I've been with Outfy for years and they are a great platform to automate our social media presence. They offer various options to create original looking posts. I'm looking forward to Outfy adding more channels. -edit- Once AI was introduced - mind that once you add AI and videos your token usage will go faster. Outfy's help desk works great as well. Any issues that I had were resolved with the help of Outfy. They have a chat box for live assistance.

I am still not loving it. The posts are nearly all the same and pretty basic. I don't get a lot of views. It recently used images that had been made inactive because I don't have the product anymore so that was a fail. I tried the AI video maker, but it would not just use my product image and tried to interpret it, badly.

Media Auto Post has been a godsend! it takes the hassle and time out of creating / posting my products / product media to my social media pages which lets me concentrate on designing and creating new products. Using Outfy has really boosted my business presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and all I've had to do is sync my shop / products to Outfy and they take care of the rest. One minor niggle I have is when my product has images of the various finishes / colours / materials; sometimes these images get posted without showing the image of the actual product. It would be helpful if the order of my images also synced with Outfy. Having said this, I review my 'next day' scheduled posts the day before and it's easy enough to re order the images prior to them being posted.

Updated review - When I first started using OUTFY it covered all the socials for what was a minimal fee. Now however it has got expensive and for posting automatically on X the cheapest is now $70 a month. I am now actively looking for another social media posting app.

Overall ok product. Images, GIFs are good. Captions are good. Video wise has more room for improvement. instead of adding ust raw images , need some stock images related to product or movie videos. Just Raw images looks monotonous. For the cost may be Linkedin should be integrated. Looking for more features. Update today 08/10/24 Crap service. says media templates outdated and no one knows which all outdated. Customer service needs 15 hrs to find out. what a crap and such hefty charges. I would like to update this review. After posting negative reviews on Trustpilot and Shopify, I was contacted by the President of Trustpilot who apologised for the issue with me getting a refund and processed a return of my funds that day. I am grateful for this and have increased my score for the company. However, I will not remove the review as they requested since I have read that many others have had the exact same issue I had. It's a shame because the product itself is genuine and quite good. Their business practices, however, leave a lot to be desired. ********************************* Extremely dishonest company to deal with. I downloaded and signed up for the trial version about 3 weeks ago. I used it for a couple of days and signed up for a run through with the company because I had some questions before I committed to buying the software. The day before our meeting, I was contacted by the person who was going to be working with me to answer my questions, stating that they were not well and wanted to reschedule. Of course, I agreed to this but the rescheduled date was a couple of days past my 7-day trial so I wrote and asked if we could extend the trial after that time. I never heard back. On the 7th day - 2 days before our meeting, I was charged for the entire year! I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund. I have been promised this refund several times since. In fact, Kumar at the company promised me 2 days ago that he was putting the refund through that day. NOTHING! I am filing a dispute via my credit card company but wanted to let people know that they are not trustworthy - not as far as my experience has gone anyway.

This app works well and the support is good. There is some tweaking that has to be done at the beginning to get it to run how you want it to so you have to be patient and work with support, but they will help you figure it out. I'm looking forward to the automatic product tagging that is supposed to be added soon.

Firstly, an option to switch from standard video formats to YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio) would be incredibly beneficial for content diversity. Additionally, incorporating AI-generated captions in the Pro Plan would be a fantastic upgrade, especially for businesses like ours that produce our own videos and don't need the full scope of the Ultimate Plan. Despite these wishlist items, I absolutely love this app and hope to see these enhancements soon! Also, the templates could use a refresh—more modern, sleek designs tailored for luxury products like fine jewelry would greatly align with our brand aesthetic. And if I could give a sixth star, it would go to the support team. Their genuine care for customers and prompt assistance makes a huge difference. I had the $70 plan and I didn’t have any issues with the app. However I did find a company that does the same thing for half the price. So I canceled my plan before July 1st. I was still charged the $70. No problem I figured I should just be able to contact Outfy and get a refund. They acknowledged my email once and that was basically it. I have not used the service in July AT ALL. It seems that I will be losing out on $70, because I received an email that the ticket for my issue was closed. I just want to warn others. The app isn’t bad but like I said there are other companies that provide the same services for half the price. Do your research!

Very good. It automates what (for me) is a dreary task: creating and executing social media posts. It's a good value for the money. I'm on the $40/mo plan and if your time is valuable and or you've ever looked at hiring someone to do this work for you, it's a steal. The product is pretty intuitive and I was up and running quickly. I'm still getting the feel for but so far I like it. I had one need for support and this was handled really quickly and professionally, to my satisfaction (and, it was a problem on my end). Recommended!

Got both of my stores shadowbanned on facebook. I was using it sparingly (just from an aesthetic viewpoint - I had no idea you could even get banned for auto posting) All my hard work - all the other posts I've made - for weeks, for nothing, right into the void. I had to dig deep to even find out what was happened. You'd think they'd at least warn you of possible issues. Went through their FAQ - nothing.

I liked the app, it's user-friendly and opening it through the browser is very convenient. However, it lacks the most important feature in automatic posting applications. In automatic social media posting apps, you can't choose which products from which collection to post, which is a significant issue because, depending on the season or campaign, only the products we have specified in a particular collection should be shared automatically. Posting random products can harm social media networks. I hope you pay attention to this in your future updates.
