PREDIKO checks all the boxes. Launched site at the end of last year and thought we'd have a little longer with stocky, but PREDIKO is even better. It does exactly what we need at a reasonable price. We have thousands of products and dozens of vendors, but only one warehouse and ecommerce business. Our needs are very much around inventory analysis and forecasting/ordering and so far, it's done everything we need. Doesn't have a lot of the legacy issues of Stocky (we used a few months) and the team has been very responsive with onboarding and listening to our feedback and actually making changes.

Prediko is an awesome tool ! We have been using Prediko for a few weeks now. Easy to use and great level of visibility into our inventory. In addition, we could connect Prediko to our WMS. We place the POs in Predikto and then transfer them to our WMS. We do the receptions in our WMS and Predikto synchronize them every day. Furthermore, the support has been extremely responsive. Amar has been just great (responsive and proactive). We do highly recommend this tool.

It's useful. If youre needing lots of additional useful filters/reports or ways to sort your inventory for reordering, its quite useful. With that said, I ran into a series of odd bugs that would sometimes not display items that... seemingly, should be appearing. Not a dealbreaker, but something to watch out for-- that the filters dont always do exactly what youd expect, prob a result of a faily complex set of logic filters. The biggest problem with the software for me, was the price. $120/mo is, in my opinion, an absurd ask for our situation. My most expensive other app gives a full GUI interface for adjusting the website, and costs $28/mo. It's just hard to justify doubling the price of the website for some new reports/ways to look at inventory. Plus, we seemed to just be caught in a scenario where we made just enough to get the tier with the least competitive pricing. If we made a little bit less, our rate would drop to about 0.15% cost per dollar... and if we ever got to the next rate, it would START at about 0.1% cost per gross dollar made... and our plan currently is about 0.3% per dollar. So, we're just kind of trapped at a bad rate by arbitrary and dramatic tier rates... I mentioned this to support, and they were basically just like: sorry. Me too.

The support is awesome. They also have the AI chat help feature. This feature is quickly becoming a dealbreaker for me when working with new softwares. They've got a great demand and supply plan, with just enough editing features to be effective. The PO management system is great as well. They've thought through a lot of the most important features. This is an excellent, updated, and simple app to use for such a complicated thing like demand planning and purchase management. I've been really happy with it! We have a lot of ingredients to purchase for some of our products and they have a great PO process for this as well. It's not too simple, not too difficult. Highly recommend if you still have a small team but need to start doing inventory planning.

This app is exactly what I needed to manage my inventory better. I love being able to see the "health" of every SKU, and filter in so many different ways to be able to see the data and act on it. We have had challenges with being overstocked on some items and too often out of stock with others, and Prediko is going to solve that. Setting it all up took some time, but was well worth the effort. We are syncing with ShipHero, and that's been a great integration. Still figuring everything out, but for a lightweight inventory management system, I think it's going to be adequate. I had a problem at 11PM. Started a chat and it was answered by AI. Expected. I ultimately ended up not using Prediko as it has tons of great features that our small business just isn't quite ready or have a need for yet. I did install the app and use the trial period to try it out, during which the support for questions I had was excellent. They made sure to answer all of my questions in a timely matter with thorough explanations. If we grow our business enough to use more of the features Prediko offers I would be happy to pay for their app, highly recommend.

I've always struggled with managing my raw materials and finished products, this always made me over order stock and would really eat into my cashflow. I've tried so many WMS platforms and nothing comes close to Prediko. It's one thing knowing your numbers currently but to forecast for the future is where Prediko sets themselves above the rest. This platform has really helped me know what to order and when to order and has already saved me a lot of money. Really straightforward app for managing demand forecasting and planning. Installation and configuration when connected to a Shopify storefront is quite easy, and there's a good set of documentation and learning resources available in the app. The real standout though is the exceptional chat-based support team. Many companies shy away from realtime help in favour of AI, email tickets, and self-serve options. Speaking to a team directly which knows the product and understands inventory management is worth its weight in gold. The only drawbacks for me are that the solution (currently) doesn't support blanket purchasing or shipment plans, which are essential when a part of your supply chain involves manufacturers holding stock at their facility and replenishing your last mile hubs upon demand, to optimize distribution costs. But for more straightforward supply chains, this solution is outstanding—I highly recommend.

Top Notch App! Brilliant experience onboarding with lightening-fast support/problem solving. Has totally changed my ordering process, and I always know what is going on and can plan in an instant for anything. It saves countless man-hours and is precise and seamless once set-up. They recently added a raw material section, as I build assembly products with BOM (Bill of materials) and it integrates perfectly, allowing me to prepare accordingly with my raw materials. This app is awesome! It has been a game changer for me. I used to use Odoo, and it was so hard to use. Prediko has everything I need for planning my manufacturing: Statistics, forecasting, predictions, bill of materials, suppliers, lead times, etc. You can set up different locations, group them and choose which to use. You can easily plan and create Production and Purchase Orders with the AI, and choose different status for all of them. So far we have been blown away with the features and power of this inventory app. The setup and help from Prediko team has also been amazing and quick. As our small business continues to grow our inventory has always been difficult to manage and scale. With the Prediko tools I love how we can easily manage what's available, whats's incoming and project our future inventory needs. We can see which SKUs are projecting up and other products in which demand is decreasing. The PO and supplier features are also great and we no longer have to use a bunch of google sheets!

Keeping track of stock quickly got out of hand when we started selling socks in size, colour and length variations. I was advised to get Inventory Planner, but took a look at Prediko as a less expensive alternative. I've been using Prediko on trial now for 2 weeks and it is so useful, and so intuitive for a non-spreadsheety person like me. I just wouldn't be without it now! Producing POs is a breeze.
