update 2024: We have been working with them for 5+ years.. excellent support always responding on time there prices are excellent .. they have some features you wont find it on other app providers such as search with scanning barcodes (( it's very nice if you have retail shop )) and so on .. It's the perfect choice for Shopify users if they want to have professional android and IOS application quickly and in very reasonable price. The support team is always available 24/7 through chat, email or conference call. They worked hard with me to customize some functions in my application to fit my requirements. I'm very happy with the end result and the application is very stable and fast. Update June 2018 Lovely new features added with flexible layout. Plobal has been a game changer to our Shopify Plus business. Plobal gives us the tools to be successful. Yes, it is a lot of work to find creative ways to promote the app and get installs. Don't expect the app to generate sales on its own and be wildly successful. 3 weeks of hard work, a rockstar CSM - shoutout to Rahul, and continuously testing ideas is what will change your business. By far the best investment we have made. Within 3 weeks of actively promoting the mobile app, the app is already responsible for over 10% of our revenue. It is incredible. AOV is up 38% compared to our website. Retention rates are much better than sms - and push notifications are free! I don't think Rahul ever sleeps - we exchange ideas as late as 2am or as early as 6am some days and he is always very responsive. I can tell he genuinely cares about the success of our business. Plobal has been a great partner to work with and we highly recommend them to any merchant looking for explosive growth. The biggest advice I have for other merchants considering a mobile app is to worry less about what the app looks like and to focus on ways to get installs.

We are only a month in and already seeing great success with the app. I will say that integration was a bit challenging—I had to stay on the team constantly for updates and even make some updates myself. If you are not tech savvy there may even be more of a challenge. Wish overall support was better, but the app itself is a great asset to our marketing strategy.

SCAM! a team of 3 designers worked on the app during 15 days awaiting the aproval to lauch the app. Finally Plobal came back with "we only work with sellers with +2.5 million of revenue per year, we cant work with your store." First of all their staff is AMAZING. Working with Deeksha has been wonderful. She is very patient in explaining things and working through any issues that arise. The app is fairly easy to set up and the staff we worked with during that process was extremely proficient. Make sure you have time to dedicate to this - ie don't start the process during your busiest season. The visual portion of the mobile app can be manipulated pretty easily and is very flexible. Mostly plug in photos and sections from your website and poof! The push notifications are very flexible as to frequency, reason, and the verbiage can be tailored to your demographic and products. I am very pleased with this mobile app and would recommend it to other Shopify websites looking for a mobile presence.

Unfortunately after 2 years on the Enterprise Plan due to the very slow response every time we needed to change / improve something on our app, we have decided to look for another app builder solution. We have asked for the multi-region function to be removed 3 weeks ago and this hasn't been done yet. I have pointed our disappointment per email several times, but the response time for dealing with our request has not improved at all. (March 21, 2022) Absolutely beautiful ! Fantastic ! The team is gorgeous, Sumant one of the experts there is just perfect ! He has made a beautiful App for me and supported me all the way ! I strongly recommend it ! (November 18, 2019)

Good App but lost stars as most businesses are startups and very new and the prices are so expensive for small businesses - we just cannot afford $249 - $699USD per month, just rediculous so I have decided to delete. I like the app, it takes time to set up and add all your items manually but once set up you cant preview until you buy a plan so lost stars for that, honestly, if I cannot see my preview before I buy then it's not worth looking into for a future purchase. Maybe in the near future, I might look into this if it was at least half the prices that is advertised.

When we were on BigCommerce we paid an outside company $25,000 to develop an app and paid a monthly fee based on the number of orders. When we switched to Shopify we were planning on paying for a new custom app and were only going to use Plobal as a temporary solution. One of our employees in marketing who is not a programmer set up our app in a few days and had it going with no developer assistance. The app is better looking and more functional than the one we paid thousands of dollars for and we'll be sticking with Plobal. Neil and Rohit and the team offer excellent support. We do hundreds to thousands of orders a day on sales days and the app has absolutely no problems with it. If you are looking for a scaleable, beautiful, but easy to set up app, this is the solution for you.

