I have had several issues with this app. EVERY TIME I try to create a new form, I run into some kind of problem. They do have a support team that tries to help, but the process is often slow, and the issues are usually with very basic things that should work without requiring technical support. What is most frustrating is that when you are working on something time-sensitive, waiting for a call with an expert costs both time and money. I've spent hours troubleshooting issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in the first place. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app. I've experienced too many glitches and technical problems, and I believe there are simpler and more reliable alternatives available

We had an issue with our site and our forms accidently were deleted from our site. We have many different forms that we use on each different page, so it would have been a major pain to add back into our site manually for each page. The team at POWR did an incredible job at restoring all of the forms that we used previously with little to no hassle on our end. We’ve been using POWR Form Builder in our Shopify store and while form issues and a subscription hiccup set us back briefly, the support team was exceptional. They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks. The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. This app is GREAT for what we are using it for (event registration as well as permissions). My only wish is that somehow you could work with Shopify to allow a payment button. Whole app is a joke. Installed this app for a simple form which was perfectly working at the time. Then without any communication, half of my form is now under paid version and doesn't work for my clients (upload photos etcs) At this point the basic shopify form does the same job.

I installed this app after testing the Free version, then upgraded and paid for the full year of the Starter plan. I set up the Autoresponder and found that this developer includes their own Unsubscribe link in the footer and you cannot change it unless you upgrade (again!) to the Pro version, even tho their documentation says you can remove the footer with their info with ANY upgrade. But when you click the link to change it in the settings, a pop-up says you must upgrade to Pro! This is misleading customers and forcing them to upgrade to Pro in order to comply with Anti-spam laws! Their support is useless and I asked for a refund less than 24 hrs after having deleted the app. I hope these guys fix this asap, stop misleading customers to force them into the Pro upgrade (which is valid for one option of "Selected Autoresponders" but I used "All Responders" and per their documentation my upgrade should allow me to change within this option). I emailed these guys several times and they told me to clear my cache and try changing the setting again. I have been a webdesigner for 30 years, I know about caches but regardless it didn't work anywayt. I would not use this app. Autoresponder is a required feature for most store owners and this app is taking advantage of Anti-spam requirements. I reported it to Shopify also. I expect a full refund of the annual fee I paid from this developer immediately. I deleted the app and used it less than 24 hrs. I won't use any other apps from these guys or recommend it to my clients either.

Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly. Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. Extremely well thought out and intuitive app. All templates are super customizable. Integrates perfectly with MailChimp for Newsletter Management. I also use it for a Contact From and a Sample Request Interest Form. Works great for all of the above! I recently had an issue with a very old form I had created that I couldn't solve myself. Timur debugged it and spent time explaining what happened, recreated it, and walked me through resyncing to MailChimp. Amazing support. Thank you!

The free plan is a complete waste of time. The next tier up offers some functionality - but nothing near what a basic free form plugin would normally offer.
