopify there is no way to know if an order has been printed. You can check unfulfilled orders, but we have made to order items and partial shipments so unfulfilled does not answer the question of what has been printed. Well order tagger does, as explained in the last review by TrailDesigns. Just assign a tag to all orders over $0.01 called "Not Printed" and then when you print the order just remove the tag. When you want to check what orders need printing just click on the tag "Not Printed" and all orders that need printing magically appear. I am not sure how everyone does not have this app, do they just hope all orders have been printed? Get this app and make your life way way better!

This solves a major headache for us. Shopify doesn't have a great system for custom workflows. What we wanted to do is set it up so all new orders get tagged "Print" so the shipper knows to print them. Once tagged, we can save a custom search so the shipper just goes into Shopify and looks at the Print tab on the orders page and boom! He knows which orders came in since last he printed. Then he bulk prints and clears the tag and the order goes to the In Process tab (same search, but without the Print tag). But how to tag orders automatically was the stumbling block and Order Tagger solves this. When we first discovered it, Order Tagger would only tag by product, so we went through and set up all products to trigger the tag. But Sam told me they hoped to add other criteria that would save us this work (it's not much work, but I was afraid of someone forgetting to do it when adding a new product and the process would break). With the latest release of Order Tagger, you can now choose a lot of different criteria, such as order value. I can just set an order value of $0.01 or a weight of 1gm to make sure every order is tagged. Sam is super friendly and responsive. The app works very well and is very straightforward. This solves one of our last two stumbling blocks to make the store go live. Thanks Sam!