I've set up a drop shipping store and added the plobal app as I wanted an app, I tried a few different platforms and this is definitely the cleanest and easiest to use, even though you're limited to the customisation of the platform it's enough to have a simple mobile app where you can sell products. Garima and Summat have been fantastic throughout my experience. The launch was seamless and any updates/questions have been addressed super quick. Great job guys and I look forward to our journey together, hopefully over time you can develop your app and give the user more options, keep up the good work!

The team has been very efficient in helping out on most of the possibilities and customisations that were required set up the app. The app is smooth and easy to operate. Basic layout customisations are really good to make immediate changes live. There are few more features that I required which are not part of the app but the team is willing to look into it and put efforts working it out. All in all I couldn't find any other better Shopify app that can be integrated quickly with good features as Plobal. I suppose if you're on Shopify except Plobal the next option is only to build a custom native app if you require something more than what Plobal has to offer.

I used to use this app but I paused my store and deleted the app long ago, yet I received email today about being charged for a recurring bill of THOUSANDS of dollars. I hope this review will be responded otherwise I will have to contact shopify. Jan-27 update: they told me to wait until today, but they did not get back to me, nor give me any guide on what to do. The payment is posted on my credit card.

NEVER enter into plans with them, and NEVER INSTALL this app, because when you just subscribe to a plan, you can't just uninstall the app and future billing are cancelled, NO NO NO, you will pay every month even if you don't have this App on your apps and Sales Chanel. And the APP is awful so just don't try it. I hope everyone could see this message to just don't lose their money and time.

We used this app to launch our store mobile app. They were quick in explaining the process and time frame needed for it. Easy to contact the service desk and they are ready to help all the time. Proper guidance was provided in creating google and apple developer account. They have certain packs and it's a bit expensive for startups, I wish in future they work on the pricing. Apart from pricing, Plobal is one of the best to go with Shopify.

First of all thanks to plobal APP and Garima. I have started using Plobal app when they launched in Shopify. I have gone with a basic pack at that time I was not aware of the full potential of mobile APP. For just curious way I started with them. After a while, I have completely moved to offline sales due to a new company tie-up with a German firm. In 2019 again I have gone back to the same platform but this time I am depending 20% of my sales from my online store. My prepaid online store was doing very well so as an expending face I decided to build a full-fledged mobile app. I have visited all major app makers in the Shopify app. When I compare with all app creator all of them were offering the same package but I have a few extra customisations. So paying extra is not in my planned budget. I have communicated the plan with one of plobal app sales team. So they have given me confidence the customisation can be done in 3 days time from subscription activation. As discussed I decided to enrol on a premium plan. Got a call from Garima one of there customer relationship manager. I have shared a rough sketch on a paper showing the design format and some other mobile app screenshot as reference. In day time, they have uploaded the sample and ask me to verify it. amazingly the app is ready for publishing on google play store. Now we are completing 6 successful months with plobal app and crossing 20 lakh in prepaid orders. 65% of our sales are right now from a mobile app. Constantly the app is been monitored by the plobal app team. + facts about the Plobal app Once you are a premium plan member you will have a dedicated manager, you can reach them on WhatsApp any time no matter the working hour. 100% uptime not yet faced a single issue in the last 6 months. It seems to have ok features. The preview is buggy. The pricing is exorbitant for what it offers. The minuscule space allocated for the logo is silly (mobile version of basic Shopify "Debut" theme does this better) Also pretty strange that push notifications are not even included in the base package when Plobal aren't even the ones providing the service (you have to connect to PushOwl, which you have to pay for anyway). EDIT: The developer has since demonstrated to me that you do get push notifications included (2 on the basic package). Thus I have amended my review from 2 to 3 stars. It is worth noting that the developer goes to some trouble to contact you if you leave a negative review. I have had multiple emails and phone calls from them. In my opinion this is going a bit too far. The developer shows willingness to work on various issues which I view as a positive.

