I'm giving this app 5 stars because the support has been outstanding. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick to help. During setup, we ran into an issue where the buttons weren't displaying correctly, and they resolved it promptly. We also had an issue with our pre-sale quantity limits, and they fixed it ASAP. When we needed guidance on switching our products from Sold Out to Pre-Sale, they walked us through the process with clear instructions and fast responses. On top of that, they're continually adding new features, making the app even more flexible and easy to use. Excellent customer support and continuous improvements make this an easy 5-star recommendation.

WOW...I have been trying to get many Pre-Order | Back in Stock Apps to work on my website and they either promise much and deliver little or are so complicated you need a PHD to change a buttons colour! However, PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock was the ultimate sweet spot. A perfect suite of functionality, easy of set up and customisation. The only thing better than the App, was their Customer Service. A big shout and hug for Helen! Even when my brain was hurting she was patient and addressed every issue with precision and a gentle dose of humour. We have been using this app for years and it worked perfectly well. They have recently done an update and it has completely failed us on multiple fronts at our busiest time of year. Overselling pre-order, disappearing notify button (loss of waitlist), changed settings that have impacted display and functionality, and a very confusing and unclear back-end.

I had a problem with my preorder button when i was using the filters. I contacted Globo and i got a super fast response! This morning i got an email from Helen saying the problem was solved and if i could double check it. Everything works perfectly fine now! We had installed the PreOrder App and ran into some challenges with implementation, then the plugin offered a chat support option. I never expect much from support, but this was different! Helen was a legend and helped me to fix the issue and get going with my PreOrders super fast!
