We tested multiple CRO apps and Personizely ended up being the best. Both from functionality of the app as well as their team's service and responsiveness. User interface is clean and intuitive. We were able to conduct multiple tests that raised our CRO and made a material difference to our bottom line. Cross sell and upsell in one app! Such a time save you can’t even imagine! I am so happy with it, and it’s the first one of the kind that I tried! It looks so efficient and it actually is, there are little details that make it so worth it, and I didn’t even know I needed them in the beginning. I am still wrapping my head around cross sell and upsell, I know it’s what the cool website are using, but I am working my way to it, very slowly. I like the different option widgets, and the statistics help me out a lot to make decisions and changes to them. It ’s very cool that you can duplicate the widgets, so in case there is something very small to change but you still want to keep the initial one it really helps, so you don’t have to start from scratch. The countdown popup option is very cool too, and the animations add a lovely touch as well! Everything can be customized, and it really easy to do. Creating targets is super easy too, you can even target them by the country! It’s absolutely awesome! And you can actually choose to include or exclude someone from it, so that is super useful. Absolutely love it, and there are so many cool updates all the time, and there is what’s new tab available at all times, so you can always come and check what the new stuff does. Great one, absolutely great!

I am using Personizely for six months now I and I consider it absolutely worth it. It is not the cheapest option but it fills every need that I can think of. Here are some things that make this app unique: - you can add multiple forms in multiple ways (pop up, bars, embed) and in each one of theme you can add multiple options (like buttons, subscribe forms, countdown timers, free shipping progress calculator - amazing, right?) - you can choose triggers, places where they will show up, include or exclude geographic locations - you can immediately apply a discount code when people subscribe so they will make the purchase right away without getting lost trying to find the code - it adds the subscribers to your email marketing provider and create a new segment so you can run a full workflow for each subcription site And this is only for list building. They have a lot of other options (like cross selling and so) that I didn't even try yet but that I believe that add a lot to the app. Oh and the support time is 5 stars. I highly recommend this app.

It’s a great app. A friend of mine was the one who told me about it originally, since I tried out a couple of similar ones but always ended up with issues of some kind or another, so I wanted to see if anyone had a solution they actually were happy with. I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest and I actually sent my friend a champagne bottle as a thank you. Not one issue insight for the past year and it works really well on all levels, from my newsletter pop up to the upsell solutions. I like that you can control to the t every aspect, like the sensitivity for the exit offers pop up, and how often do you want it to show to the same person, until they close it or until they are converted. There is a lot of room to experiment with triggers overall, which might look a bit scary at first, wince there are so many options, but it’s really worth it trying out multiple variations to see what will work better, and you can do it a the same time, so you don’t waste much time on it. Give it a go anyway and see if it’s for you, I’m not planning to switch to anything else tho!

This is a legit app that helped me out a ton. I don’t write reviews very often, but this one really did wonders during the holidays so I had to write one this time. I’ve been using it for a little bit, but not too heavily, an email popup here, an exit intent popup there, but nothing much besides that. I originally just wanted an exit intent solution because the one that I used from my email service didn’t look that good and I wanted to add some extra steps to the subscription process. So for the holidays promo, I wanted to try out something special, so I added a couple of personalizations to the landing page. And it really worked wonders! I don’t really know why it took me so long to get into it, but I’m really glad I did. I had only the widget plan so I had to switch to the one that has both widgets and personalization, but it was pretty easy to manage. The design process for the popups is probably one of the favorites I’ve tried so far too. Really easy to manipulate, although some elements I don’t really use personally, but it’s always good to have the options just in case. Bottom line, great job with the app, and if you’r considering it, just go for it, it will be more than worth it.