I try another app and was not pleased This guys seem professional and know what it the trend ans the latest apps integerations to make the app great -- Will review again after publishing the app --- So this is the update after 41 days Horrible don't think of subscribing They give you a-lot of promises and then once you pay They will tell you sorry we cant customize your requirements because our company working on big development And give you a date on when they will start on your And when the time come they ask again the same questions they ask you in the beginning and only to have the same answer few days later ( and that ofcourse when you ask , they will just keep disappearing ) They offer to post bond my plan until they finish there development which i explain that it is not the problem Because delaying my work will only delay my business plan and will create more lost for me So final thought Don't sign and go look for another company

This is the easiest most seamless installation of any shopify integration I have used. Not only that, yuvi & the whole team respond directly to me within a few hours at the MOST! They set up every single thing for me for FREE & I just have gone in and tweaked some things from a retail visual perspective. Definitely the best or if not, one of the best service providers I have used so far. I love the instant chat feature, and the helpful documents that they have ready to guide you step by step as well! The interface itself is very user friendly... I found it quite easy to design my app to look the way I wanted. I love that Plobal has an additional app for the designer to preview on your mobile phone to see how it's looking! So impressed with this mobile app. I tested out a couple and this one was hands down my favorite. It is easy enough for someone to set up themselves or you can have them set it up for you. Within minutes I had it setup and ready to use. I love all of the features, sorting capabilities, subcategories and everything it offers. Really nice app. It mirrors my shopify rather well. Not all aspects of it mind you, for instance, if you put up a banner in your shop, the app will not pick it up. But it does gather the collections and other setups that i needed. The customized aspect on the admin end is minimal. The analytics is a big plus. When you open the app, doves dont fly out and there is no parade. It's just a simple app to help me sell my wares. And thats all i needed. And the staff are very nice and a pleasure to work with. I was hesitant about a few things and Yuvraj Kewate help me out with the questions, I wasn't feeling the price but Ali Motiwalla gave me a decent discount. and when it came time for the back end system checks and launching, Rutuja Thackeray and her team made my day. The cost of hiring a developer to create an Android and iOS Apple app for a website usually costs a fortune. You can customize your apps to a certain degree and you have to pay Google and Apple their fees (each $99 or less) to publish and simply having the apps listed on your website boosts your credibility and helps new sites generate money. They also provide generous time via Skype calls with useful tips on marketing your website and apps, at no extra cost and with no sales pushiness. They've helped hundreds of websites with apps, so they know their stuff. If you are expecting a fully customized Amazon style app for free, then you're being unrealistic. These apps are nice looking and allow customers to buy products in a clean, simple Google-like basic look with some colors and logo branding which, honestly most customers today prefer over very heavy apps. Plus you can have in-app pop up messages and send push notifications and do a lot of marketing at no extra cost. I HIGHLY recommend working with the Plobal Apps team, as there is no cost until you start making money via the app. You will learn a lot, build your site's credibility and make money along the way. At a minimum, it's worth giving it a shot, and if it's not for you, then at least you tried. Oh and, no reason to leave these folks a bad review and hurt their business. They were on the phone with me past 8pm at night working with me and others and they are solid at what they do. Just because it's not what you need, does not negate their value. Cheers!

If you are looking for a cheap out-of-the-box mobile app solution, this one is by far the best. We started with a different app, but found its limited features, iOS only option, and non SDK function just didn't make having an app worthwhile. In fact, we just got negative feedback from app users saying "why bother?" And while i would be nice to afford a custom purpose-built app, we couldn't justify the spend. Enter Plobal Apps, offering both Android + iPhone (we are still hoping iPad will be added soon), SDK checkout for in-app purchases, a nice, simple "less is more" product and category display which really suits our store graphics, and after sales service that is literally second to none. To say Plobal have gone to extreme lengths to give us the best possible mobile app is an understatement. They have responded quickly, and positively to every single request we have made, and our store interface is not an easy one. They have managed to incorporate spring loaded tabs, variant options, google fonts, and more. Khadija, you are worth every dollar Plobal is paying you. Nothing has phased her, and no request or enquiry has gone unanswered for more than an hour or so. And that is taking into account vast global time differences for us. She is bright, cheery, knowledgable, and genuinely wants your app to be a huge success. The cost of many Shopify-compatible apps is another issue. I cannot understand the extremely high price demanded by so many apps – our monthly app bill is staggering – and something we regularly monitor and discuss. Plobal Apps is not cheap, and the jury is still out as to whether the cost is actually recovered in sales, or its just a cool way for millennials to shop. But any other mobile app is also going to cost the same, or more, and a custom-built app, well that's just another league. So in all, I would highly recommend Plobal Apps as the best out-of-the-box mobile app for Shopify by a long way. I am very happy to give it 5 stars.

