So far this App in its free version is perfect to get me going and it has lots of add on paid options as the business grows. I had contact with Mithsou on customer service pop up chat in the App who has been really helpful for my initial queries and so far I am able to get myself using the App without too much technical knowledge. They explained the answers to my questions very simply and no problem understanding what else I could do with the App and how the pricing and features work as time progresses. For a FREE App as a starting point this one has done it's job. Once I have published my FAQ Page with POWR and all is working well I will then give 5 stars, only 4 stars for now as I can't really see how it will look when its published and 'live'. Definitely recommend you give this FAQ's App a try.

POWR: FAQ Page is great in theory. I have two problems with this app as a whole. There is no styling that is easily customizable. Which is the lesser of the two issues I have. In our e-com store we have over 25,000 SKUs, I say this to emphasize SPEED IS EVERYTHING. This app takes a solid 45-80 seconds to load. It is unacceptable.

The look of the faq is lovely and i like it very much,also is super easy to build and publish. the problem is that its taking a few seconds to upload on the page. and we all know how much this can affect a customer's choice to leave the page or even worst the website. For this reason i'm not sure whether to keep the app or not. we'll see.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! I have used the paid subscription and i completely regret that i have installed this buggy app. 1. After a while the FAQ stopped appearing on my product pages 2. Some product pages where DESTROYED by the app: images didnt show up, texts didnt show up, old product descriptions showed up 3. FAQ has a long loading time 4. Didnt find my products to automatically install the faq (after i tried to install the FAQs again after it messed up everything before) I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!

Good app, but the powr logo is more intrusive than it need to be on the free version. You cannot edit it in any way. I do not care if its there to promote them, but at-least let me modify its colors and lining to match my theme. Other than that, its good and I would recommend.

Wonderful that so many of their apps are free. I tried a few and they work nicely with my theme. I'm planning on upgrading to the full suit soon as they combine what we need. I recommend them if you don't want to code anything yourself and want control over the look and feel of the plugin. The FAQ we built (a little tweak) on marnin.pt looks native to the site, which is what you want with a plugin - for the customer not to know the difference. Thanks guys from a small business owner!

I was excited to have the product initially as I was able to write FAQs quickly and publish it. But I am extremely disappointed that the FAQ is positioned on top of my home page. How is this possible? Top means the top menu bar and not top of the page. I was trying to change the position but I couldn't find any tools to do it. Extremely frustrating. Can you please help me to fix this issue, otherwise I will have no option but to uninstall the app.

Good plugin, easy to setup but it's only an iframe put in a shopify page that cause long loading time. When you open you page you won't see the FAQ until the iframe is loaded...not a very good solution.

Easy to install and set up. I was hoping to step up my FAQ page a bit. This looks very professional. I know there is a way to set up this feature in the code without paying for an app. However, I'm not that tech savvy. It may be worth it to pay someone to set up vs having to pay $4.99 a month. Fabulous app! I really like how the drop downs appear and disappear as you click other questions. And I especially like the HTML aspect allowing you to totally customize your answers and even include YouTube videos. The app works fine but what really bothers me is that they market it as being free but the free version includes a question in your FAQ that says "What is POWr?" that looks exactly like your other questions. A freaking question inside your FAQ!! Who in their right mind would let a question like that to remain "disguised" in your FAQ if you take your website seriously. A question like that is hugely confusing for clients, specially if your website runs in a non english speaking country like mine, and leaves a big impression that you simple do not care about it. My suggestion for POWr is for them to find a more elegant and fair solution to put their logo on the free version. A solution that doesn't confuse or mislead the user's clients. Or simply stop offering a free version. ---------- EDIT (04/05/17): Powr contacted us and offered a solution that suited us. Although the problem mentioned above remains in the free version I'll reconsider my rating.

Very Customisable step by step process. But after you have created a new page and pasted the code.... When you open the page , the pasted code is visible on the page for a few seconds, then the FAQ content loads. The FAQ doent load instantly. I am still testing, but think it need to improve its loading speed. Overall its Great Quick and free alternative to doing the html codes yourself. You create your custom page design then paste the F.A.Q code anywhere allowing some freedom of creativity...

Good plugin. Makes our FAQ page cleaner and less cluttered. We tried this after trying other powr.io apps like Countdown Timer and Form Builder and the ease of use plus excellent customer service made us decide to upgrade to the paid plan. The pricing is not bad considering the fact that you get access to more than one plugin compared to others where you have to pay for each individual plugin and the total cost ends up being a bomb. Sometimes what you need is something simple, uncluttered and less flashy but super functional and useful for your website and we are happy with powr.io apps so far.

This app has the potential to be very good but at present its poor. Visually it looks nice on the webpage but it is full of bugs. Question alignment is completely off, sub headings not possible, and it is very often impossible to save changes leading to a lot of lost time and work. Support are polite but take a while to get back and haven't been able to come up with any solutions. Avoid.
