  I honestly should have installed this app a long time ago. If you run a Shopify store, not using an app like Parcel Panel can actually cost you more money than you think. Failed deliveries, missed delivery attempts, customers not getting properly notified, and people constantly asking “Where is my order?” can all create unnecessary stress, support tickets, and even lost revenue. One of the biggest benefits of this app is that it keeps the customer informed throughout the entire delivery journey. Shopify only sends a few basic notifications, but Parcel Panel helps guide the customer from the moment the order is shipped until it arrives at their door. That is extremely important for any serious brand. The customer experience does not stop after checkout. The delivery experience is still part of your brand, and this app makes that experience feel much smoother, more professional, and more trustworthy. Also the customer support is awesome!