I have tried literally all other Shopify mobile app builders, tailoring each app to its best ability and using the various preview apps to see what would be best. On the surface, Plobal is quite expensive compared to competitors, however, after developing an iOS app with a different, free, service and then transitioning to Plobal I wish I would have just done it right off the bat. With Plobal you get the best-built app right out of the box with the best support team one could ask for. If I have a question at 3am, no problems at all, I have my own 24/7 support team. If my app goes down and I'm losing revenue (which hasn't happened with Plobal but with my old service), I have Khadija, my own personal app specialist, that I can call anytime to help me get sales back on track. If you are a brand new business and are just thinking about making an app just cause, Plobal may be a bit expensive for you. For us, our app is the prime focus of our business, so even with only a few orders a day Plobal already pays for itself. If you know the saying "buy cheap, buy twice" this is a great example of where it's worth it to start with the best, so that you don't have to resubmit your app and lose downloads. Overall could not recommend Plobal apps enough.

So here we go. I went to these guys because they emailed me asking to give them a second chance essentially. Well I get a response from them about USING the SDK for 199 and they tell me that I cant use the sales channel Mobile. WHY is no one using SDK if they are telling people they are. Seems NO mobile platforum is supporting SHOPIFY non api SDK option. Sad really. Believe me I have used every single one out there, and burning massive bridges on the way to the next one. The best one was snapmobile as they were good. But forget that option as you cannot get a hold of anyone and they arent even on the shopify app system anymore. Next issue with this is, for what you pay 199 a month you think they would foot the design experience but they dont; seriously all you can control is the banner color. Thats it, the images for feature is difficult to manuever as well. Then they message me and tell me IOS doesnt allow vape stores. I can show you about 15 that were added within the last month. Dont even bother honestly.

I gave this a 5 because of the stellar customer support i received from the app team. Between phone calls and emails i was never disappointed. The other reason i gave this 5 was the app itself, now in saying that you have to compare apples to apples, this is an out of the box app, so you will have limitations with customization, but for ease of use, set up and functionality its great. Did i mention customer support? The other reason i like this app is the team seems to be very intent on increasing the functionality of the app, so i would think that in the future you will see the ability to customize and even incorporate the app with other apps.

I cannot say enough great things about the Plobal Apps team and their fantastic product. It truly cannot be easier to make a great looking iOS and/or Android app for your Shopify store--there's really no reason to at least use their free preview to see what your app will look like. Beyond that, their metrics-based approach makes me feel like Plobal will be there to aid me with the success of my app. They even did some custom work for me on my webstore to help advertise my new app FOR FREE! We researched a lot of other app developers before deciding to go with Plobal Apps. After reading countless number of reviews, the #1 problem most people complained about was the lack of communication with the other companies. Not with Ali and his team at Plobal Apps though. Like the other reviews have already stated, Plobal Apps do an excellent job at communicating and will often get back to you within hours, if not sooner. The dashboard is very straightforward and easy to use, and integrates very well with the Shopify platform. The best thing about them though is they are constantly looking at ways to improve the app, to ultimately create a better user experience for both us, their clients, and the end user, our customers. Keep up the good work!

The Plobal App was easy to set up and it turned out great. It automatically syncs up with our Shopify store and now our mobile users have a much better platform for shopping on our site. The Plobal Apps customer service is excellent and the best I’ve ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. They responded within a few hours to any concerns we had and quickly resolved any issues. I highly recommend Plobal Apps and we look forward to working with them on future projects.