We have been in business for 7 years and this is our first review. This is app is excellent. Period. We came to this app for email list building (entrance pop-up). Before that we tried and used most existing solutions on the Shopify App store. We are now also using Personizely for cross-sell pop-ups (after add to cart and before check-out) and abandoned carts (triggered on exit intent). It just works. The user interface is clear; you can go from an out of the box template and then add very extensive and in-depth customizations. Our preferred feature is A/B testing: test up to 5 variations and clearly see which one is preforming the best. We recently started to use the "personalization" feature, opening a whole new world by enabling us to customize shopper experience. Basically, you can show a totally different store, to different shoppers. The cross-sell and abandoned cart popups pay for the app and more. Now the best part is the support. These guys must sleep with the support chat window open... The app is super easy to set up but can also do very complex and powerful stuff: so we needed help several times. We always received knowledgeable, quick and clear answers. Talk about accountability? they send you the chat transcript right away...! You can also have a chance to chat with the founder...

As a newbie to the pop-op world of marketing, this app has an ease of use that makes sense to me. I'd downloaded several apps but with Personizely I was able to create what I needed in 10 minutes. Not only was I able to create a pop-up but also a slide in and have already gotten opt-ins as a result. I did have a few issues, learners error, and when I emailed support they prompt and very helpful.

OK. I have SO many good things to say about this App! 1) GEOLOCATION: We installed Personizely because is one of the few Apps that allows us to create pop-ups for different geolocations. Since we can not offer a country-wide free shipping offer (based on minimum order value), this App allows to create a different message that will show depending on were the user is located. 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE: I'm not sure how Sergiu still talks to me, the amount of questions and requests I have sent his way and he ALWAYS responds promptly and with perfect resolution to my question//issue. 3) CUSTOMIZATION: Personizely got additional features (like geolocation based on postal code!) for our site. When country and city is not narrow enough, we now can add messages via pop-ups and banners to specific customers based on their postal code location. 4) EASY TO USE: It takes a few hours/days to get around and feel comfortable with this App. Super easy to install and intuitive to develop. App has a glitch which causes the cart no to function properly. Another glitch causes the app to install in backup versions of your theme. This caused a myriad of issues and an expensive process for diagnosing. Support was friendly, but seemed to either not completely understand the issue or lacked understanding on how this affected us with regards to time/money. They offered a discount, but other issues with the app means even a discount doesn't make the app worthwhile. For example, you have to create upsell widgets one by one by one. This may be sufficient for a site with only a few products. If you have the number of products we have (4000), its just not realistic to consider an app that requires us to do anything one product at a time. We'll swallow the cost of our developers 5 hours of diagnostics and move on.

This app is doing exactly what I need and looks good doing it. I checked out a few apps, this one is a little more expensive but worth every penny. The interface is very easy to use. I was able to make a pop up, customized to our brand in minutes and it blended in seamlessly to our style. But even more important than that is the amazing customer service! Sergiu went above and beyond helping me... our website has some very specific needs. He actually built a customization into the app for us! (could be because I'm special, or because they are awesome.) They even spent time over the weekend helping me configure it. Highly recommend this app.

I literally can not say enough good things about this app. Above and beyond any of the actual functionality of the app (which is saying a lot, trust me), the customer service is by far so outstanding it is worth the cost of the app alone. There has not been one instance where I have not been able to get a quick response, and an actual helpful one at that, and more than that, they have gone to the extent of actually adding functionality into the app to help me get it to work the way I needed it to on our site. They have literally sat in a chat with me and helped brainstorm solutions to quirky setups we needed their app to do with our site, which is also one of the great things about Personizely, every time you are in the app using it, there is a chat window down in the corner just waiting to assist you. No leaving the platform to write an email and hoping it doesn't get buried in an inbox before it's seen. The app itself is beautiful, the interface is intuitive and clean and from a design perspective extremely pleasing to use. The options of what you can do and what can be done with Personizely are endless, and it is actually one of the things I am most excited about now that we have launched our site is to dig even deeper into the app and see what more we can come up with to use it for. On that note, we ended up looking into Personizely as a way to handle a free gift with first purchase, after being completely unsatisfied with every single option being touted as an app for that particular purpose. It was literally the last app I ended up on while I was researching, and probably because in general it wasn't even advertised as being used for that purpose, but that is exactly what is so powerful and dynamic about the app. I was literally at my wits end with every other app I had researched, I had spent days at that point going in and out of each option and trying to weigh which one would even get close to what we needed, and as soon as I landed on Personizely the largest weight was lifted off my shoulders.
