Im not really good with setting things up , but this chat open and a lady name pearl was on my screen and she walked me through the whole set up process, she was real thorough and was very nice. The App takes a little getting used to and navigating your way around, but don't be afraid to reach out to customer service. Miles, was a fantastic help! Their quesitonaire about the issues your facing looks a little skeptical at first (their AI agent) but you have to trust that it'll get you to the right person and the right team member! Miles had my issues solved promptly and was extremely pleasant. With this convenience and friendliness while staying professional, it's hard to give it anything other than 5 stars. I will be inquiring if I have any further issues without hesitation.

We're currently using the restock notifications, wishlist, and low stock alert features. We will likely use the preorder feature in the future as well. We had a pile of customizations to do (mainly button placement issues) and Nilou not only got all of them done for us, but also provided a few other design suggestions around their product that were objectively the correct call, and then also got those done for us. They were of MASSIVE help - full marks to everybody on their support team that I've talked with so far. We're still in the early days of using Notify!, but at this stage I have literally zero regrets in picking this app.

We downloaded this app today to quickly set-up a product for pre-order. I had a few questions and clicked on the chat button (where they tell you a real human answers) and behold, a real human named Miles answered . He was extremely informative and helpful and gave me quick set-up instructions while also explaining how Shopify sets up pre-orders. I told Miles that he's a tremendous asset to the app because he made the customer experience super easy! I would recommend this app based on that experience alone because Miles eliminated the learning curve and saved us a lot of time.

I didn't realise the app's location settings weren't included in the lower-tier subscription plan. Since I operate with two different warehouse locations, the app was automatically sending back-in-stock notifications to customers in regions where inventory wasn't actually available. I was quite frustrated when I discovered that the location feature required upgrading to the Plus plan at $499/month. However, I contacted customer support straight away, and they responded immediately. Not only did they quickly resolve the issue, but they also enabled the location feature for me on the Standard plan. I'm extremely pleased with both the speed of their response and their willingness to help a small business like mine. Outstanding customer service and a great team to deal with. Thank you!
