Avoid if you care about your customers experience. Multiple customers were unable to access their downloads because of DNS resolution failures on Pendora's domain. The link works fine on our end but a significant number of customers hit DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors, meaning their browsers could not even find the domain. This caused lost sales, frustrated customers, unnecessary support tickets, and chargebacks we had to fight. When we reported the issue, the response was to tell us to ask our customers to change their DNS settings! not a realistic solution for a non-technical customer who just wants to download what they paid for. A download delivery service should have a domain that resolves reliably for everyone
